Pros: "Nothing the flight was super late and there was no communication as to why or even and announcement to say it was late. I missed my flight to France lost a night in a hotel and missed an important event on my itinerary."

Cons: "A lot of standing around. Gate crew calls everyone up to depart and we sit standing around for 20 min before they are ready for us to head out to the aircraft. This happened on both legs of the flight. Not very efficient use of time. Return flight was an hour late."

Cons: "Tried to deny my friend from boarding the flight with her legal assistant dog. They even held the plane. Then made up a rule that was illegal."
Pros: "It was easy to check in and everything was on time."
Cons: "We were informed that our flights did not exist upon arriving to the airport on our honeymoon. It is unclear if this was the fault of the booking agent Airfare.com or Air Antilles / Air Guyane / Winair. We had to fly out the next day, giving up a day on our honeymoon and our non refundable hotel reservation. On our return flight, we missed our connection due to an hour delay in which were never given an explanation and then received zero assistance on rebooking. We ended up having to book another flight back to the states. All in all, flying with this airline cost about $2000 and a lost day of our honeymoon. Never, ever fly with them."

Cons: "Everything. The staff and crew of Intercaribbean airlines are very unprofessional and not helpful at all. On top of the flight delays all the luggage for that particular flight was left in Kingston. Everybody was rather nonchalant and unapologetic about the situation. I was told I would get the the following day. The next day only two of my three bags showed up. I was not compensated for the inconvenience and was told point blank that they will only deliver one of my bags to my address even though they were the reason I had NONE of my luggage in the first place. They are disgusting!!! I would never recommend this airline to anyone."

None of the passengers on our plane received their checked bags. We waited over 20 minutes before they informed us no bags were coming. Then told us they didn't know where the bags were. We called at 4:30, they said they had our bags and would put on the 6:30 ferry. Went to meet ferry, no bags. Called again, first woman said they didn't know where our bags were. When I explained everything she was able to locate them, thankfully, and they ended up on 9pm ferry. Communication needs to be better!!"

Cons: "My previous flight by Southwest landed an hour late causing me to miss my connector with InterCarribean by two minutes. Ten minutes after the plane departed, I called the InterCarribean online booking number to get on a flight later that day. After I got off of the phone and received my emailed receipt, I saw that I was charged the full price of the flight later that day and charged a $50 fee for adjusting my departure time without being refunded my initial ticket fare. However, I had called 20 minutes after my initial flight had taken off so I shouldn't have been charged a $50 transfer fee plus the cost of a second ticket ($170). So at the end of the day I bought two tickets for different flights plus a $50 transfer fee. I am hoping that maybe I can get this corrected but not overly hopeful. After getting confirmation that I had a seat on the second flight, I went to check in but there was no place to check in unless I exited through baggage claim and go to the primary check-in desk. Since I only had a carry-on I wanted to avoid having to stand in line and go through security again this but there were no InterCarribean locations on the concourses until my 6pm flight four hours later. I went to the main check-in desk and stood there for 90 minutes for a person to come out to man the desk. After I got my boarding pass, everything was OK."
