Cons: "The crew, the food, the tv capability, the amenities. Overall it was the worst international flight I have ever been on. They confiscated my unopened beer I purchased after security point. They had me assigned to a wrong seat, so I had to fight my way 20 rows up as people are filing into their seats. The hot towel to clean your hands was dry and cold. The roll was hard as a rock and cold. The crew was rude and unapproachable. It took almost 3 hours to get them to reset my tv and when she finally did it glitched the whole time I tried watching it. The croissant was literally cooked to the paper and had to rip apart Croissant to get the paper off. They didn't serve the cocktail as promised. It was a pretty poor performance on all levels, and if this survey truly means anything, I hope this gets remedied."

EZE departure switched runways as we left gate, requiring removal of cargo containers, not once, but twice. In summary, DL bet wrong on runway and wind component, at the expense of on time arrival and thus connections."

Pros: "Flight from SEattle to Atlanta delayed due to mechanical problems for 6 hrs. Once we got to Atlanta there were no flights connecting to Argentina until the following night at 10 pm. Delta did put us up in a hotel but with no food vouchers or any upgrades on delayed flight the next day. Flight attendants and crew were curteous."
Cons: "Fairly small seats and food isn't very good (as seems to be standard these days with most airlines). In flight music is very limited. Movie choices ok. No consideration to upgrade to first class or financial compensation have to be delayed a whole day for a long flight to Argentina."

Could've caught an earlier connecting flight out had the airline handled the situation properly. Instead it chose to risk the lives of passengers by hoping a sick pilot would be well enough to fly, however he fainted. Good thing it was not while he was in midair, I would've been a goner by now."

Cons: "No forewarning of weather impacting flights 3 days later, allowing passengers to potentially change flights. Two hour delay became a four delay which became a five hour delay. Delta reps entirely unhelpful when I asked if anything could be done, "Atlanta is a disaster right now." I get that these things happen from time to time, but Delta is handling this very poorly. I'm actually waiting for my flight out of Atlanta and it's also been delayed, luckily only for 30 minute this time."

Flights booked by one company and operated by another seem common enough that this system needs to be improved. - Silver KLM travelers Also WAY too hot on plane."

This is my last of 10 years at 1K with United. Moving airlines this year."

Then this flight Washington connection to Detroit from raleigh the pilot never showed up and extra hour went by, we got a new pilots but, then leading to faulty paperwork that took another hour and thirty minutes after boarding the plan to get sorted. When we got that sorted they then proceeded to tell us that the flight atendent had to leave and we had to wait another 20 min for another atendent to arrive before finally making our way to Detroit. Pros: "United delivered us to Anchorage so late that we missed the very last flight out of Anchorage to Homer. We had to pay for a hotel room and full price tickets to fly the very next morning. Because United delivered us to Anchorage so late, we had to spend so much money on the hotel and next day flights. Until this point I have always been happy with United but I don't think we can go with United anymore after this."

We shouldn't have boarded the plane on the 4th given the fact that the pilots were probably gonna time out anyway. Instead of wasting time, the protocol should've been to begin rebooking everybody to another flight. Just my two cents"

Cons: "The overhead bins were so full that I needed to put my backpack under the seat. That meant that the already-cramped seat was even more cramped. In addition the seat did not recline because it was next to an exit row. It was a red eye and I could not get comfortable enough to sleep. Also, the fact that the screen brightness control was located on top of the seat arm meant that my neighbor's arm kept turning my screen on and increasing the brightness while my neighbor was asleep."

With the first 10 rows basically completely empty (only 8 people in the front 60 seats) That flight to anchorage arrived an hour early which is awesome, but we had to wait 45 min on the plane "for an empty gate" they said. There were at least 4 empty gates I could see from my window in the sand terminal we ended up deboarding at. Very frustrating"
Pros: "Flight was stuck on the ground for 2 hrs because of a generator issue, so I missed my connection. The United app nicely pre-booked me on the next flight to my destination without my having to do anything, which was cool. Internet didn't work but they refunded my purchase."
Cons: "The legroom is so much worse than jetBlue (which I usually fly) I almost couldn't believe it. Because of the generator issue the flight ended up being almost 9 hours. They ran out of ALL FOOD for purchase except chips (which they didn't even offer for free despite everything), so those of us in the back of the aircraft had our choice of a bag of chips for $4, or no food for 9 hours. Also, I paid $20 for the internet for the entire flight but it only worked for the first hour so I couldn't do any work."

Cons: "The worst experience ever paid $466 each for our flight. Our seats were changed for whatever reason to the last row, we sat in back of plane it was very uncomfortable and we could not relax. Out of airlines control was a sick screaming toddler for 2 hrs of this flight in front of us."

PLEASE permit us to turn it off. The constant repeating of the Dish commercials while in dead air space is so annoying I will never consider Dish as a provider.! Please play more than one entertaining video than repeating the one about alligators (crocodiles?)."
