The food is horrible. Even in business class

Cancelled stranding 29-39 people instead of waiting twenty minutes.

Flight never showed up and there was no one at the airport to help .

Pros: "The crew did a good job dealing with so many customers and in one instance was able to resolve a minor conflict with seat way backs."
Cons: "The seats should be fixed to prevent them from going back as far as they do. With space so small as it is, it is unnecessary to have them go back so far if at all. The food was poor, especially the cold egg and pepper sandwich at the end. My guess is that they were suppose to be heated which would have made them much better but the crew decided to give them out cold."

Cons: "Late leaving, when boarding in CPH had to wait in extremely hot area once past the desk where our boarding passes were scanned and then the area where we had to queue just prior to boarding the plane was glass and therefore extremely hot. The worst issue was that there was one family with extremely loud children with the parents doing nothing. I saw a steward way up the plane looking down at them at one stage while serving another passenger but she did nothing. I like children but this was constant with the father actually encouraging the children to make more noise once he realised that other passengers were annoyed. There were plenty of other children on the plane who were behaving. Although SAS staff were aware of this they did nothing to ensure the comfort of the other passengers. One friend of mine stood for about 40 minutes at the back of the plane and another for about 20 minutes to get away from this constant noise as it was so loud and persistent. I had to listen to music to block it out.SAS staff should have intervened because this was very loud and as I have said constant i.e. every few seconds for most of the flight."

When the Danish government has repatedly bailed out SAS, it would make a lot more sense for everyone involved to have higher quality Danish products on board for the meals, especially for such things as dairy products."

My friends booked with Expedia the exact itinerary and were able to reach a human and we're told that SAS always reimburses for cancellations. I finally emailed vayamas/kayak to cancel and 5 days later received a reply that there was no cancellation refund. Apparently Kayak provides a no communication/no refund policy. My travel companion had the opposite experience with Expedia."
Pros: "Because of bad weather at the Faroe Islands, the aircraft made a missed approach (go-around) on the first attempt to land. The weather had improved sufficiently to make it in on the second attempt. The pilot and the cabin crew were excellent in keeping everyone informed, and telling us the status of the weather and the likelihood of getting in. The pilot was outstanding in his communication with the passengers and the cabin crew were great in re-assuring passengers after the missed approach. The flight crew handled the difficult weather conditions very well."

I will not fly Lufthansa ever after this. SAS should have its own representatives who understand customer service at all gates."

When you handed out the customs form he told the stewardess he needed help and she ignored him. When I pressed the call button for him it took someone 35minutes to come back and then she told him she would help him after dinner. I pressed a call button the second time to help him find something and again it took over 30 minutes for someone to come back to us. If there was a real emergency this delay would have been a huge problem. The stewardess was extremely rude in general."

We were Delayed, which is understandable, but not sure why we couldn't board and wait for crew to come on to speed up process rather than waiting for crew to arrive to even begin boarding process. I assume it's a safety thing but seems like there could be a better way to handle this and speed up process to make sure people aren't missing connecting flights."

Boarders were positioned every where and it was hard breaking thru the crowd to get to the boarding area. A real cattle call. Inside, the plane is very confined environment. Take some of your profits, American, and upgrade your equipment. I will really try my best to avoid flying on your airline again."

Cons: "The flight was delayed 4 times. The airline was not very helpful during times of delay - normally airlines would offer food or drink vouchers - none of that. The flight was delayed for a total of 4 hours. When I arrived into LAX, I had requested if I could go on an earlier flight if there was space (rather than catching the later one - an hour later). They asked me to pay $200 to change it. Fair enough if you want to charge me for a change of ticket - but then the plane that I was supposed to go on got delayed for 3 hours and you don't offer any sort of compensation - thats really not something I expect from American Airlines"
Cons: "Packed, old plane, tighter than new ones. If you can't check bags for free, maybe you should design plane to fit luggage to number of persons flying. Seems like alcohol should be free when so uncomfortable"

Cons: "Tiny overheads in the 777 so they took carry-ons from at least half the people on the flight. Out of the hamburger by the time they left Economy Plus. Narrow seats, very little seat pitch. I am not quite 5' 10" and I only have a couple inches between my legs and the seatback. Similarly cramped restrooms."

Cons: "USB ports / charging stations , an email stating there’s free entertainment with your personal devices so that the customer is aware that he/she will need a compatible device and the United app which you’re unable to download once boarded."

I was unable to order a salad at 9 am, regardless of being starving. Also I'm 5'1, there isn't enough leg room. Power outlets should not be a first class luxury, that is rediculous. We all need to charge our devices. TV should not come as an extra charge."

Tried to cancel by phone (line to gate service was 50+ people deep), and was told I couldn't cancel. Then was told I could. Then was told I had to call back! TOTAL LOSS. Refund is needed."
