Pros: "La puntualidad"
Cons: "Cuando viajas en turista/coach en algunas oportunidades necesitas una manta/blanket/frazada/cobija y difícilmente hay alguna disponible"
Cons: "We had to spend a date in Caracas because they over book the flight."
Pros: "THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY ENTIRE LIFE. Immigration stalled for over 3 hours and we missed our connection flight to Seattle. With no hotel accommodations nor food accommodation we are forced to sleep here in the airport and payed over $900 to catch a new flight in the morning. Worst airlines ever!"
Cons: "I never got on because I was unaware that I needed extra documents to travel there"
Pros: "Fast boarding and take off, pleasant crew"
Cons: "We traveled with 16 months old toddler. When checking in online I requested kids meal under our reservation. So, I got kids meal but there was no food for me. If I didn’t request child’s meal, I would get my dinner, but my child would be hungry. It was ok, we shared, but later I asked for whole milk for my son, but they didn’t have it. I am glad I had some toddler formula with us, otherwise I don’t know what we would do. It was a 16 hour travel with one stop and they had no milk on both airplanes. I never write anything bad ever but I think the airline should reconsider kids services. There should have been milk and separate tray for child to eat."
Cons: "i have a huge problem how can i contact you guys ..."
Pros: "It is a short trip from Panama City to San Andrés. It was even better when I got a free upgrade to the executive seating. The crew was polite and professional. No complaints at all."
Pros: "Courteous staff m, on time arrival and departure, good meals"
Cons: "The on-board movie was a kid movie, but there were lots of kids on board, so that didn’t really matter to me"
