The only issue was a short window to make my connecting flight, and nobody to assist me in finding my way to the next gate.

This is my first time flying Aegean Air and I had a great first time experience. I will fly this airline again.

There was not any food and I didn't use the entertainment

Just ok. No much of a great travel experience. If you need point A to B they are ok.

More leg room, great if crew could move people before flight (ie if 3 in a row, offer to move 1 or 2 to an empty 3 seat row rather than let people move themselves after takeoff

Flight was late, boarding totally chaotic, seat uncomfortable, food good, attendants and pilots good.

aegean took off late, which made it impossible for us to make the next flight on air canada, we all ran to the terminal, the plane was still there but the air canada folks wouldn't let us board because they said the door was already closed. they told us we had to go all the way back to aegean desk to arrange another flight.

Loved the check-in experience. Very friendly staff and not crowded. I did wind up with a middle-middle seat, which was quite uncomfortable. Always appreciate the very professional staff on TAL.

Not a good experience from Lagos was very terrible paying for one extra bag is #403,600 in dollars is $331 which is too high and when get to Ny I don’t receive my bag till 2nd day some of my stuff was damaged am not really happy with Turkish Airlines very poor services.

Service was superb and the flight experience overall was great

First class payment but wife’s seat broken, would recline but not lay flat. On previous flight, delays and ground crew malfunctions connecting jetway made us miss flight to Houston. I asked twice for a cart to assist us getting across the massive Istanbul Airport, but was denied. We are both over 70.

Multiple errors by Turkish airlines and Istanbul Airport kept us from making flight. Stuck in Istanbul!

Traveling is Okay, but staying in Istanbul, specially Wi-Fi in airport terrible.

Flight attendants were harsh, food could be better, took way too long to pick up food trays, were stuck with the crying babies the entire to and from trip. Restrictions of 8 kg for cabin luggage is ridiculous that’s barely 2 pairs of pants, shirts, shoes. There shouldn’t be any restrictions on the carry on luggage size except the checked in luggage. Attendants don’t even help with putting luggage in cabin space. Attendant picked up food tray and spilled cherry juice all over my husband and has the nerve to come back to ask why he hadn’t changed his clothes.

they were much nicer on this flight. however, my baggage was delayed by one day, and one of my suitcases arrived broken.

Crew announced boarding started and they asked passengers to form a queue. Actual boarding didn’t start and queue was not moving for around 40-50 mins. Very poor management.

The most horrific experience we had with the airline that we had in our life Everything was substandard at best. For just one hot tea they charged 4 euros We paid for Lufthansa months in advance ,to get there they didn’t have us in record and after 4 and a half hours layover we almost we got one seat at the first row and one in the back of the plane On top of that our suitcase was seriously damaged and it’s unusable. Here we are halfway around the world in foreign language having to fix this on our vacation time Would you kindly and quickly resolve this matter

The food wasn’t great and it would be nice if the airlines showed documentaries about the countries we are flying into.

Very poor. Lost my luggage. Luggage never came in New Delhi from Munich and I created a lost luggage report with Lufthansa. Still waiting for luggage. Overall poor experience.

Did not appreciate being bumped from the seat I selected during checkin the day before the flight by an overbidding fellow passenger… I am also a paying customer Lufthansa!

You need to reimburse me for my seats purchased and luggage.

Very very poor. Reliability is the main issue. The flight from Bangalore to Frankfurt was delayed by 8 hours and hence we couldn’t make the flight from Frankfurt to St. Louis ( which was later canceled by Lufthansa ) . Bangalore airport lounge 080 is EXCELLENT. The shower in the lounge is first class. Wished they had some extendable lounge chairs for sleeping for the weary passengers. FRANKFURT AIRPORT IS HORRIBLE! WILL NEVER EVER FLY IN OR OUT OF FRANKFURT. There is no jetways for the Lufthansa flight and the bus took so long to reach the next terminal. We had to clear immigration and security checks again and again though we are transit travelers.

Seats were not comfortable and very small room for legs.

Flight cancelled then rebooked. Waited hours for help. Customer service lady at airport (who was great) gave us seat upgrade. When we got the the gate to board, gate crew was rude, they switched our seats back to economy and made us and one other couple check our luggage. Dozens of other people with bigger bags weren’t asked to, just us and a couple other foreign passengers. When we boarded the plane, there was plenty of room in overhead storage AND our upgraded seats were empty the entire flight. Awful experience and we missed an entire day in Amsterdam because of this.

Plane was late taking off. Baggage was delayed over 2 hrs.

I travel extensively internationally. I only bought this ticket because it was much cheaper than my usual airlines. I had sworn off Lufthansa from past experiences of tiny seat space, mediocre food and entertainment and unconcerned airline stewardesses. I was pleasantly surprised on this flight! My seat space was bigger than I remembered. The plane was new! The stewardesses were great and the food much better. Movie selection wasn't as good as Delta/Air France but good enough. I would now choose Lufthansa again in my top tier of flight choices.
