The flight changed gates and times many times and everyone was both confused and rude. the boarding crew were some of the rudest people I have ever met. Not at all the typical delta service!
My entertainment would not work. The hostess tried her best to reset but still would not work. Not sure if the flight was full but maybe another seat could have been offered.
The boarding process was chaotic and haphazard. The unloading of the baggage was slow and frought with issues (frantic small women attendants trying to handle the oversized baggage and having jamming of the baggage belt).
Delta was professional, reliable, timely, safety focused.
No complaints!!! Great trip!
The flight probably was alright, it's just that was unable to cancel /change my plans on the app, nothing easy about it. 1st time app user- negative experience
Flight crew was not always respectful when addressing travelers. I understand having a bad day, but the individualized sass and snarky attitude was unprofessional.

Cons: "The Seattle gate agents never said which flight they were calling and since neighboring gates were boarding at the same time it was very confusing and rather chaotic."

Cons: "once again, the delta crew does not maintain their planes properly. during the taxi stage to get to the airway to lift off, there was a horrendous growling sound coming from the plane............seems like their hydraulic system is not maintained very well at all and it made a howling sound throughout the plane all the way to take off! we were wondering if there was something wrong with the plane."

I just don't understand why you load the first section of the plane first and the back of the plane last, It looks like you would want to load the back and come forward so everyone is not getting hit and stood over while everyone is loading."

A member of the crew was in the process of making arrangements to move my husband and myself to put some physical distance between these passengers. I issue is that at no time did he discuss this option with us. He was instituting the move when the male passenger stated he did not want to move"
Cons: "I had a problem getting a boarding pass that was a carryforward from a problem that I had had on the flights from the USA to Frankfort 2 weeks earlier. On those flights, I was denied boarding on the flight from Amsterdam to Frankfort because of miscommunication between Delta and KLM. Apparently, the staff who dealt with that problem did not note that the issue had occurred, so it looked like there were "out-of-sequence" segments on my initial flight and I was not allowed to check in electronically. It took several calls to KLM and Delta in Frankfurt to try to resolve the problem and finally it was determined that it could only be resolved at the airport. Other than a very nice KLM representative, the other people I talked to seemed unwilling to engage in helping me and sent me along to someone else. Although the problem was ultimately fixed, this was not a great customer service experience."
Pros: "Flight was cancelled and could not be rescheduled until the 17th causing me to loose 10 days of pay at work costing me 4700usd."
Cons: "Incredibly loud interior fans, very hot on board, economy comfort seats had very little leg room. Not on par with what I expect from delta"
