Chaotic boarding with no announcements. Carry on luggage needs to be checked. Bare minimum zero frill flights. Not a whole lot of anything positive to be said .

It poured rain, our luggage was sitting out in it uncovered on the transport cart while our plane was delayed! Nice business class plane for short flight to Lisbon, but more delay & rain in Lisbon, with terrible Business class seat with no entertainment & cold food on longer flight to London…ALL LUGGAGE AND CLOTHES INSIDE THEM WERE SOAKED THROUGH!!! Could only try with hair dryer to get some drying before quick turn round to train trip.

Departed late. Flight crew some of the most professional I have ever experienced. First time we’ve flown this airline

The crew was great. There was a big guy sitting next to me who was hanging over my side of the armrest the entire time. Maybe some information about "Be considerate of your neighbors, this is tight space, be kind". The breakfast sandwich was not appealing at all.

No difference between business class and normal same seat everything same, waste of money

They allowed me to book the flight, which took quite an effort to find the best option for us, and then 2 months later, cancelled it because they didn't think 90 minutes was enough time to get between connections. Why let me book the flight in the first place? I am somewhat disappointed in Kayak and will be choosing other options in the future

Absolutely unacceptable level of service for a Business class: lousy drink and food options, disgusting food (inedible meat, watery rice, etc...), pathetic level of attentiveness from staff, Business class restrooms were not accessible for long periods because blocked of by staff...overall extremely disappointing, will NEVER fly Business on TAP again.

The plane was small and one felt the turbulence much more. The lines to get through immigration were insanely long.

Late. Lack of updates. Rude hostesses. Terrible food. Lack of headphones.
