Flight attendants were great. Cheerful, upbeat and friendly. Jet, in particular, was fantastic.
Original flight was delayed, then cancelled and the gate staff did not expedite rebooking. Also, no instructions were given that a ticket number was needed before being called to facilitate rebooking. This could have been much more organized.
Would have been better if there was a nonstop flight from Tampa to Norfolk or Tampa to New Port News.
The boarding process doesn't make sense since some people that will sit behind your rows are boarded before you and then they take up the luggage space above your head. I then have to wait for people to get off the plane before I can go back to get my luggage.
Good seat comfort ORF to ATL. Bad seat ATL to SEA (terrible lumbar support, hard, ouch)..
They made us board and then deboard due to mechanical issue which delayed the departure by almost 2 hours and we barely made our connecting flight. These quality checks should've been done before boarding not after.
My Flight was cancelled and there was no other options available for me to Travel on that date and my options for the next day was all connecting flights that would have me in the airports all day before reaching my destination
Atlanta boarding crew at gate were filled with arrogance and were disrespectful. In flight crew showed indifference to the needs of passengers. This is about the flight from ATL to BDL.
They were 2 hours late departing with no explanation. I missed my connection, was rebooked not in correct seating that I paid for. Over all of was horrible. I now know why I've not flown Delta since 2018
Crew wasn’t attentive. We didn’t see our flight attendant for stretches of time and inflight beverage service was cut short (as it always is on this route).
They did not offer coffee on a 7am flight…awful!!
Excellent service. Flight attendance like Jessica,, on our flight, is a reason I wouldn’t mind flying through British Airways again. Jessica,, was very courteous and helpful.

Flight was delayed. No urgency by American Airlines team to assist those with connecting flights. It was basically you are on your own to run through the terminals to try and make your connection. Thanks, Mary
Never had such a lazy first class attendant. Literally spent 60%+ of the flight playing games on her personal phone making up excuses of why she was unavailable.

The flight got delayed 2.5 hrs due to a maintenance issue that cause a domino effect. American should have spare planes for when something like this happens.
They changed our Gate 5 times, and concourse twice. Changed our seats twice.
No explanation of why there was no snack and drink service (unless requested) when there was service in the other direction.
Despite my vow to never fly with American Airlines (AA) again following a disappointing experience in the summer of 2022, I found myself reluctantly booking a non-stop flight from Huntsville to Washington D.C. on AA, as it was the only airline offering this direct route. To my surprise, the entire process was seamless, from boarding to landing. The flights were punctual, eliminating any need for excuses or explanations. Based on this positive experience, I am pleased to say AA has regained my trust and will be considered for my future travel needs.
