Not so good. I paid for a preference economic seat, and I couldn’t incline it back because it was blocked. They explained me that because is the last before emergency exit. The company new that but it was not explained in the seat selection
It was on time. Snacks could have been provided for free.
Tirana was crazy check in and getting bussed to another gate. Both Germany stops were intensive customs but organized, but that wasn't the airlines problem. The crews were fabulous on the planes. The announcements were not easy to understand in English, slurred speech. Customs inthe US were fast. We waited for luggage, three later arriving planes had their luggage and left before us
Business class old style from 10 years ago. Ok for short flights but nor for 12 hours journey. The passenger near the window have to jump over the passenger seat aisle side or wake him up to upright the seat. That’s not the business class that you expect on long night flight. Seats are not so confortable. And believe it or not no wifi!
We have travelled on 13 December with Austrian Airlines from Yangon through Bangkok and Vienna to Varna. The first flight operated by Thai Airlines was nice and comfortable. I wouldn’t say the same thing about the next two flights which were operated directly by the Austrian Airlines. During our flight from Bangkok to Vienna: > The service was very poor – serving of food and drinks was disorganized, late and not combined, the stewards were walking back and forth without doing anything substantial for the passengers. Even the morning breakfast was very late with a cup of coffee almost while landing (after a reminding). > The food itself was OK-ish but for a 12-hour flight, there were no snacks/bites in between dinner and breakfast as it is with the other airlines. > The cutlery was wooden, most probably recycling, but very unpleasant to eat with. > The stewards were not rude but not friendly and/or helpful > And also, half of the passengers had travel sets, others did not. The flight from Vienna to Varna was another surprise: firstly, the flight was late and secondly, they were serving only water free, even the coffee was paid, so were the snacks, but we had to pay to reserve seats. The whole experience is as if it was a low-cost airline. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend using the services of Austrian Airlines: the ticket prizes are quite the same as of the other carriers flying to this destination and you would have much pleasant time.

Business class is not worth it. Not comfortable and old plane with no privacy or enough space unless you on the single seats
We didn’t fly into Neuark , because it departed without us . We ran to a closed gate , and no staff to assist, then to a customer service center that was also closed, then briskly walked (20mins) to another customer center and got a ticket , waited 2 hours , got a flight to JFK instead, because of the time delay we Ran to catch our train home , and again our luggage arrived 3 days later delivery time at 3:45 in the MORNING!!!! Crazy!!!!!! Took a few days to shake off this disappointment of your service. You’re an embarrassment to customer service .
A bellow average experience. A delayed flight , no staff to assist , running and panic to connecting flight , 2 hour wait for customer service. No luggage when we arrived , luggage delivered 3 days after at 3:45 AM !!!! Much stress and anxiety from this experience. Please repair your Brand .

Food is getting worse. They use to be different than other airlines. Their economy classes food sucks. Stuff was very helpful.
The WiFi setup on the plane is needlessly cumbersome. Simplify the interface and login.
Turkish Airlines is amazing. I have a problem with the ticket I purchased through the kayak website. I have filed a complaint related to the fact that I was contacted by phone on the day I purchased the ticket and told that the amount that the ticket had been advertised for was not accurate and that I had to pay more. This is totally fraudulent. I will look into addressing this further tomorrow and will never ever use kayak again.
Vegan food tasted good. Restroom could be kept cleaner. Seat tray table was a bit tilted so food tray kept sliding down a bit. Flight crew can be a little more friendly, caring and approachable. Their faces lacked smiles and tone was stern.
The flight was delayed so connection was missed. In Istanbul we were taken to a hotel and no one in the hotel knew so we had to wait hours in the lobby of the hotel while the airline and hotel coordinated. The airline staff is rude at times
Absolutely horrible experience. It's an overnight flight for over 5 hours and business class does not have beds!!!!! I had a slightly bigger than economy class seat that was broken and not even reclining correctly. I should get a refund for this flight as they changed the aircraft to a small one and that is not what I paid the business class price for!
Seats are not clean inside the very dirty and need to improve

Good service, the airline also provided a traveling kit bag (tooth brush, socks, slippers, visor for sleeping).
I don't like anything in this flight the food was bad the service was bad the flight was old and not connected to the screen no intertainments at all and it was long trip was bad intertainments the crew not helping
The flight was great. I don’t know about the food because I was asleep and they didn’t leave me any.
Seats weren’t comfortable. Both of our seat backs were either almost straight vertical or laying back into the laps of the people behind us, which is a weird angle to try to get some sleep even on a plane. No in between. Also, neither seat would spring forward like they should.
The flight was great, smooth and even a little ahead of time.
There wasn't a time for neither food morning entertainment in a short one hour hop over.
The gate information was never populated on the Delta app or the airport displays or the desk at the Delta lounge. We found at the last minute that we had to switch terminals and just made it to our flight. Even this we found accidentally by asking an employee at another gate. On board service was poor. Seats were very poor. All in all a poor experience. At best like a Premium Economy on other airlines
We booked and purchase our seats in February for a September flight. We choose seats then also, did the online check in on the app the day before and all was fine. At the airline check in they charged our seats and we were not even sitting together after paying for business class seats. They separated us with no explanation and would not change them back. I was very upset. On the return flight, they tried to put us on standby! When again, we purchased seats in February for this flight. The plane was old and smaller and the business class seats were not comfortable like the flight from NYC. Flight attendants were hard to find once the first meal was served, luckily the flights were smooth.
Not boarding 60 minutes late. after getting bumped to this flight because ITA do not hold a flight for five minutes as the fight to the connection was 45 minutes late
Flight was cancelled and other being told it was cancelled there has been no other contact.
Poor , i missed the next flight to new york . We stayed inside the plane for almost 30 or 40min
The flight attendants were rude in the DEL to FRA flight. The transfer between the two flights at Frankfurt International Airport was an unpleasant experience. The airplane was never parked at the terminal, but was deboarded instead on the tarmac itself. For those passengers in need of a wheelchair, it was a nightmare to come down the stairs and then rush across the airport to catch the connecting flight from FRA to IAH. Upon arriving at IAH, it was informed that the luggage had not arrived. Would make it a point never to travel with Lufthansa again.
We had a 1 1/2 hour delay before we left Denver. When we arrive to Frankfort, they didn’t announce that people with connecting flights to exit the plane first. My next flight was already boarding when we we taxiing in to the gate. I waited another 10 minutes to get off the plane. I had to run to catch my next flight. I mean run! I made it with one minute to spare, but my luggage did not. My luggage came two hours later on a different flight.
I wish seats were not reclinable. It's so claustrophobic when the person in front of you spends most of a nine hour flight leaned all the way back. The crew was really nice though and the dinner (red Thai curry) was pretty compelling.

Very good. I thought the choice of Mediterranean food such as falafel for lunch was very thoughtful considering we were flying to Cairo.
Terrible experience. Should be a short simple flight from San Francisco to Palm Springs. Disgusting insult that United Air doesn’t have a cabin crew ready to receive a plane that’s already an hour plus late in departure. Lots of misinformation along the way from cockpit and crew. Definitely unimpressed with both union and management.
Not what I expected for the last leg of a $5100 business class experience. Boarding was a nightmare. The flight was delayed and I had to keep checking my email to ensure I was at the right gate since the airline or the terminal had no clue until 15 mins prior to boarding. Food was gross, limited drink options.
They are professional. Nice crew. Still flying Boeing 747. Thank you for that. I love this airplane. Traditional.
The Lufthansa app needs a whole revamp flight got delayed and it kept showing original time. Communicate better with you customers
Check in was madness. Boarding was madness. The flight itself was OK, and the flight attendants were nice. Connection to my next flight was two hours. But based on my arrival gate in Cairo, and next departure gate in Cairo, the whole two hours were needed given the inefficient procedures. At the end of my journey (connected to Lufthansa after Egyptair), my checked luggage did not arrive, and after 4 days, has still not arrived.
Everything was ok except cleanliness of the plane, it was poor.
It was appalling! Using small aircraft for 5 hour flights is ridiculous! No legroom, terrible food, no drinks apart from water, tea and coffee (once only) makes it a terrible experience. The cabin staff really badly handled the behaviour of an extremely obnoxious woman who insisted on fully reclining her seat for the duration of the flight with a very tall man behind her. She abused his and the staff and they were not able to deal with her at all other than to tell the man that they are reclining seats and they could not prevent her from doing so. They were also very slow to react when a large nu of passengers stood up and started taking their luggage out of the overhead bins whilst the aircraft was still taxiing at Heathrow. I will never fly Egypt Air again! I know this isn’t the airline’s fault but the security at Cairo airport was a joke. With the terrible security record on flights out of Egypt, they really need to take it seriously. Scanners weren’t working, liquids were allowed on, only one person operating the cray machine and searching bags caused a massive backlog of people…I’m convinced you could have got anything onto that plane if you were determined enough. By the way, it was the same story in Aswan airport.
The plane was old and several things were broken including my seat. The sinks in the restrooms didn’t drain. The armrest on my seat was broken so the seat was constantly reclined. The tray table was broken. The fabric was coming off the seats. The overhead bin doors wouldn’t stay locked. The hotel accommodation was disgusting.
Boarding was chaotic and disorganized, and the foot rest to my seat was broken. But the food was good and the flight attendants were kind and attentive.

Cairo airport has probably the most stressful and overcomplicated security system in the world. Can't really blame Egypt Airlines.
