Issue with boarding, group of passengers on a religious trip coming back to NYC kept trying to change seats, even standing when the plane was pushing back. Crew/Pilot kept very good composure, some passengers got aggravated and started venting out loud but this group created a serious security risk. Crew/Pilot should've been more stringent and called in security or remove them from the flight.

Very poor. Seats like economy class, food unbeatable, no charging, no entertainment, no WiFi, boarding by bus - no justification for calling and pricing this as business class

Plane is super outdated, seats not that comfortable for business class. Lounge also out dated. They need to catch up to 2024. Don’t think I’d ever fly again.

Aircraft was new. Food so so, especially vegetarian was very disappointing.

Flight WAW-ORD flight attendants were really rude, no smile at all. Except one young girl working in aft part of the cabin. They were talking only in Polish. After 4th/5th time asking in english, they were answering in english. Not the best approach to the pax.

All good. Didn’t get the seats I booked online. Luckily, copassanger cooperated! Mistake- I failed to verify connecting flight seats details at Mumbai. Staff at Mumbai airport to be blamed equally!

The staff was good. Very friendly and respectful. The airline not so much. They aren't very informative at all.

My flight was cancelled and I went through hell to get it fixed, with no help from the website I booked it on. My reservation was cancelled AGAIN by the site I booked on without my knowledge a week later. The flight itself that I finally got on was awful. Drunk man belligerent the entire flight, I don't understand how he was allowed on the flight.

Delay everywhere,5 hours,24 hours,missing all connection flights,terrible trip..

I didn’t use Entertainment so, no comments on it. Staff was courteous, efficient and helpful. Wines (I also tried Polish White wine) were really good, so also the food. The accessories provided were good (a goodnight chocolate would have enriched the experience 😀) Originally flight reached before time but we didn’t understand why it was sidelined for almost half an hour and also, luggage was delivered quite late (20-25 minutes) and that too after changing belt! That need not be LOT’s fault! Overall, I would certainly like to travel again with LOT, worth recommending!
