STARLUX Airlines has great staff and crew. Well organized for quick boarding of such a large plane out of Phoenix to Taipei. Interior of the aircraft was that of deluxe aircraft.
Hostesses were very nice I am disappointed that I paid extra 900$for premium economy which wasn't much upgraded from regular economy, I have wasted my money on this trip 😫
love this boutique luxury airline. crew was nice and attentive. Lounge is too small , i think they should have more area for relaxing and lounging not just to sit and eat .. feels like a cafeteria more than a lounge. overall i enjoy it. food on the plane LAX to Teipei should inprove a bit. no flavor and more drinks pls
Excellent. Airline was very clean, staff was excellent, very professional. Economy seats were still large and comfortable. Meals were included and with good options. We were given a blanket and pillow as well as a comfort kit including an eye mask, ear plugs, and tooth brush. Would highly recommend.
Business Class is exceptional, from the lie flat seats to the wide range of food on board. Can’t wait for our next journey with Starlux!
Overall it’s good . However the food quality can be improved .
My luggage was forced open and broke the zipper. I received it in a huge STARLUX plastic bag. Unfortunately, I have a round trip ticket but might be my first and last with this airline
Flight cancelled due to inclement weather yet rival airline EVA Air with the same route departed 2 hours later and landed safely while our flight was cancelled and rescheduled for 36 hours later.
The staff in air and on land went above and beyond! I would definately recommend and we will fly Starlux again!
The crew could have been kinder and less pushy. The premium economy seats don't have enough cushion. The seats are to hard and the flight became painful and uncomfortable after an hour of flying.
Gate agent showed up 20 minutes before boarding and was not at all friendly. Had to take this flight due to the one on the day before being cancelled and any later options were already full with long standby lists. Despite having paid for Delta Comfort seats, Delta did not allow me (or anyone) to choose their seat. The agent assigned them for everyone just prior to boarding. Self seat selection was allowed on the original flight. Flight staff was great - very friendly.
Two delays on two separate planes with parts they could not easily find and replace.
Enjoyed it very much. Especially liked the free WiFi that Delta offers.
On time flight. Seat comfort could be better in the Comfort section.
Perfect flight both ways. On time, courteous staff, plane comfortable and cool. Best domestic flights I’ve had in awhile.
The important things including boarding and the flight being on time and safe were excellent. The disappointment comes from the comfort and amenities. Was misled by the "availability" of inflight internet- there is an extra cost. The tray table was broken, the bathroom door stuck and flight attendants were competent but not very friendly.
Flight was delayed, missed connectingnflight to DC. Put me on flight to Baltimore, had to rent a car for $200. Plane was old, wall peeling around window. Flight was packed, every seat full on small plane. I spent 14 hrs on Friday in airports and missed my planned weekend event.
You could have not cancelled the flight (AA, which I will be flying from now on) left for BOS despite the fictitious weather issues (that no one in my Boston family could see). You could have rebooked my direct flight to another direct flight instead of sending me though JFK, the worst US airport after O’Hara You could have rebooked me on a Main Cabin seat (like the one I paid for in my original ticket instead of putting me a the last row on JFK->BOS leg, pocketing the difference in ticket price But I do not really care whether you will ever do that in a future because in a future neither I nor anyone from my company (unless they pay out of pocket) nor an of my clients and partners (if they heed my advice) will ever be caught dead on any of Delta flights
Temperature in the plane was quite warm for the entire flight - actually just outright hot making for an unoleay4 hours. Crew either couldn’t or wouldn’t do anything about it. No acknowledgement or apology. All passengers were commenting on how hot it was.
Airline stewardess service is good. The check-in attendant had a bad attitude and was unprofessional. We did not complete the trip as originally planned. Very dissatisfied☹️
The flight was significantly delayed. The inbound flight from EWR was delayed departing because of mechanical problems. My original departure from CLT was 5:28 pm but due to the delay of the inbound flight, after arrival, deplaning, cleaning, boarding, we did not push back from the gate until 9:00 pm. Once in the air, the flight was smooth and what was originally supposed to be an arrival in ORD at 7:30 pm local time turned out to be 9:35 pm.
My bags were misplaced!!! Im in a foreign country with no bags
Bad food, bad service, cold cabin with no additional blankets when asked for (they told me they don’t provide additional blankets). I’m a frequent traveler and this is one of the worst companies I traveled with (by the way I thought that I booked my ticket with Lufthansa but I didn’t see that the flights were handled by United).
Flight is clean and ontime. Crew is friendly. Snack can be better and the internet connection is poor
United airlines, mediocre at best. No issues , nothing great . Worked for me

After the morning frenzy of 35 min wait through CLT security at 4;30 AM, it was nice to have a smooth pleasant boarding experience. This 6:30 AM flight was not full. We were able to get seated swiftly and took off promptly. Nice touch they distributed the old fashioned headsets with 8 mm jacks. Snacks were decent and arrival was uneventful.
Flight from CLT to DUS via MUC ticketed by United Airlines and operated by Lufthansa. 2nd leg of flight from MUC to DUS was cancelled and no notification provided. At check in , Lufthansa agents at airport were unable to locate record and wanted us to contact United Airlines directly.
Boarding went well, staff was friendly. Food was not goods at all. I had ordered vegan meal. The seat I picked didn’t have storage area in the front and so had to put my small back pack at the top.my flight to Bangalore from Munich, the tv was broken so I got complimentary wifi which never worked. Food there too wasn’t good. I had paid extra for the seats. The only good thing is that the fact we have a flight direct from Charlotte to Bangalore with one stop in Munich!
When arriving over 2 hours early to check k in at Charlotte airport I was told I would have to check my carry on ? Apparently the flight was full and may not be room. I was not given a choice and the agent was quite unpleasant about it. I am a senior amd was not comfortable me having to worry about my bag being lost vut it didn’t seem to bother him. There were lots and lots of people of all ages in line when we boarded with carryons and most larger than mine .the rest of my journey was pleasant vut this was totally unacceptable.
My wife was in a wheelchair. Most accommodating and kind staff!
From charlotte to Toronto was not good From Toronto to Dubai was very good
The gate crew were very efficient and diligent with respect to helping people with carry-on luggage. Because of their diligence, only a few "bad apples" snuck through and subsequently delayed onboarding because of the lengthy attempts they had to make to get their oversized roller bags to fit in the relatively small overhead luggage compartments in the Embraer 175 we were flying in. I also appreciated Air Canada's attempts to head off this situation by offering, during check in, the opportunity to have carry-on luggage checked through to one's ultimate destination. This made onboarding and subsequent transfers very convenient for me.
Great flight crew. Flight delayed but still made connection because I rushed through the terminal. If I’d waited for the requested wheelchair I never would have made the next flight. Also, there was no one readily available to ask for assistance, I had to search for assistance. The workers at customs seemed annoyed to help.
Did not appreciate “hidden fees” to check a bag for international flight and purchase a seat to be next to my spouse. Won’t choose this airline again.
You do not have a space for flight cancelled. BUT!!! Air Canada handled it great. Was booked on another airline for the next day. The original flight was booked solid. But he precheck by the maintenance found a mechanical problem and the plane was not safe to fly. It was an inconvenience to have to wait until next day but I would rather arrive safely.

Although had to spend night in Toronto because of delays and missed connections I was well looked after.
The female crew member was rude and dismissive. The male crew member was good and positive. At lease we got a tiny bag of pretzles on this flight. (Only drinks on the domestic connection). The plane was so small and old, some of the overhead compartment doors were broken off so made for less storage. But the plane worked and got us to and from safely. Boarding was ok, but it took them a long time to get all the baggage to fit u der the plane. Then they had tp go back in to rearrange the baggage to balance the plane. It made us even later at the destinTion and a number of passengers missed their connecting flights.
