The aircraft knew from advance that the entertainment was not going to be available but you can not even charge your phone/tablet. Food can be a bit more generous
My trouble was also with kayak. I put in to your search engine the dates, times, cabin and amount of luggage that was needed. When arriving at the airport we were charged $280 extra. I have booked thru Kayak for years. Never have I encountered such a mistake. The entertainment was below average. The food terrible. The check in outrageously slow and the complaints continue to add up!

I had booked my wife and I on AR from BUE to MIA on January 10th and secured seats 6A and 6B. When I checked in AR claimed one ticket was booked for the 10th and one for the 11th. They forced me to by a new ticket and charged me an additional $2,400.00 USD. I want a refund. Rob Austin
I tried to add checked baggage through the website; the amount was charged, but the payment was not linked to my reservation. As a result, I had to pay again at the airport and only received a refund three weeks later, thanks to my bank’s intervention. The flight was delayed, and the boarding process was poorly organized. Several boarding groups were in the same line, which made boarding very uncomfortable. The food was acceptable, but the beverage service was limited. While drinks were available at the back of the plane, it would be better to offer more beverages during the meal service. On a positive note, the cabin crew was very kind and professional, and we arrived on time according to the revised schedule.
My experience was TERRIBLE. They made me check my carry on bag, and they broke it. and then when I made the claim they said it was a small damage and that I would not be compensated.
The staff was fine in the fly, but to do check in was very poor the service.
Friendly stuff , enough leg room in economy class, very efficient boarding and take off on time. There is no place to charge devices and movie collection is not to my taste. 9 hours of flight went very easy.
Boarding was chaotic(zones were a bit arbitrary) and we had to undergo a second check of our carry on bags and jackets at the gate...nobody was detained and nothing was removed just a waste of time as we already went through screening to get to the international gates .
it was good. the seats are super uncomfortable. No room for legs at all. but the flight was good.
Sat in the plane at the gate in SLC for 2+ hours before take off, getting me home nearly 3 hours later than planned.
I was impressed with how quickly the baggage transfers were made.
The Airline Attendant found us in flight and moved us to seats in the front of economy due to the short time we would have to make our connecting flight. We really appreciated it.
For some reason, there was very little volume on the cabin announcements. You could not hear what the pilot or crew were saying.
Carmen was an absolute delight on the flight staff! Everyone was lovely and made it a very pleasant flight.

I don't know why the crew decided to board 15 minutes early without informing anyone not at the gate. Why would you have the app send a notification that we're boarding on time, instead board early, and then rush me to the gate. Then have me check my carry-on when I specifically packed my bag as to not do so.

Flight Crew Review The crew was absolutely amazing from start to finish! They were friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely made the flight feel comfortable and enjoyable. Every interaction was pleasant, and they went above and beyond to make sure passengers were taken care of. You could really tell that they cared about providing great service. I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism and would be happy to fly with this crew again!

Same as the previous flight as far as comfort and food. Entertainment didn’t have a watchable screen so everything would need to be watched on your own device in which they didn’t have a charging port that accommodated my iPhone. Seats were very uncomfortable. Staff was very friendly.

I selected first class expecting excetional service. It was mediocre at best. The food service was cold, meal choices was poor and on one leg they did provide dessert. I did enjoy the lay day seat but the movies were old and nothing current. Boarding the plane is always hot. So boarding is quite warm until your in the air. I took a small personal air fan. Update the meals and movies.
It was reasonably comfortable trip considering its duration (7 hours). Crew was very good and friendly, seats very more comfortable than other planes. Only negative comment would be that the bathroom light did not get its full brightness 🙃

I missed my original flight due to miscommunication and it was a challenge to communicate with service personnel, since my Portuguese is limited. However they got me food and a hotel overnight and a seat on the next available flight.
It was a bit unnerving to know that flights are generally oversold. We chose not to pay extra to reserve a specific seat, without realizing that that makes us vulnerable to being bumped. Everything else about the flight was great.
In flight from Miami to Anchorage, we were all on board ready to take off. Pilot decided to take on more fuel causing a delay. Once fueled, the pilot came back over the radio stating more delay due to VIP. These delays caused me to miss my connecting flight. I went to the Alaska Air counter for information. They flat out stated that it was ATCs fault that I missed my flight and booked me a flight the next day about 1300 . I believe if we had the fuel prior to getting on board we would not of been delayed and I would have taken off on time. Pilot was taken out of the equation. I think they should’ve taken responsibility for their pilots decision to top off his aircraft instead of waiting til the last moment. Enough said…
We liked the way we were treated by the sraff at lima airport counter and the the flight attendants. We did not like the fact that the kiosks at airport rebooted after we entered our information and then told us that there was an issueand we needed to go to the counter. Such a waste of time for a group of 6. Once we got our boarding passes there was no assigned gate so we did not know where to go.
Honestly first time flying with delta and it was pretty good. All the process very smooth and crew was always nice and attentive.
Poor handling of carry on luggage. We had a 8 hour stop in Santiago, are over 70 and, in spite of paying full fare they wanted to send carry on to luggage hold. No empathy. We had to show that several group 4/5 passengers were not sending their carry ons before they finally let Is keep them. Very poor .
The boading process was fine. Had to wait for bus from tarmac to terminal. Had to go through 2 or 3 security checkpoints in Lima to make next connecting flight.
The crew was amazing. The best in the last times. Great group of people.
It’s been some time since I saw the plane and the cabin that old and worn out.
We had 2 delayed LATAM flights in our trip. We were only given one coffee for 5 hours delay. Also when we were boarding the crew wanted to charge us for our allowed carry on luggage. I got a bit angry and they finally didn’t charge anything. Not flying with LATAM again.
Had to pay for WiFi, delayed start, and sat on the runway forever.
As with most flights these days it was delayed by about 30 min.
The airline company should manage their crew for the plane on better schedule so people don’t have to wait in the plane. And this flight that I had had no snacks offered, and if you would like a water, you had to come see somebody and ask for. If airline would let people know that they are no longer providing or offering any food. At least people could bring their own if they wish.
The bathrooms for most part were staying clean. The food on the flight was terrible used to be better and the crew was not always friendly, barking orders for no reason. On the short flight, the food/snack was not even offered, and if you want to have a water, you have to come and ask.
The flight was delay roughly 90 minutes. Once we arrived at O'Hare, we sat on the tarmac for another 90 minutes. I understand that O'Hare is under construction however they need to figure out a solution as every incoming flight I have been on has been delayed coming to a gate.

This was a very good flight. The seats on the Dreamliner were comfortable and all the outlets were functional. The crew was friendly and helpful. Boarding was fairly efficient, although it was delayed by a baffling search of all the hand luggage for liquids. The timing of this flight, leaving at 10:30 PM, was excellent. It was a good time to arrive at DFW also, as there was almost no delay in going through customs and immigration. I'd fly this route, at this time, on this airline again without complaint.
