We sat in comfort+, yet somehow the seats seemed less roomy than the domestic leg from Chicago to Minneapolis. The screens were very dysfunctional - they froze twice and was very glitchy throughout the trip. At one point they had to be reset, and the glitch made a 14-hr trip not relaxing. There was a sudden early departure with insufficient communication due to the change in route, which added to our stress right when we landed into Minneapolis, and we arrived late even with the early departure.

Please do something about the cold temperature on the planes for goodness sake. I was freezing on all four flights ( and so were some other women).Men are not the only ones taking these flights, they seem to generate heat or retain it better than women but for the love of God let's find a happy medium. Even when all overhead air was turned off, it was still cold and usually the blankets, If there any available, don't help.

The Flight was on time and the service was excellent.

After the airport staff at JFK and Mexico City were so helpful (since I was on crutches and needed a wheelchair), I was a bit surprised at the lack of concern the crew showed me. Didn’t really check on me. Luckily, I didn’t have to go to the bathroom and there were no hiccups, so a bit of a moot point. Flight was smooth, watched a movie I hadn’t seen, food was subpar but edible, and I got to my destination without a hitch.

Well I just slept when I got on board and woke up when they said we’ll get down in 20-25 mins! That was my best sleep on a flight 😅

Delta One business class seat was the tightest business class seat that I have ever had in many years of flying in business class. Absolutely horrible.

90 min delay for a food cart that needed to be fixed.

I liked the wheelchair assist allowing me to board first.

I am a member of their award winning AAdvantage program and this has been one AdisAdvantage experience with multiple hurdles. My intial flight was supposed to be a nonstop. At around 10:30pm the night before the flight was canceled and the rebooked flight the same day was a one stop transit CHS. The gate agent required me to check in my carryon and said it'd go to my destination by 4pm. Due to inclined weather, AA landed in CLT instead of CHS. The gate agent advised me to get off, and in 5 minutes, run from terminal A to C to catch the next flight to my destination at 2:40pm. However the gate was closed despite all efforts. What troubled me was I would have made it to the gate earlier if the previous agent didn't argue with his colleagues on how to write a report note for 20 minutes before informing me of my choices. AA missed two next flights for me (2:40pm and 4pm) and the only option is to wait until 6pm. After 30 minutes speaking to AA customer support at the airport, I was given a food voucher of $12, which was worthless and humiliating for airport foods. Finally I made it to my destination at 8:30pm but my checkin baggage did not arrived. All my medications are in there! I lost one whole day of the trip that should have started at 9am but ended up arriving at 9pm without even a toothbrush or any clothes. AA baggage support was the most useless and no real person answers the phone. AA had a baggage file number for me but there was no update at all. I ended up going back to the airport baggage claim area THE NEXT DAY to see my bag among a bunch of lost bags on the floor.

The Wi-Fi didn't work at all. It was extremely frustrating.

The power outlets did not work at all, the wifi was spotty, there are no TVs, and the seats are way too narrow. As a positive, we did get in pretty much on-time.

I've experienced friendlier flight crews, but they weren't rude or bad by any means. I just chalk it up to being the end of the day.

Flight attendants were pleasant especially considering the flight was full. Charger in my seat was inoperable and no entertainment available.

I find it hard to believe that this couldn't be foreseen and avoided. By the time we finally got our crew, we then had to await for a storm to pass, and then 40 other planes had to take off first. All United offered in apology were $10 vouchers that expire in two days, and a free drink on the plane."

I was just standing there waiting when a young girl walked by me in a uniform and said rudely and almost annoyed, "do you have a question". I replied that I was waiting on my bag. She then said these are it and I said so my bag has been lost? Without any empathy AT ALL she again, rudely and now most definitely annoyed said Do you have your bag tag? I said yes and she proceeded to walk away to a corner office. I assumed I was to follow. She took my tag, no communication at all from her, I said what are you doing and she replied I have to file a claim. She then proceeded to tell me that Newark Airport was horrible and never travel through there if I know what's good for me. This was extremely unprofessional. I was simply wanting some guidance from her on what to expect etc. I had to ask her what my next steps were. She handed me a flyer and said if I had any questions to call baggage information listed on the pamphlet. I left. The next day at about 1 p.m. I called the number and the update said my bag had left the airport and was out for delivery. Keep in mind that I had to work the next day after the airline losing my bag and had to purchase shower items etc due to them being in my lost bag. Portland jetport and my home address is less than 40 minutes apart, yet my bag did not arrive at my home until 8:30 p.m. and I'm also not confident it would have ever arrived because I called around 7 p.m. and spoke with someone who called the delivery service to ask their ETA. Pros: "Staff was courteous, and explained situation clearly."
Cons: "After booking my flight two months prior and checking in 12 hours earlier, I was not allowed to board the plane because United had overbooked. Thus forcing me to fly to Charlotte then Newark at a 5 hour delay. There was also no drink for those in my row during a two hour flight from Charlotte to Newark."
Cons: "Significant delays, minimal information."
Pros: "There were open seats!"
Cons: "Delayed a little because of weather. No big deal."
