I had gotten sick in Egypt and I felt lousy (dizziness and headache). Despite my physical condition I thought the flight was okay. Crew were professional and airplane was clean. Beer to drink. Other than the fact I was sick, I enjoyed the flight."

With no meat or chicken at all , apparently they don’t know what the meaning of a muslim meal is ! It means to have halal meat , we are not vegetarians ! 3- my baggage didn’t arrive to the airport and I filed a report and was told that I will have them tomorrow and now after four days the baggage didn’t arrive yet and I was told that one of them is missing !!!!!!! I can’t hate them enough."

Cons: "Online check in didn't work. The site kept telling me I needed a visa although I chose the option that stated I had an ESTA. Also mt destination country was not in the list of countries and there was no way to fill it in. The check- in agent in Cairo was cheeky and unhelpful. I was told I couldn't get the aisle seat assignment that I had selected online when attempting to do the online check in. The crew also stated I couldn't switch to an aisle seat because " we are completely booked" although all 3 rows in front of me had empty aisle seats all the way from Cairo to Frankfurt so I was stuck in a middle seat which the person in front completely reclining their seat for 4 hrs. At 5'10" it was not only uncomfortable but a painful flight. Things improved somewhat from Frankfurt to Miami but was still pretty tight due to the reclining seats. Luckily I got an aisle seat on that leg and the middle seat next to me was open. There was no entertainment on the Cairo to Frankfurt leg."

And yes, we checked in together. There were lots of confusing messages"

In bewilderment I asked her in English to repeat herself and she sarcastically repeated what she had said, in French, I asked for her to speak in English (which she had done to me previously on this Paris to London flight) yet again she scolded me in French. I was left absolutely none the wiser and it left a bad taste in my mouth."

When I was told that my carry on luggage exceeded the allowed weight I argued that my luggage was weighed in Cairo and that it was less than the 12 Kg allowed weight. The Air France attendant then waved with annoyance to speak with her supervisor. When I approached her supervisor, who was speaking with another Air France employee, she looked annoyed and said just just to to booth #7 or 8 that handles excess luggage issues. My reaction is to avoid traveling through CDG in the future and I will focus on flying with Lufthansa."

I told crew before I boarded that I could not open the emergency exit at assigned seat, due to an injury. I had to board almost last waiting for them to find someone who would take that seat. Then they put me in a non-reclining seat. I was given the wrong free beverage and the crew never came back. So I had nothing to drink on a 4+ hour long flight."

Cons: "Boarded plane in nonsensical manner. Had to try to walk opposite the flow of traffic to find room in overhead luggage compartment. Plane was too cold."

Cons: "The crew was kind and we boarded quickly however the seats were small. Which mean when your 3.5 hour flight turns into 9 hours due to weather this can become very painful. There is no entertainment unless you brought your own device and without a plug to charge it becomes useless quickly."

Cons: "Lost our bags which we still haven't received. Seats didn't recline. Airplane wasn't stocked with enough food for the passengers. This was on top of both flights being very delayed first due to weather and then maintenance."

Pros: "I liked the short trip and ease of getting on/off"

Cons: "After you get used to Jet Blue, it's tough to fly with United where there is no inflight entertainment unless you bring your own gadget. There are no in-flight snacks other than a tiny bag of mini pretzels or over-priced "snack boxes" for purchase. For short flights this is fine, but for 5 hour flights, it's a bit stingy. The biggest frustration with United is the small space. If you are a small child, great, but for adults, it's just terribly uncomfortable. Truly a "herded animal" experience."

Cons: "Flight was delayed 3 hours. In 15 minute increments so we kept thinking we were leaving and then it kept getting delayed. Almost missed my brother's graduation from basic training. Not pleased. I would like some kind of compensation for this. Also I am flying back now and my flights have been very delayed and I will arrive at least seven hours later than planned."

Cons: "I needed to work on this flight but never got online. Disturbingly, I pressed the flight attendant button twice to ask why unitedwifi.com was "unable to handle this request" for so long, but no one came to my seat. Much later, when the food cart came by, the attendant at the front told the other one to reset my light. The second one then asked if I had a question -- but didn't know what the wifi problem was. Hours later I did manage to get onto unitedwifi.com and learned that it's impossible to connect to using Chrome. Why did the crew not know this?! Then I was confronted with the $20 price tag to get on the internet. I started to pay, but the transaction took so long to complete that I realized it would be pointless to connect if that was the speed I could expect."

Pros: "We ended up with the exit row seats - awesome, especially for my 6'6" husband."
Cons: "We each had one bag- a backpack for him and an incredibly small roll bag for me. We were told we absolutely had to check the roll bag as space was limited. There were 3 off duty flight attendants sitting next to me and each had 2 large bags. Multiple other people had multiple oversized bags they were allowed to carry on. This infuriates me. I brought one bag, and a smaller than regulation one at that and I had to check it because other people were allowed to bring multiple bags. If you know a flight will be a tight squeeZe, limit people to one bag each."

Cons: "Probably one of the worst flights I have ever had. Flight cancelled - bumped back to last flight of the day. Even the standby was a mess up, boarded the plane where my seat was already taken, and after 10mins standingin the middle aisle, asked to leave. Just a drama"

Pros: "Again, the food wasn't bad, persay, there was just hardly any time to justify food at all. Just a slightly crushed packet of snack that was almost entirely pretzel."

Cons: "Flight delayed, missed connection. United made no effort to help find a new flight. They stranded my at an airport for 12 and never even apologized."
