Good and they are leaving at time and arriving on time
The flight attendants were wonderful - one man put my carry on in the bin for me. Very attentive service. Loved the blanket and pillow waiting for me in economy. Food was excellent which is a surprise given the reputation of any airline food. Wine was fine with the meals. Delighted with the new movies - flight went by very quickly. I would definitely fly Lufthansa again.
Generally good. Not their fault but the design of the Boeing 747 had seating supports directly in line with my legs. So my legs always had to straddle this support which caused body misallignment. Such poor design from Boeing. There was no USB port for me to charge my phone. The screen touch control was very poor.
1. One of the crew who was managing the crowd in the business class line specifically asked me if I am travelling by business class while I was standing in the business class designated line. She specifically was asking only me and no one else. Seemed to imply that I may not be aware of it and may be I don't belong there?(Based on my color?) 2. The business class seats in the aircraft was average regular economy seats with middle seat kept free.
Patrick and the whole crew were amazing! Hope to have this team for all my European trips.
Smooth flight with enough time for connection. Ran out of meal options. In-flight and gate staff were friendly and helpful. Good service overall.
The food was straight up bad not gonna lie, seats are uncomfortable so I had to re-adjust my self most of the time, delayed our arrival time by alot.
Could have rebooked us with a comparable flight instead of a red eye. You could have also notified us of all the changes in our return flights. You never contacted us once for the changes, in fact your my trip often showed the wrong flight.
Wasn’t overbooked, so it was nice having an empty seat next to me. Appreciated the on time flight. Food was really bad though. Received stale vegetarian sandwich with just a slice of cheese and shredded carrots on it. Very strange and not tasty. I didn’t order a vegetarian meal either way of my trip but received all vegetarian meals because they said that’s all they have available.
Everything was great I have no issues they are wonderful , so helpful especially with my spical need son . Love the courtesy of the staff. But the food and entertainment need some improv.
Food was good. For a long haul flight, there was “0” zero entertainment! What a disappointment. I do try to avoid BA. Next time its Emirates via Dubai to Cairo.
The update about flights and the terminal changes information was great.
All service prior to the flight was terrible: online check-in not working, no customer service tel,, multiple airport scanners not working, A huge mess.
Uncomfortable seats. Crazy seat assignments separating families when they could easily have put them together. Good communication from pilot about arrival time after delay in departure. Toilet ran out of water in sink. Snack box poor for flight of this length.
Not that great. There were no entertainment screens, internet, or any way to track the flight path. The seats were fixed in order not to recline at all. The crew and the staff at the check-in counters were the only nice thing.
I liked BA land team for boarding, the food, entertainment should be considered to be improved
Flight was on time. The half sandwich offered doesn’t compare to the full meal offered by Egyptair. With BA there is no entertainment whilst on the Egyptair flight you get to choose form a range of movies and the flight map which I quite enjoy.
Service of the crews were great. Food on flight was very greasy, and salty.
Terrible, broken window and the blinded didn’t shut during the entire flight. Nobody could sleep
Horrible. Crew is not helpful. Lounge is sub standard and overcrowded. Getting to your plane is underwhelming “via a bus”. Worst experience I have had.
