Spirit is a very uncomfortable travel experience. It’s cheap but you are squeezed into the seats like canned meat.
I've flown Spirit many times. However, they seem to be getting worse. I don't understand how the contracts with the gates at the airport works, but Spirit never seems to have a gate ready when we land. This happened again on this flight. And once again, baggage took forever to arrive at the baggage claim belt. This time it was about 45 minutes to an hour, late at night, when the airport was not crowded. On a previous trip, they lost the luggage cart and we were all waiting for about 3 hours for our luggage. Plus, I did get a deal through Kayak on a flight that was shown sold out on Spirit's site. However, by the time I added all the luggage, and didn't even pick seats, I could have taken any direct flight I wanted through Delta. I'm about done with Spirit.
I didnt take the flight because your company booked it through a scam agency called airline assist. There was no flight. You guys suck.
Prepaid for 1 bag but my prior airline did not provide it to me in time to check it with Spirit and I could not get my $75 refunded.
The flight, the pilot, the flight crew, and the ground personnel were all great, despite the sudden and lengthy FAA Ground Stop in Boston, which SPIRIT obviously had nothing to do with and no control over.
It was fine, Can’t blame you about airport issues.
All was good expecting the seats need a bit of cushion. Besides that I can’t complain.
Very efficient process and boarding, seats felt standard. Flight conditions from take off to landing had been very smooth. Alcohol on the menu however was not available… Will fly Spirit in the future for the price, you can’t really complain if you fly light.
As my first time on Spirit, I thought that it was good.
Friendly staff put me at ease with processes, since this was my first time. I would recommend flying on Spirit!
Long delay. No AC on the flight from Barbados to St. Lucia.
Did not get to travel, you canceled my flight and left me stranded for the hole day, it's another day and I can't get to my destination. I will not recommend any one to this away, bad service

Delays, changing flight times and screws us up when connecting with another flight . It’s the same ole story. Bahamasair don’t care and no one holds them accountable.
Poor, every time it’s Delays, delayed by 3 hrs to depart and still waiting in airport as another delay with no updates , Bahamasair is the worst and they are not interested in improving.
I love everything about bahamasair. Especially the safety they have for the people. I don't care how long they delay once I reach safe that's all. They made me not afraid to fly anymore

Going the plane was late and then Bahamas Air chartered another plane to take the passengers to San Salvador.

We were scheduled to travel at 12pm. The flight got delayed with no updates until 11:30am. They advised that we will receive an update at 1pm. However, the flight was then delayed until 6pm with no clear indication as to if that was the departure time. It was NOT! They decided to combine two of their scheduled flights into one due to the smaller number of passengers. If you do not wish to be inconvenienced, “STAY AWAY FROM THIS AIRLINE”!!!!!!They do have a track record of this!
Flight was delayed more than 2 hours in departure. Boarding was lengthy and passengers were very rude. I waited on the plane for almost an hour once boarded and it was very hot. The passenger next to me was clearly I’ll: coughing and sneezing the entire flight.
