Cons: "This flight was for my wife and I's honeymoon and it was a miserable experience. The flight was delayed by several hours with no specific expectation of when it would actually leave. We were just continually told “soon”, “shortly”, “in an hour” all night long. If we were given a specific time then we could have planned on at least trying to sleep for a little while. It wouldn’t have been near the same inconvenience if it was during the day except it was during night when no stores were open to buy food or a pillow to try and sleep. The airline wasn’t able to get any pillows or blankets for us. Luckily we still made it on our cruise before it left but with no sleep it left us pretty miserable trying to recuperate from that night."

It didn’t and I had to go through the line for a paper pass, then at about 11pm when I was already home after my flight I received the text containing my boarding pass. Obviously a simple hiccup in an automated process but laughably pathetic in terms of delivering a simple service for paying customers that’s designed to save you, JetBlue, time and money"

We arrived in SLC over 2 hours late, and then proceeded to wait 20 minutes for an open gate. The entire flight I was seated next to an elderely couple that were making out literally on top of me. When placing my overhead bag, one of the straps were caught in the lock mechanism. Instead of the flight attendant moving my strap and closing the bin, she gave me attitude and told me to fix it myself. 2 hours into the flight i wished to sleep, but my television display was broken. As a result, the brightness of the screen was on the max setting the entire trip. The last two hours of my flight I spent dealing with a headache because the rest of the plane was dark, and the display was half a foot from my face. To top off my horrible experience, the row across from me, and the row in front of me, had a screaming infant which wailed the entire flight long. I will never fly with Jetblue again, and will advise anyone considering it to pick a different airline."

Cons: "I have never had so much trouble with a website/app as with JetBlue for this trip. Checking in was super stressful, since it was a short layover and I had to go through customs. There were few employees to help when I couldn't print my boarding pass, and when I handed my already checked bag off (it was checked through) without a boarding pass the JetBlue employee was extremely passive aggressive and acted like it was somehow my fault I hadn't been able to get it printed and there had been no one around to ask. The flight crew was highly professional and the flight was good, but I was pretty disappointed by customer service on the ground."

I didn't want to wait for the next flight so then had to sprint, with my bags, from terminal 2 to 7 (which if you've ever walked through LAX you'd understand how unpleasant that was alone). I did make the flight, but just, thanks only to the girls at the checkout counter who were actually willing to help me, although not eager to."

Cons: "I had problems my flight"

Pros: "Crew was friendly."
Cons: "My flight was delayed twice on both the trip out and the return. It's not such a bit deal for a longer flight, but when the flight is barely more than an hour and it's delayed for an hour each time it really starts to negate the point of flying instead of driving when you factor in the airport time."

Pros: "Everything about this flight was satisfactory."
Cons: "Having to pay a baggage fee for the one bag I checked; lack of seat/leg room."

Pros: "Nice crew, quick boarding, quick service."
Cons: "Only thing they lacked was entertainment. You could download an app for everything, but there were no plugs to charge your device."

Pros: "They were always very attentive to let you know about gate changes or seat changes. Which to me personally is very important. I have had very bad experiences with other airlines in the past because they did not communicate properly their gate change and I missed my flight and missed events I was flying for. Excellent job to United for communicating gate changes very well! They did not break any of my luggage and the seats were fairly comfortable. The employees were also very attentive and willing to answer any questions."
Cons: "It was a bit confusing gate wise. I did have to ask an employee what was going on but they cleared up the confusion pretty quick. I flew on a jet verses a regular plane, and it was very loud. I had my movie turned up all the way with headphones and I still could barely hear it. It wasn't the fact that I couldn't hear my movie but in general it just hurt my ears. I was sitting towards the back of the jet though so I'm assuming if I was closer to the front it wouldn't have been as bad? Overall it was still a great experience"

Cons: "One gate agent spoke rudely to a passenger for throwing something in her trash can, she could have stated what she needed to more kindly, especially in front of other customers."

Cons: "Small plane. Dozens of bags taken in jetway so a long wait for delivery. Rough ride throughout"

Pros: "When getting on the second plan the crew members were literally running back and forth to get the right information in the computer, with seconds to spare before the plane actaully leaving us we were able to get board."
Cons: "Me and my husband were on time to our first flight, but they closed the gates on us 15 minutes early! And when we went to costumer service the lady didn't reprint our tickets to make sure we had actual seat on the plane. After waiting another 5 to 6 hours In the airport and knowing we needed to already be home, when trying to board on the full plane we almost were able to get on our second plane either."

Cons: "We paid for first class seats from Houston to Salt Lake City, thinking it would be provide us more than a regular seat. It did not. We received one drink and were allowed to pick from a basket of snacks (packaged pretzels and cookies), but that was it. No additional food, no entertainment options on our plane, no blanket, no pillows, no hot towels. We basically paid all that extra money for a little bigger seat. It was not worth it. This was our first time flying with United in a while and it will definitely be our last."

Cons: "New plane but uncomfortable seats that don't lean back... There was only one attendant for the entire business and economy class cabin... The first class had an attendant but only one for the rest of the ENTIRE plane! There was a TON of turbulence and we never heard ONCE anything from the attendants or the pilots about the bad weather! Scared and uncomfortable the entire flight!"

Pros: "So please tell me how it is you publish on your reader board need to park time and then you leave before that without indicating it to anyone"

Cons: "Flight was originally cancelled then it got delayed an hour the next day because of a catering truck not being there on time.. Freaking joke"

Cons: "The plane was an hour late! I was sitting with twins ten months old who screamed the entire trip!!! Having children I totally understand but the flight attendants acted like it made them angry instead of helping!!! I have flown United several times this year and there were problems on every flight! Lots of complaints!"

Pros: "The ease of getting onboard."
Cons: "I paid extra for the exit seats thinking there were going to be more comfortable, they were worse then the regular seats and I felt ripped off. On top of that you charge for water? That’s silly."

Pros: "I didn’t like a think since I checked in online and arrived within the 45-60min window to check my luggage. The system said it couldn’t find me. Frontier marked me as a no show before the time window closed"
Cons: "A full refund or they could’ve let me use that ticket price I’ve towards another flight equal to or of lesser value. What really ticked me off was I had to pay for my bags for them to turn around right after I gave them my card to swipe they then mark me as a no show getting even more money from. I will never use frontier ever again. I’d rather pay more money and delta"

Cons: "After sitting at the airport for hours with no reasoning as to why we weren't boarding 15 minutes after we were supposed to take off, we finally found out online that our flight was delayed. You couldn't find a soul that worked for Frontier in the airport. After being delayed twice, all while they knew they were going to eventually cancel it due to a labor dispute with pilots, they finally cancelled it at 3am. We had to sleep at the airport and take a 15 hour train ride home in the morning because the next time they could get us on a flight was a WEEK later. Even though when I checked online there were still seats available for a flight that morning. Spare yourself the hell and stay away from frontier."
