Check in was easy and pretty fast. Flight was great, they even offered a small meal. There was no entertainment, since the flight was pretty short. Staff was nice and happy to be there. Overall excellent experience in this flight with Air Albania

Flight for delayed for no reason for 6 hours
The ticket price is reasonable, the Istanbul Airport is amazing .New clean fun have everything you need it even the shoping price is great, inside the airplane is modern and clean ,the crew the clean the Bathroom after every passenger due to covid, also the give you PPE package to stay clean and safe, the crew staff are organized and friendly, the food is fresh and delicious, I recommend Turkish airline for any one need easy trip from the begging to the end. Thank you kayak for the great 👍 ticket price. Love it.!!!

Cons: "First of all the staff needs to work on their customers service. The flight was 1 hour and 45 min late and I had another flight to get in Istanbul to get to my final destination. I almost did not make it. The staff never gave us an explanation about what happened at the JFK I flew for 10 hours scared and stressed out. I asked the staff if it was possible at the time of landing to get out with the business class or somehow to get out before everybody else, but they were completely useless. Also in the middle of the flight a woman started feeling very bad. She had an intense migraine because of the high pressure, clearly the woman was not used to fly very often. The poor woman was ill and the entire crew was surrounding her. 7 ppl standing in the way of customers, a male attendant touched my shoulder with his private parts at least 5 times. Also every time they passed by the would hurt my shoulder or my arm with out even apologize. What kind of customer service is this? Forgetting about all the other passengers? Creating a situation of panick just because of how unprofessional they are? You can be the most comfortable or cheapest airline company and add all the luggage and food you want but if your crew doesn't know anything in customer service the customer will fly with a different company next time!"

The flight was 12+ hours long, and the ability to watch movies, tv shows, play games, listen to music on the large pad in each seat was pretty amazing. Free over the ear headphones... After long wait was told it is held in security in Istanbul. They should have not boarded me if they had problem with the luggage or at least they should have told me in Istanbul not after arriving at destination and have to search for an answer. Extremely poor airline and will never fly with them again."

We all need to charge our devices. TV should not come as an extra charge."

We did ultimately end up making the connection because they arrived/departed out of the same terminal. I'm not sure we would have made it otherwise. The crew was a bit loud and kept bumping people on the aisle as he made his way down with the cart. The seats were hard as a rock."

Cons: "My brother accidentally left his passport, ring and chain inside the plain which was very expensive and he called after he noticed he didn't have it with him. He left it inside of the pocket holder of the seat on the plain where the magazine are. He called and was told nothing was there. On our way back home, the flight was delayed 3 1/2 hours behinds. At no moment did the co pilot excused himself nor did he apologized for the the delay. We deserved at least a free meal or some kind of compensation. Instead, the pilot and flight attendants just told us to rich it because we had to leave to L.A! We (8) family members came and this includes an elderly person (my mother who has been fighting cancer for about 2 years, along with diabetes) came to see her grandaughter get married. Now they were rushing her as well? Uncalled for. Now my other brother and his family which was a party of 10 on another flight, also flew to Hawaii. Now that alone tells you how much money was spent. The stay in Hawaii was amazing! We would visit again but the way we were treated on this airline, I don't think we would fly again and choose this airline. To be honest, not even recommend it. I'm ashamed to let others know such as friends and co workers know of this airline's service. To top it off one flight attendant was very rude! She saw us when she handed the other passengers pretzels and skipped my mother, my sister and I. I asked her nicely if we may have some and told her she had skipped us. She said, "I did?" Came back with 6 bags of thenm and was like, "Here!" Like shoving them to me. I felt humiliated! I didn't say anything because I didn't want to embarrass her. But it was extremely rude!!! I read some reviews and I guess it's normal on your end to be the way you treat your customers. We even asked before abording from Hawaii to L.A, what can you do to make up for all this and we were told, "nothing could". So ashamed."
