Not much to say really. It was very basic flight with no entertainment. But it was inexpensive and fine for a short flight. No complaints

They wouldn't let me on the plane. The 3rd party apparently didn't pay for the tickets properly?
Overall experience is good but if the food menu can change to authentic Malaysia food will be good. I.e. Nasi Lemak, Char Kueh Tiew and etc
Surprised that the safety briefing was only conducted in Malay language and no English despite there are foreigners on board. MH should take safety more seriously.
Food was good but only 1 meal and 1 pie, instead of 2 meals. Both legs were late.
We are row 11, when the crew came to us, only one meal choice was available.
OK seats comfortable, easy boarding/embarking, excellent connection to domestic Malaysia flight with baggage checked through without customs. Catering especially drinks borderline ok luckily less important aspect
Jia yung was the flight attendant that made this a miserable flight.
AC not working, just slowly blowing room temperature air. Long taxi time does not help as well. Sweating all over the whole trip.
Did not take as cancelled 3 time so took another airline

Wak all over the airport bit fast bording to flight smd miss my meeting in kuaa lumpur is the year end meeting no internet in flught which is not good Anyway overall is good thanks to the crew on duty Un able to check in on line and choose the seat thatbi wanted and in flight meal too unable to purchase rrally sad Should get priority seat in next booking
Flight was delayed from 8pm to near midnight. They made us board then sit in the cabin and wait for even longer for take-off. No compensation whatsoever - not even in a free drink or meal
We were told that flight was delayed by 20 mins, but it left close to an hour late. But they did make it up and arrived early; it's just very difficult to keep waiting when it's a late flight. Food was mediocre.
I had a wonderful experience with this company. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our pilot was skilled and clearly experienced. The value for the price was excellent. I would definitely recommend them.
Very quick turn around, plane was in good condition, alles paletti.
Instead of landing we had to go around and landed in Kuala Lumpur International Airport instead of Subang. Then we had to restart and arrived over 2.5 hrs late
As usual, poor communication on delays. No info, no updates, no apologies.
They didn't have a single blanket for hire for a long haul overnight flight. This wasn't good enough even for a budget airline
I regret flying air Asia everytime I fly them. Baggage policy is a joke and the fact they issue mobile boarding passes but you can’t ever use them?? A waste of everyone’s time (you can only use them flying out of bangkok or KL)
You should have given upgrade at 50% off instead with half full flight on to the hot seat that is how you treat the guest by offering upgrade to the hot seat guest would be happy to pay with the disc given

Quick and easy, short flight , 30 minutes. Staff was friendly, no food or drinks in this very short flight.
I arrived at the airport and the flight did not exist
They find a way to Nickel and dime you in all creative ways. The boarding crew seems to have target collection amount. If you are flying internationally, avoid them at all costs.
