Cons: American Airlines changed our seats after ticket purchase so that we were not sitting together. We chose seats at check-in in San Francisco so that we could sit together. When we landed in Miami we discovered our seats had been changed yet again and we were seated in different rows, middle seat!

Pros: Going my flight was delayed almost 4 hours and my connecting flight was canceled. Had to stay over night in the airport. I was able to book another flight and make it to my destination. But had to wait for the next flight to bring my baggage.

Cons: Coming back my flight was good . I have no complaints.

Cons: For a major carrier in Europe we expected more. Be Be prepared to pay for food and even a drink on a domestic flight. Seats tiny barely any leg room. Crew members appeared to be having a bad day not many welcoming smiles. I guess if you had to budget just pay use one of the other carriers

Cons: I did web check in last night. Despite several attempt, I was NOT able to receive email with my boarding pass until I arrive my house in Luxembourg. I was able to board the flight only because I saved pdf file after aforementioned attempt and sent to my email address manually.

Pros: Crew is was good. I did experienced something I have NEVER experienced before. While people were STILL trying to get to their seats the pilot pulled from the gate. I was extremely surprised that such action was done. Everyone should be seated before plane pulls from the gate.

Cons: The flight looked like it was British Airways. But it was actually operated by American Airlines. I selected seats in advance, but was not assigned to those seats.

Cons: Overall it was a very good experience. The crew was bad obliging and professional. The flight took off 30 minutes early from Abu Dhabi. However, it was late taking off from Heathrow. There was a delay of 1.25 hours as the ground crew took a long time to load and get the plane ready at Heathrow.

Pros: I notified the crew that I would have a very short time upon arrival in Madrid to catch my connecting flight to Santiago. They transferred me to a seat close to the front so I could disembark faster. That allowed me to reach the gate as the boarding began.

Cons: The company handling the check-in for Iberia is inept. The line reserved for baggage drop-off was used to prioritize check-in for a large group, making the benefit of online check-in meaningless! Also, the supervisor who intervened on my check-in issue lacked basic customer service skills!

Pros: The overall experience was great! I was extremely satisfied. I thought the crew was very kind and the extra touch of bringing ice cream to everyone as a treat was perfect for our family that had to restless little boys.

Cons: I did find it strange that the only brought the drink cart around once during the 9 & 1/2 hour flight. It was a cost savings approach more than anything. For the crew, I am sure it was also a time savings approach. When going to find another drink, it was clear supplies were also thinning out.

Pros: Loved the retrofitting work done on the 777-200 for atmosphere and head room. The flight crew were among the most accommodating I’ve experienced.

Cons: Hanging flown on several wide bodied aircraft, it’s been my experience that the A330 has a much better coach experience than the 777 aircraft models. For me, it’s a matter of legroom. Fortunately, I didn’t have anyone next to me on the flight and was able to spread out a bit (I’m 6’5”!!) My only other complaint was that while this was booked as an Iberia flight, the flights were all serviced by American Airlines. Check-in, seat selection were all handled by American. It was a little confusing in the online check-in process, because for months, the AA app wouldn’t recognize anything but the return legs of the trip using the record locator provided by Expedia.

Cons: The movies were kind of poor but the worst part really was the service. Most were not willing to help me at all (I was traveling solo with a baby and carry on baggage + a car seat). One stewardess even told another passenger to carry something back for me since the crew was too busy.

Cons: Will not fly this airline again. They charge less for online checkin and payment for checked bags than at the airport, except app didn’t allow payment so had to pay full price at ticket counter. Ticket agent wouldn’t do anything about it or answer any questions, horrible customer service.
