This stupid lugagge rules of ryanair make flying with them always bad
Just pushing back from gate now. Boarded into fourth aircraft with 13 hour delay to scheduled departure. Crappy experience.
Was very good the flight, 15 minutes late,but was very ok!!!😊👏
The staff were very helpful with getting the wheelchair for me and bringing my carryon down the stairs from the plane.
Boarding at Birmingham was appalling, made to stand in a corridor which claims to be a gate for an hour, despite knowing full well the flight was delayed….. the crew were fantastic and you have to feel sorry for them dealing with the delay caused three fold, inbound delay, damage to front baggage hold door and finally a further ATC delay. On board experience was good and crew friendly and helpful.
As on the tin a fair price for a fair flight ✈️👌✈️

Flight with Ryanair more than 1,5 hours are awful... No space between seats, absolutely uncomfortable stay.
O voo atrasou um bom bocado A tripulação não era comunicativa,não fez vendas... Não abordava os passageiros... A 1°vez que me acontece tal coisa 🤷♀️

Very easy check in at 4 am! I slept most of the flight. Great having two empty seats next to me!
I never made my flight. Taxi was 15th minutes late. Dropped me off at the wrong end of the airport. The line for checking was long and there was only 2 agents checking people in. Customs was extra long. Missed my flight by 5 minutes. Had to buy a new ticket with Royal Air Moroc and spent 28 hours in the airport. Got a message from Air Arabia Moroc that my bags were to be picked up at carousel 42 in Barcelona. Got to Barcelona 30 hrs later to find out that my bags were in Casablanca. I'm presently in NYC and my bags are still in Casablanca . No one has been able to help me.

My flight was cancelled through airbian morrocco 15 hours really this is unbelievable, it supposed to change to other airlines without waiting 15 hours.. Thanks
At check-in we were informed that data related to the bags we purchased through Kayak website didn't "follow" and we were requested to pay again for bags we had already booked online. The staff was extremely unhelpful, pretending that they "do not know Kayak and do not work with them". In the end we had to pay 50 € for one carry-on bag, which was something totally unheard of to me. We complained to Air Arabia at the arrival in Casablanca but hey did not follow up in any way. I recommend paying more and flying Royal Air Maroc to Morocco, where such things never happen.
I dont know tui fly because I dont fly, GOTO GATE the service aganecy are very bad and cannot change my schedule and I lose the fly and money. Forgot GOTO GATE forever
the flight was delayed + 15 hours . I missed my connecting flight and had to buy a new ticket from my pocket
aucune collation ni boisson....tout est payant !! Lorsqu'on a un problème, Tuyfligh n'a aucun état d'âme ni empathie envers les personnes impactées....dommage.

The flight was canceled and we lose our train to Paris, we had to pay $225 for new tickets Brussel-Paris and we lose our hotel night in Paris for $221 !! It is not fair that’s the airline didn’t assume his responsibility! I hope TUI refund all these expenses.
The checkin was not allowed until 2 hours before the flight, which is fine, except that I wanted to check my suitcase sooner. Then the gate was not announced until 15 minutes before the flight, which seemed late, particularly since the gate was the very last one on the terminal (D-68). It would be difficult for people with mobility issues to get there in time. The flight was fine. I wish the seats reclined, but this is a budget airline, so no expectations. Overall, I would do it again if I needed to fly Tui Airlines.
