Develop a list of essentials, prepare for 3 or 4 interchangeable outfits, 2 pairs of shoes and try not to overpack!
TonyFlew with ITA Airways-Jun 2026

Verified travelerFlew with United Airlines-Jul 2026
Download your boarding pass before getting to the airport.
Verified travelerFlew with Alaska Airlines-Jun 2026
Check your flight the night before! My flight was canceled and rebooked but it is a common thing to have flights cancelled. The airport is small so going through TSA is fairly quick.
JulianFlew with Delta-Jun 2026
Be prepared for new screening processes including dog sniffing. You're asked to walk in group of 2 for about a 15 foot stretch while a sniffing dog follows just behind.
DadeFlew with Japan Airlines-Jun 2026
Lax airport was confusing and took forever to get around in. You need lots of time to get where you need to go. So give yourself lots of time
ArturoFlew with Royal Air Maroc-Jul 2026
Bring a good set of wired earphones to access the onboard entertainment system. The airline provides a set that is less than ok.
LorynFlew with Philippine Airlines-Jul 2026
In economy, the movies did not work only watching series. Be sure to charge electronics for any media entertainment.
RoyaFlew with Lufthansa-Jun 2026
Give yourself enough time if you have connecting flight cause emigration takes about 1 hr by itself
CherylFlew with United Airlines-Jul 2026
Don’t take a bottle of Korbel in your carry on! It has to be checked.
ErnestFlew with Cathay Pacific-Jun 2026
Dress comfortably, no tight shoes, no tight clothes. It's a long haul.
Verified travelerFlew with Fiji Airways-Mar 2026
Make sure to walk around at least once or twice for your circulation. If you have a large appetite make sure to eat before flying and bring extra snacks or something to eat because meals are served at the beginning of the final third of the flight.
BabuFlew with United Airlines-May 2026
If you want to get into a lounge, I highly recommend making reservations ahead of time if you can. Otherwise, you have to get there, scan some code and then get in a queue. Everywhere you go you have to wait. Just be ready for that.
HartajFlew with United Airlines-Apr 2026
My main tip is to allow a bit of extra time at SFO, since the airport is currently undergoing renovations. It is nothing unmanageable, but giving yourself a little buffer can help avoid delays.
MaryFlew with Alaska Airlines-Apr 2026
If any one has a hard time walking long distances automatically ask for wheelchair assistance the person helps guide you to your gate and there is a lot of walking
BeldanFlew with Japan Airlines-Mar 2026
make sure to file any medication permission for things like ADHD meds or opiates for pain management early, so you don't need to rush.
EricFlew with Delta-Mar 2026
SFO TSA agents is not affected by the government shutdown, so the airport is functioning as normal. No need to arrive too early.
MartaFlew with Alaska Airlines-Mar 2026
Security is fast. It is run by a private company and not TSA. Lines move quickly. Immigration/customs is a smooth operation.
LILLYFlew with United Airlines-May 2026
I recommend splurging for business class. A bit too cramped in economy.
AdamFlew with Alaska Airlines-Mar 2026
SNA airport is easy to navigate. Always quick line at security.
KenFlew with Lufthansa-May 2026
Get a good blow up seat cushion if traveling in economy
CupcakeFlew with Alaska Airlines-Apr 2026
Please bring a water bottle for hydration during the flight.
JorgeFlew with Aeromexico-Mar 2026
Be patient. Carry on is the best way for efficiency.
NicoleFlew with JetBlue-Apr 2026
Bring your own snacks/food. Extra legroom is nice but not really worth the extra money, unless you want free alcohol.
Verified travelerFlew with Spirit Airlines-Mar 2026
Charge all of your devices before boarding as there will won’t be any places to charge while on the aircraft.
Verified travelerFlew with Alaska Airlines-Mar 2026
TSA security isn’t bad, sometimes gets crowded right before another flight goes out. Smaller airport but has many flight options.
AdrianaFlew with American Airlines-Apr 2026
Check on your flight status often, as things can change and you may not be notified promptly
Verified travelerFlew with Scandinavian Airlines-May 2026
Don’t sit in bulkhead seats, that’s where baby bassinets are attached and babies are situated
CharlesFlew with Delta-Mar 2026
It's a long trip. Get up and move around if you can.
Verified travelerFlew with United Airlines-May 2026
check your reservation often to make sure your choices are still there.
CupcakeFlew with Alaska Airlines-Apr 2026
Check flight delays on Google prior to arrival at airport.
Verified travelerFlew with United Airlines-Apr 2026
Bring your own entertainment. Prepare for cramped seating.
Verified travelerFlew with Japan Airlines-Mar 2026
Don’t fly through LAX. It is a rundown airport and we had to park at a remote area and the bussed to the main terminal. This added 20 minutes to our transfer time.
MichelleFlew with American Airlines-Mar 2026
Not to sit next to the bathroom because people are always using it and the smell is bad at times.
SoosnataFlew with Delta-Feb 2026
I prepaid my baggage fee through the Delta App during web check-in; however, I was unable to locate the receipt afterward. It would be helpful if prepaid baggage receipts were clearly linked within the trip details section and/or accessible under the traveler profile for easy retrieval. This added visibility would enhance transparency and provide greater convenience for customers managing their travel documentation. Overall, a small enhancement that could further elevate the digital experience.
LoriFlew with American Airlines-Jan 2026
If you have a rollerboard, at least 50% of the time it won't fit in the overhead (regional jet) and have to be gate checked. I travel with a half size bag if i am spending no more than 4 days away and it fits in the overhead. That saves a lot of time when you have a connection and don't have to wait for your bag.
CandiceFlew with American Airlines-Jan 2026
Expect the terminal in Monterey to be slightly cramped because it is a small airport. It is best to check in ahead of time on the airline’s app so that when you arrive, you can go straight to the kiosk and print your luggage tags to avoid waiting in line. They will call your name once your tags have printed. So much easier and convenient!
BrandyiFlew with American Airlines-Dec 2025
LAX on Christmas Eve around 9am was a breeze. No passengers were in line to print bag tags, bag drop, or security. Made it through from entry to the concourse (for American Airlines) in under 12 minutes. Boarding process at gate 159 used turnstiles, which I prefer.
VirginiaFlew with Alaska Airlines-Dec 2025
I get a little motion sickness even in a car and wasn’t sure if i needed for flight, lesson learned. so Even if you have a little bit of motion sickness, take your medicine before flight…
Verified travelerFlew with Alaska Airlines-Feb 2026
Purchase one of those luggage covers because your bag might end up being checked regardless. Download episodes before your flight because they don’t always offer in-flight wifi.
GregFlew with Alaska Airlines-Jan 2026
Upgrade to first class for free checked bags, priority boarding and half off the SFO lounge for not that much extra
KhahnieFlew with United Airlines-Jan 2026
Give yourself plenty of time. Bring a lot of patience and practice kindness. Also bring a portable charger
Verified travelerFlew with ANA-Dec 2025
LAX checking in was quick and the connecting flight was the adjacent gate so it was very convenient.
SunnyFlew with Finnair-Jan 2026
Pack comfortably, read the baggage guidelines, and order in flight amenities ahead of time if you can.
PhilipFlew with Alaska Airlines-Feb 2026
Taking a flight with a smaller plane was pleasant, fewer passengers and.easier boarding and disembarking.
Verified travelerFlew with Alaska Airlines-Dec 2025
Bid on an upgrade seat if you can, I was pleased with my upgrade.
SharonFlew with Air New Zealand-Feb 2026
Book directly with the airline to maximize your ability to modify your booking online.
GraceFlew with Delta-Feb 2026
We were early arriving so had to sit on the runway for a bit. Remember that you aren’t really supposed to use the lavatories in those situations as it’s an “active runway” situation, so plan to use the bathroom if you need to prior to descent.
Verified travelerFlew with Spirit Airlines-Jan 2026
With Spirit at LAX you check in at Terminal 2, go thru security in terminal 1, then you have to take a bus to the gate. When you return, you have to take the bus back to terminal 1 to get your luggage.
DexterFlew with Asiana Airlines-Feb 2026
If traveling with toddlers or picky eaters, make sure you feed or buy food your kids will eat. Leaving San Francisco my kids didn’t eat any of the food coming from the SFO airport.
Verified travelerFlew with ANA-Feb 2026
Check the "true" costs of a flight with the actual carrier versus the many add on charges of a discount fare and subpar performance. To see if the difference is worth the pain..
Verified travelerFlew with Alaska Airlines-Jan 2026
If you want a better experience, fly non stop. American has a superior wireless connection experience. Delays appear to be the norm. Book two hours between flights minimum. Check your bags.
AlanFlew with Turkish Airlines-Dec 2025
try to pay for a seat instead of waiting as you will end up in the back and the seats back there have less space it seems like.
Verified travelerFlew with Alaska Airlines-Feb 2026
Make sure you have a REAL ID and not just a drivers license. It’s a $45 fee to get it processed the TSA rep told me.
DianaFlew with Alaska Airlines-Dec 2025
Don't go late in the day - delays accumulate and threaten if connections need to be made.
JackFlew with EVA Air-Feb 2026
Be sure to have the gate staff check your documents before boarding begins.
ShilpaFlew with TAP AIR PORTUGAL-Dec 2025
Seats were comfortable- vegetarian meal was pretty mehhh- maybe pack your own meal
JackFlew with EVA Air-Feb 2026
Be sure to have the gate staff check your documents before boarding begins.
Verified travelerFlew with Cathay Pacific-Feb 2026
Arrive early, Boarding gate may be a relatively long walk.
Verified travelerFlew with Alaska Airlines-Feb 2026
Plan for delays and bring a small travel bag.
TobinFlew with United Airlines-Jan 2026
Prepare a meal. Try not to check bags
StephenFlew with United Airlines-Jan 2026
If you're trying to make a connecting flight make sure you allow PLENTY of time between flights or be prepared to miss the next flight. Make sure to use the restroom at the last possible moment before landing because you could be sitting on the taxiway for 5 more minutes... 5 more minutes... 5 more minutes... until it's been nearly 2 hours. Don't trust the airline provided ETA provided by apps they don't update it until long after you're delayed. If someone is showing up to give you a ride, make sure they have hours to wait for you.
JamesFlew with Alaska Airlines-Jan 2026
Travel with a carry on only because on my flight I observed a family of (7, 5 kids and both parents) load up the overhead luggage compartments with (7) carry on suitcases, in addition to (4) back packs, which was allowed by the airline and I'm certain paid zero extra dollars as I did for three large suitcases at $35 a piece. Sane your money and do the same thing that family did.
Verified travelerFlew with Spirit Airlines-Jan 2026
As bad as it gets. Sign in at one terminal (40 minutes), walk to another terminal to go through security (1 hour+), then take a shuttle through taxiing planes on the tarmac to your flight's terminal (up to another hour). Absurd.. Give yourself a whopping 4 hours or you could miss your flight.
LeeFlew with ANA-Jan 2026
Make sure you understand the cost of additional baggage. This information was not make readily available. If I had known it was so high, I would have made sure to pack in a single checked bag. It seems this information was hidden from me.
Verified travelerFlew with Iberia-Jan 2026
Buy your flight directly from the airline because the cancellation process is purgatory
Verified travelerFlew with Cathay Pacific-Nov 2025
Arrive early, the airport is a bit confusing and crowd handling is inefficient.
ReinhardFlew with Scandinavian Airlines-Nov 2025
Don’t travel with checked luggage when booking tickets with stopovers
Verified travelerFlew with China Southern-Jun 2025
Passports are everything when traveling in China beginning with your flight! Keep it handy for every transition! Also the flight boards in the airports don’t always show every flight. If you don’t know Mandarin, practice a few phrases or questions such as to ask about your flight gate, or have a translator app ready. There aren’t many English speaking employees at airports or airlines. Also, unless they are under 30 years old, most Chinese folks know traditional Mandarin not the new simplified. Also many general workers are likely of a regional dialect so if you need help look for someone that appears younger and in a customer facing role like a gate agent. The translator apps are pretty good but limited. Give yourself a lot more time to get around than you think you need. Most importantly, everyone was super nice and helpful.
Verified travelerFlew with Alaska Airlines-Jun 2025
Oakland is a nice small airport. Getting through security was a breeze with TSA precheck. We did have to stand in line for about 20minutes to drop bags as there were no agents at the counter. I had the most delicious crispy Al pastore taco near face 14
FraxysFlew with American Airlines-Jun 2025
Bring an empty refillable water bottle/container through TSA and fill it up as soon as you pass the security check. The water station is available to the left and to the right of it.
BrianFlew with Southwest-Jun 2025
Arrive at Burbank an hour before your flight and you will be just fine.
JamieFlew with Spirit Airlines-Jul 2025
Pay the additional to get your seat in advance and bring a carryon.
CarlosFlew with Alaska Airlines-Jun 2025
Get to the San Diego airport early. The security line will be long. Also, if you're flying Alaska Airlines and don't check in online, go to the Alaska Airlines "Agent Assit" counter first. Don't be like me and go to the Alaska Airlines "Bag Drop" line. That was a bit confusing. If you're flying Alaska Airlines.
TorieFlew with Spirit Airlines-Jun 2025
Be aware that you pay extra for even a carry-on suitcase, but you can bring a personal item at no extra charge (purse, computer bag, etc). There is typically turbulence going into and out of Las Vegas during the warm season.
MaryFlew with Delta-Jun 2025
San Diego is great airport at terminal 2. Not so great for Uber pick up past terminal 1 diversion When busy.
Verified travelerFlew with American Airlines-Jun 2025
Large number of passengers on the flight so arrive early to the airport and to the boarding gate
JakeFlew with United Airlines-Jul 2025
Security in Bishop does not open until 1 hour before the flight.
MathewFlew with Delta-Jun 2025
Make sure to pack 2-3 days of clothing in a carryon.
IreneFlew with Delta-Jun 2025
Click the QR code to do the Ag declaration before you board
RobertFlew with Qantas Airways-Jun 2025
Make sure you’ve got enough time to switch terminals if needbe
LeoFlew with American Airlines-Jul 2025
Avoid LAX. Personal experience. I have had less chaotic process in Ontario, CA airport. If transferring through another AA flight, consider Phoenix airport.
Verified travelerFlew with Hawaiian Airlines-Mar 2025
Bring a blanket for the flight and your own snacks. WiFi on the plane was great and the leg room in our seats was good also
MaryannFlew with United Airlines-Mar 2025
Bring your own food with you. Airport and airline food is expensive and you WILL need something to eat on such a long flight.
EricFlew with Alaska Airlines-May 2025
SBP gets busy in the early morning with several flights departing between 6am and 7am. Arriving early will avoid stress.
Verified travelerFlew with ANA-Mar 2025
Compression socks are your friend. I wish I bought some to help me deal with the cramped seating.
Verified travelerFlew with Delta-Apr 2025
It’s an easy short flight, so a quick recharge nap is nice. A neck pillow is recommended.
FraxysFlew with American Airlines-May 2025
Grab breakfast at the airport or take it with you when you board for morning flight.
JendanFlew with Porter Airlines-Mar 2025
Make sure you have an online streaming option to help the time pass faster.
Verified travelerFlew with Spirit Airlines-Mar 2025
Check in online, bring a backpack as a personal item!
Verified travelerFlew with Singapore Airlines-Mar 2025
Stand up and move around at least every 2 hours
GeraldFlew with American Airlines-May 2025
SJC is physically a smaller airport. The gates are closer and TSA has shorter lines, They are not subject to weather delays as much as SFO. On the other hand SFO offers more flight options, both in the number of flights each airlines flies and the number of airlines serving the airport.
HFlew with American Airlines-Mar 2025
It’s really easy. The only complaint might be the tram back to the last terminal to Tucson. It runs about once an hour and there is only one food option when you get there. Just give yourself plenty of time..
John William MichaelFlew with American Airlines-Mar 2025
Watch the departure gate. Some are distant requiring shuttle service and there is minimal to non existent food, beverage, and usual shopping at these gates. Take food with you before boarding the shuttle.
RonaldFlew with Alaska Airlines-Apr 2025
The airport security can take a long time, the bathrooms are not always available near the gates due to construction, repairs, remodels.
CaseyFlew with Scandinavian Airlines-May 2025
Better concession options on other terminals than 3, if you’re flying Delta. Explore if you have time.
CHARLESFlew with American Airlines-Mar 2025
There are no food or vendor services in the boarding areas of Terminal 4 at LAX.
PallaviFlew with British Airways-Apr 2025
Eat at the lounge first so you are not stuck eating overcooked cheese ravioli
Verified travelerFlew with United Airlines-May 2025
Gate area is very expensive, be sure to get food before getting there.

Be patient. Get there early. Ignore the crazies in LAX.
Verified travelerFlew with Southwest-Apr 2025
Arrive at the airport at least two hours earlier.
Verified travelerFlew with Alaska Airlines-Apr 2025
Look at the seat assignments before you commit
LawrenceFlew with United Airlines-May 2025
Get to your gate early!!! Very little seating at/near gates 19, 20, 21 and 22. The last couple of flights, American boarding (very different gates) has been very straightforward. The last time on United, boarding at gate 19 was bedlam. Really going to look hard before scheduling on United next time!!!
RichardFlew with Hawaiian Airlines-May 2025
Bring a pen. The airline insists that you fill out customs forms but do not have pens. How much could a pen that also advertises for Alaskan Airlines possibly cost in relation to the cost of the fare?
MargaretFlew with Hawaiian Airlines-May 2025
The delays we experienced on both flights to and from were cancelled or delayed which made for a very stressful trip. I would suggest monitoring the flight status continuously before arriving at the airport.
William DrewFlew with Southwest-Dec 2024
If you're flying from San Jose, arrive at the airport early. You never know how long the line at TSA will be. If you have time, the airport has well-designed facilities and reasonable priced restaurants. The Southwest ground staff is professional and will help you through the check-in and cattle call boarding process
KateFlew with Frontier-Dec 2024
Pack a snack food and airport is very expensive. Bring an empty water bottle. There are lots of filling stations. Delays seem to happen frequently be flexible and kind. You’ll get to where you’re going.
SarahFlew with Alaska Airlines-Feb 2025
Go early in the day so if your flight is canceled, you might have better alternatives than I did when my 12:30 flight was canceled.
selamatFlew with Singapore Airlines-Dec 2024
Having comfortable clothing is the key for having a good trip and trying get some sleep.
Verified travelerFlew with Frontier-Dec 2024
Pack light and arrive earlier.. Also download the App and check your flight and check in..
Verified travelerFlew with Alaska Airlines-Jan 2025
Use the lounge access at the discounted rate. It was very nice.
Verified travelerFlew with Alaska Airlines-Feb 2025
When you are told to sit and fasten your seat belt doesn’t mean you can get up and use the bathroom. So, please for the love of god, use the bathroom prior to boarding :)
AmyFlew with Spirit Airlines-Dec 2024
Make sure you download your movies in advance and try not to bring more luggage than you need. And keep in mind that the gate at San Diego airport is terribly small.
Verified travelerFlew with Air New Zealand-Jan 2025
Be prepared for a long overnight flight. Ear plugs a necessity. We had many many kids, and several who screamed rather than cried. A tough night. Not the airlines fault
AngelaFlew with EVA Air-Jan 2025
Food is so so. Take your favorite snacks. Download your favorite movies and shows. Everything else is standard of any international flight you’d expect. Pretty straightforward.
Verified travelerFlew with Iberia-Jan 2025
Make sure you arrive early. Sometimes, the traffic getting to LAX can be a total nightmare.
Verified travelerFlew with Alaska Airlines-Jan 2025

CarmelFlew with Alaska Airlines-Jan 2025
Know that flights are very unreliable so pad your days/plans.
ericFlew with Air New Zealand-Jan 2025
At least two hour connection Buy food pre-flight
Odessa DelainaFlew with American Airlines-Dec 2024
Do not arrive more than 1 1/2 hours before departure. There wasn’t anyone to accept baggage and no seating available.
Verified travelerFlew with WestJet-Nov 2024
Don’t wait to the last hour to get to LAX for your flight. Traffic is heavy in and out of LAX and it will take at least an hour to checkin and clear security. Be there at least 2 hours pre-flight.
Verified travelerFlew with United Airlines-Sep 2024
If you do not find enough space for your personal belongs( bags or luggage), you can ask the crew for help. They are kindly and friendly, and they can help you.
JenFlew with Air Caraïbes-Sep 2024
Bring snacks! Might also want to bring a seat cushion. Spend lots of time thinking about how happy you are that you got a cheap ticket!
Verified travelerFlew with French Bee-Oct 2024
Enjoy at The Club SFO lounge at Terminal 1, then walk only 10 minutes to Terminal A which is adjacent to the French Bee gate.
RodFlew with United Airlines-Sep 2024
Yes! Don’t reserve a flight with less than 1 1/2 hour connection time or you have a good possibility of missing your connection.
CherylFlew with Alaska Airlines-Oct 2024
I prefer this airport over LAX. It is manageable, and one only needs one to one and a half hours of preflight arrival.
BryanFlew with Southwest-Oct 2024
Because it's a smaller airport, you can arrive at the airport a lot sooner if you're not checking a bag.
ThuFlew with Southwest-Oct 2024

It varys to the airport state and country. The United States have large airports with the availability of WiFi and charging ports and usable electrical outlets In Romania, WiFi was limited to areas and weak . Warsaw Poland WiFi was much better But still no charging visible. If you travel to Europe you will need a adapter to use there and convert your plug to charge up your mobile phone/tablet/ laptop.
Verified travelerFlew with Cathay Pacific-Oct 2024
Make sure if you are selecting a seat that is in the front row on the side the inside seats have the tv monitors the outside seat you are out of luck
Verified travelerFlew with Alaska Airlines-Oct 2024
An hour before flight was enough time for departing from Santa Rosa. (I doubt anyone is at the airport and working at 4:30am).
JFlew with Alaska Airlines-Oct 2024
You get a little a Pretzel bag or Biscoff crackers. Bring your snacks for the long haul. And listen for free gate checks !

Red eye from San Diego. Temperature of the cabin was way too warm and the air duct flowed very little air.

Red eye from San Diego. Temperature of the cabin was way too warm and the air duct flowed very little air.

I think Southwest is the number one airline that anyone can fly I have flown for the first time Frontier and what a joke and their customer service United was a very strange experience I'm only sticking to Southwest from here on out for sure

Great job Southwest! My family doesn't fly often but we felt safe the whole time.

Flight was delayed, full flight and I had to change gates. Southwest flights are always late later in the day.

Was fine, delayed and feels like southwest is always late

The entire experience from boarding to landing was amazing! The crew were very friendly. Will definitely be back.

Delayed flight, lack of information, boarding process is a mess as is the carryon luggage causing issues when leaving the plane….just a poor experience.

Comfortable. Easy. No problems. Just wish they had gf options for snacks.

The crew was very kind and made going to Hawaii relaxing and fun to look forward to! Thank you Southwest for a pleasant flight!

Terrible. Even though there’s assigned seating now, they are still the slowest boarding airline of anyone.

It was a flight with a tremendous amount of turbulence especially at landing, the flight deck and cabin crew were AMAZING! Everything was explained early and everyone was calm through the repeat attempts at landing. Thank you Delta for your professionalism and safety concerns.

Sat next to toilet after booking with kayak. Last seat last row

We got in the plane late we still got to our destination on time. I wished Airlines would make people that put their luggage above were smaller maybe they would all fit and get them out easier customers like myself pay for her luggage in the back when your in a hurry to go to another destination it’s very frustrating for everyone to take their time to get their luggage down and wait because they don’t want to pay.

The plane smelled like an aquarium. Many passengers noted it smelled like fish. We then sat on the plane for over 2 hours before taking off

Poor transfer conditions at LAX almost missed flight. Long walk and delayed shuttle ..avoid at all costs

Flight was delayed by almost 2 hours due to air control and no available plane. We didnt land until after 1:30am. And it changed my whole vacation, no sleep the 1st night

I have been trying to cancel my flight from 2 hours before and still have not been able to

The problem was going through San Diego, a trip that's become a new development.

The flight was very late departing the gate, for unknown reasons.

It was awful. I will never appreciate this type of connection where i have to wait 12 hours which turned into 18 hours due to Alaska's delays after flying over 15hours already. The 15 hours already made my body suffer as soon as I deplaned. I struggled to breath and was about to faint, but being alone, I tried to hold on my carry on luggage I wasn't able to take it anymore, so I informed the airport people who then assisted me. My husband had to book me a $200 hotel room so I can rest. I stayed for only 4 hours in that expensive hotel in order to catch my 8 in the morning flight to Spokane only for it to be delayed until 2:17. We finally left LAX before 3pm. Alaska was also inconsistent with their gate assignments. Our first gate was 64A, after the delay they sent us an email that the next gate was 68,but the arrival and departure board showed gate 60. When I asked the desk 60 agents, they said it will be gate 61. All these experience contributed to my exhaustion and stress which affected my heart and well being.

Even though we arrived early and checked in, for some unexplained reason, our bags were removed from the plane and put on the next flight. It took over 12 hours after arriving to get our bags.

Internet connectivity still seems to be touchy on these flights, making it difficult to rely on it for getting work done.

Delta is always late. Ruined our first day of a short vacation. Timing is important. We pay to stay on an itinerary

My son’s suitcase was left behind at SFO and did not make the flight.

Seats were not bad enough and uncomfortable good legroom in the emergency exit row we were in, but we were forbidden to hold my grandson on my lap for a little while, and the stewardess passed us saying it was against regulations which makes little or no sense when you’re 36,000 feet. The food snacks were really bad. Tasteless tasted like wallpaper, but we’re supposed to be protein bars, and the announcements were all completely incoherent because of the noise of the airplane and the lowness and crackly nature of the PA system.. this was disgraceful. No one in our party could understand a word of what the captain or the flight attendant were saying —not a word! The landing was a little hairy in a pretty stiff crosswind -we bounced before the plane stabilized on the runway

Flight team was great and we even arrived ahead of plan!

First The flight got delayed because one of the crew members was late and we couldn’t board until she arrived. Then we all boarded and got held in the tarmac for another 30 min.

Crew was absolutely fantastic and we’re so welcoming and friendly ❤️

It was as good as it could be. Flying is not a pleasant experience these days.

Very good flight. Crew was great. No issues and we even arrived early.

The back to back mechanical delays from Denver to San Diego and then on my return flight from Denver to Great Falls it added extra time both ways

The pilot was late so we didn’t take off til almost 2 hours late.

Flight was late, the only reason I almost missed my flight was that my connection was also late.

Baggage claim signs were not updated with my flight information, so I had to guess. The app wasn't updated either.

It was a short, comfortable flight. It did leave an hour late due to the pilot having to be replaced (family emergency) but that didn’t inconvenience myself & my friend. The situation was explained, eventually.

The seats were very uncomfortable. I paid for the front economy. i swear they added a row of seats in there. It was so tight, that I could measure the distance between my seat and the one in front from my elbow to the tips of my fingers plus six inches. The seat cushion was completely worn out. The dinner was very good. Thank you for having a vegetarian option as a standard. But breakfast was nothing but sugar. that's not food. The crew was crabby and rude, especially in regards to coming to the back gallery. And the entertainment choice: why would you put violent movies on the choice? the Godfather? Some movies with black women being beaten over the head with clubs? What the heck? You know that when there is a movie on a plane, everyone gets to watch it. Why choose the most violent titles possible? The total number of movies were very limited, and the television, even more so. No games were available on the set. The wellness section was nice, thank you. I appreciated a galley in the middle where I could stand. The seats were unbearable.

UA594 was delayed multiple times. I ended up getting picked up so I can make it in time for work 6AM on Monday, 7/6/2026

Boarded from a very small gate at LAX. Staff at gate had us line up, then waited 25 minutes to board without a word of explanation. Plane arrived on time then waited 20 minutes for a plane to vacate our gate. Majority of bags arrived after 15 minutes but it took an hour for a small number of remaining bags to be off-loaded despite my “priority” bag tag.

Excellent communication from the staff. We actually arrived early. Very friendly and professional staff.

Great staff. Clean plane, but we were delayed for more than an hour due to maintenance issues and had to board another plane.

The seats are tiny and they don’t recline. The planes are dirty and very small. You have to pay for carry on and even the personal item that you’re allowed is smaller than with other airlines. Flights are usually delayed and there’s no screens or any amenities or entertainment.

I really didn't like anything. Paid for my checked luggage online ($79) and then was told that I would have to paid another $79 for my carry on. Was not allowed to enter the terminal until 3 hours before my flight and when I finally was allowed to check my bag and enter, my flight was delayed 3 times. When I finally landed, we were all instructed to "run off the plane" as they had to do a quick turn around to Las Vegas. Me and several of my flying companions will never fly Frontier again.

It was awful ....my first time flying on it and I will NEVER fly it again ....everything about it was terrible .....most especially the flight attendants

They didn’t offer a water, even after I asked

Remind customers of the need to have passport or new ID for boarding.

The flight never took off and we spent 7 hours at the airport

It was ok. It was expensive to check 2 bags ($75.00 per bag), and then it took a long time to wait for shuttle to take us from one terminal to the terminal where the plane was taking off at LAX. And all of this for a flight where we had to pay for any food or drink that was not water.

When I wanted to check in 3 hours prior to boarding time, the employees mentioned “a little over an hour delay” so I waited for an hour then I went to go look for food in the terminal and most people from that flight were in the same area looking for food. Finally I decided after food to check to see if it’s anytime closer and now it’s 2 mins until boarding closes?! What are you kidding me? I didn’t receive anything via sms about boarding now nor via email or on the intercom. I luckily made it through, barely, and then there’s no room for my carry on mind you I’m in the very first row so I had to place my purse in one further row back and my carry on sections down. Not sure who pays for better seats to get your stuff placed all over the plane but that was the worst experience I’ve ever had flying with anyone.

This airline sucks. They offer low rates then charge you for everything, the app does not work well, the seats are the most uncomfortable. Maintenance issues on the flight, and you still have to sit through their credit card commercials. People are nice enough but does not make up for overall poor experience.

Cancelled flight after I arrived at airport after 75 min drive and parking. Next flight was 4 days in the future. Had to scramble and buy a much more expensive flight on another carrier.
