However, I was booked on another plane that wasn't damaged which got me there on time,but once I arrived my luggage was no where to be found. I was promised my luggage on the same day,but I didn't get it until 11:30pm that night from a 2:40pm flight. I had to go out and spend money on toiletries,night wear and my medicine because of not having my luggage. Just totally disgusted by the overall experience and wouldn't wish it on anyone."

Cons: "where should i start? my flight was delayed leaving NC to ATL. after standing in line for over an hr trying to speak to someone about the issue. i was notified on my phone i could keep my current flight or rebook of course i wanted to keep my current flight since it was my birthday weekend. i then called delta (in nc) for help since they told us we wouldnt make our 1030 flight and we might have to stay in a hotel that night until we could rebook the flight. not cool! i was told by a person (in nc)about what i should do once landed in ATL. they were beyond rude. they turned their backs or gave half answers. when asked about the hotel for the night they told me they werent going to handle that and i had to pay for a hotel AFTER i was just told by a delta agent that if i had to stay overnight my hotel was going to be covered. i then again called a delta agent in ATL after being informed that my status on the stand by list wasnt activated and i had less than 10 mins to make it to the next terminal and try to get activated and i would probably not get onto that flight to leave ATL. we were told that we had to stay in the terminal that night. my whole trip could have been ruined from the start from the flight being delayed in NC to talking to rude delta agents in NC and ATL. my flight status being one thing and then finding out it was something else. i never had to deal with something like this."

Also I didnt like that i had to stand and wait for 3 hours in the line because my flight was canceled but no one could let us know if there gonna be any flights within the day. I slept in the airport because i couldnt find a hotel to spend the night close to the airport. They were all full and i had no time to find one since I was waiting there for 3 hours with no informational. I slept on the floor and delta didnt even offer us a blanket. That was my worst trip ever."

I was stuck in the back of the small jet from Minneapolis to Cwa when there were a few open seats in the middle. Disappointed. I won't be choosing Delta in the future!"

Pros: "Seats sized for a human and not a pencil or anyone under the age of 3, actual padding on the seats, (decision making executives may have possibly taken a flight themselves that wasn't in first class), amazing entertainment, friendly and professional staff. Overall this may have been THE MOST COMFORTABLE coach flight I've experienced since the airline industry started herding people like cattle. I think the armrests may have actually reached high enough to BE an armrest. Individual video in seat backs was perfect with touch screen and more movies than I could count, music, tv show series, and more. $2 headsets for sale if your forgot to bring yours. All in all this was a fantastic experience. Delta, keep this up and people will actually choose you over other airlines. I know I will."

This was incorrect information that had several people upset. This was my first flight to use the Delta app to track my baggage. It was never updated to let me know where it was until after I landed in BHM. The app indicated that my bag was on another flight"

Cons: "We did not get on this flight because AA's scheduled it 90 minutes after landing from an Int'l flight. Why don't airlines schedule a minimum 3hours between Int'l-domestic connections. half the plane was stressing and freaking out about missing their connection even though the plane landed on time. "AA is not responsible for customs/security delays". Well, your customer service agents would have a lot less work if you didn't have to reschedule 100 people per flight. The time the plane drives/parks at the gate, you get off the plane and make it through customs, get your bag, recheck it (if need be, we didn't this time though), get through security and get to your gate, you'll be the luckiest person in the world to do that in less than 90 minutes."

Cons: "There was no one at the gate to deplane us in Toronto. There for I missed my westjet connection home by 5 minutes. I was looking at the plane by the jet way unable to get on. AA staff would not pay for a hotel for being so late to Toronto because the wether was not thier fault, which I agree. But the lack of staffing was and a hotel should have been provided to me due to this. I will never fly America Airlines again due to my incoming flight to Toronto and the out bound to Philadelphia (cancelled on the way to Philly for no apparent reason)."

Thanks. •Overall, there are too many other choices in airlines... I may just be one customer, but this is one less they'll have, as other major carriers haven't ever racked up this amount of annoyances in a single trip with me before."

That is unacceptable and overall they just seemed annoyed that they were working on that flight and did NOT go beyond to make the 13+ hour flight comfortable."
Pros: "Flight attendant, Billy, on flight to Chicago encouraged everyone to help each other figure out how to manage close connection times due to a long delay leaving Charlottesville. He then arranged for folks with short times to move forward. We would never have made our connection without him. Gate agents also kept the door open for us as we dashed to our connecting flight and hustled us on board. Amazingly the ground crew also got our luggage transferred in the short 10 minutes we had. Thank you American!"

Basically like borrowing your college roommates 20 year old Buick that he got for free from his grandma. Customer service from the flight attendant was on par with the plane quality. Was snapping at customers and annoyed that everyone didn't understand how he wanted to balance the load in the plane with moving people's seats around. I get why that is super important, but that doesn't mean you can be a jerk about it to *customers* who haven't experienced the pleasure of flying in a pinewood derby car in the sky before."

My 3-hour flight turned into a +5.5 HR endeavor. When you are on 2 broken planes in a row with the same airline you start to to wonder about how well they are maintaining their equipment. I feel like I deserve more than a "sorry" for the use of my extra time, but no credit or flight certificate was forthcoming."

Cons: "Unfortantely their was a mechanical problem that delayed the flight. I understand that failures occur, but only having one mechanic available to work this problem is not good. What happend to the two person concept when working on critical aircraft systems? Pretty hard landing at Chicago."
Pros: "Very decent legroom onboard....flawless connections....pleasurable. Flight crew were responsive, friendly, and professional."
Pros: "Same as Co's to Houston"
Pros: "Literally the only saving grace was an employee named David R at the Chicago desk on the morning of July 22. He helped my friend and I, calmed us down, and dos his job quickly and competently. He made me feel like a human instead of an insignificant part of the herd of cattle. Thank God for that man."
Cons: "I do not have time to fill out this box. I could write about everything shitty that happened, but then I would die typing on my phone instead of doing something amazing like bungee jumping or outrunning a grizzly bear."
Pros: "Boarding was on time and flight departed in time"
Cons: "Seats uncomfortable, no snack variety, no entertainment"
Pros: "Left on time,luggage not missed and good landing"
Pros: "United made arrangements for me because of the flight delays"
Cons: "The first flight was delayed 4 hours so United got me a taxi to Dulles to catch my next flight. It worked but then that flight was delayed one hour."
Pros: "The flight was mercifully short and on time. I was very glad to get off."
Cons: "Weird boarding procedures at Houston where you have to wait in a giant holding pen and not allowed to go to your gate until it is almost ready for boarding. Rude United personnel to tell you about how that works. Flight was in a small regional jet where the overhead bins were tiny. Multiple screaming children In the row in front of me. Seats seemed small (though perhaps they are just the normal United small)."
Pros: "We didn't crash"
Cons: "Pretty much everything else."
