Screeming misbehaved children running and screaming the entire flight, inconsiderate passengers, all ignored by the crew, late departures late arrivals, missed flights due to unreasonably close scheduling of time between flights, uninspiring food, crowded spaces.

At least two food options minimum, not one only

Swiss, knowing the disfunction of the Brussels airport, should have contacted passengers connecting to their flight, and escorted them through an accelerated process, to assist in making the flight.

Cons: "We didn't fly to Zurich. Instead, we flew from Berlin to Frankfurt to San Francisco to San Diego. Although the alternate airlines did a fine job and we had nice flights thanks to them, we only found out about the change when we arrived at the airport and it caused us multiple inconveniences throughout the day. Our flight from Berlin to Zurich was scheduled to board at 9am, so we left our accommodations at 6:30am so we could arrive at the airport around 7am. It was a rushed, hectic morning and we stayed up late preparing for it the best we could. When we arrived and found out our flight was canceled, we learned our new flight wouldn't board until 11am. So we rushed for no reason and had to spend a considerable amount of extra time at the airport that we could have spent enjoying coffee one last time at a local cafe or something. We planned to fly straight from Zurich to San Diego so we could participate in an interview for our Global entry application (which you can only do when arriving in the US from an international flight). Because we had a brief layover in San Francisco instead, we had no time for this and were unable to do the interview when we arrived in San Diego because it was a domestic flight. The change also caused issues with our luggage. We're not used to checking bags when we fly OR flying internationally with layovers in the US, so we asked the agent at the Swiss desk in Berlin how it would would with both of those aspects in our travel with the itinerary changes. The agent told us our luggage would follow us all the way to San Diego and we didn't have to worry about it. However, we learned once we got to San Diego that our bags were left in San Francisco because apparently we were supposed to pick them up and recheck them, but we had no idea. It was a huge bummer and we wish we would have had more control over our itinerary that day. People book certain flights for certain reasons and need to have a say when their flights need to change."

Eventually I appealed to another one of the flight crew who allowed me to urinate, but it was over five hours I had to pee and was inexplicably not allowed to."

Very slow boarding and a huge arrival delay resulted in many missed connecting flights. Luckily we were not one of those. Barely made it to our transfer.

When boarding started, it was like refugees rushing to a life boat. Everyone was rushing to the front. Only one KLM staff standing there saying "... now is this group, yours is next,,,, we will call it out...." While he stopped some travelers, he did allowed some others passed without even checking their ticket. They have all the digital gears, and the screens to show the current boarding sequences, why don't they just use that. For some of us that did not have a excellent hearing, it was hard not trying to get closer to understanding what is going on.

The airplane seems to be in good shape. The crew member aren’t as welcoming as they’re in other European airlines. It’s hard to understand the flight attendants when they speak English.

My original flight had been canceled and they got me on a better flight with a shorter layover. I spoke to Roger on the customer service line and he was wonderful.

Left my luggage behind. Flight attendants were extremely rude. Got charged twice for my ticket and still no refund. Worst airline i’ve ever flew with. This flight was first class by the way and they still managed to lose both my luggage and a couple’s luggage who were seated behind me also in first class. Absolutely ridiculous.

Food absolutely disgusting. Seats rigid and not comfortable. Aisle narrow so constantly getting bumped by everyone passing and I’m normal size person. Like flying Madrid to US direct.

There was Ninna or Ninra at the gate; and we apparently had our Covid vaccines older than they allow to enter Portugal, which is preposterous. She walked us over to pay over $450.00 to fly. When we got back we just made it in time and put the other person with me, who was flying in a different seat, next to each other and her and her associates are a great example of stellar customer service. They need to be commended, especially with the stress of so many travels with so many personalities. This was the JFK to Lisbon flight.

Customer service was lacking. Crew members were quite rude when we asked for alternate food options, even though we were asking to pay for food that they had listed in their in-flight purchase menu. None of the items for purchase were even available according to the crew and they weren't the least bit apologetic about it. When they were handing out breakfast boxes and we asked what was inside, they said we don't know, you can check yourselves. Overall, were unhappy with the service and will most probably avoid flying with the airline in the future.

Didn’t travel because you changed my dates completely which was not suitable. Then you told me I couldn’t change them back or get a different flight, using lastminute.com. Then you wouldn’t give me full refund even though you were at fault! You then made me have to buy more flights and travel from a an airport over 300miles from my house. I will never use lastminute.com or TAP Portugal again. I still haven’t received my full refund. Disgusting!

TAP insisted they could not book me on as Azores Airlines from Pinta Delgado to Toronto was not booked for me. I had to call bothe airlines. With no help from the desk. I finally got both to confirm and at the last minute was allowed on the flight. I chose this route to have a nice couple of days in Portugal and I will have. But the flight start was really upsetting."

They changed 4 times!!! a) Having tickets with seat assignments free of charge, had the chosen seats confirmed on e-ticket. b) At airport, 3 days before departure, attendant informed that seats assignment had been erased; she made new seat assignments at worse location; c) On check-in, found that seats were changed again to worse even; now to the back, and “2 in the middle of 4”. d) Had to pay to get my original free of charge seat assignments!!! Had similar situations in all my recent TAP flights. Cannot believe is a system problem! Looks like more a TAP policy to short-change (long time, in my case) customers."

Our connecting flight was delayed 4 hours, making our layover 7 hours! For an hour flight. This is the worst airline."

We sat in the emergency exit row and it was the first time an attendant ever went over evacuation procedures for sitting there. (We always try to get the exit row bc I am six feet tall.) Cons: "We couldn't find it! Our boarding pass said go to Gate ABC however that's not a thing. Each Gate A, Gate B, and Gate C had like 60 options. The crew from the previous flight didn't mention how to find connections or where to go and when we asked airport employees, they took one look at our ticket and said they didn't understand what Gate ABC meant. We saw a board and discovered it was Gate B65---a 45 minute run/walk away. We ran through the airport. We heard our flight being announced as final boarding so we ran even faster. When we got there, the attendant asked us if we were transfers and we confirmed. She then said that she was about to call our names. We were relieved we made it in time. Then we got on the bus to get to the train and waited 35 minutes!!! Why were we rushed through the airport only to wait on the bus?? Other people boarding after us did not look rushed at all. Also, the female crew member kept telling my mom to move her purse. My mom explained that it was attached to her outfit and that she wore it through takeoff but the attendant didn't listen because she just said again that my mom had to stow it. But it was part of her clothes! It couldn't detach! My mom explained again but the attendant said back "it is our policy to store purses." It was frustrating bc she either wasn't listening or didn't understand even when my mom showed her it was attached. She just stood there looking at my mom. It was attached to her jacket so my mom finally said whatever and had to take off her entire jacket (scarf was also attached) and put it in the overhead bins all because the woman seemed like she didn't understand English."

Airplanes have become glorified city buses."

Adding insult to injury takes about an hour to get your bag when you finally get off."
