Colombia has resumed international commercial flights on September 19.
From December 20, Colombia has suspended all direct flights to and from the UK.
Travelers must present a medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 PCR test result issued within 96 hours prior to departure. However, airlines may allow the boarding of travelers who do not have this test, provided they state under oath that they were unable to take a test or obtain the result within the required timeframe. In these cases, the Colombian government may require testing and/or isolation upon arrival in Colombia
Travelers must fill out the Check-Mig form and must comply with follow-up health checks via CoronAPP mobile app.
Travelers who have arrived directly or indirectly from the UK from December 13 will be contacted and required to self-isolate for 14 days. Travelers arriving in Colombia from other destinations, and whose journey has started in the UK, will be required to self-isolate for 14 days on arrival.
There are currently 1,125 active cases of COVID-19 diagnosed in CO and 1,075 deaths as of Feb 27 2021

Pros: "I had ordered a dairy - free vegetarian meal for the international flight. Initially the attendant brought me a vegetarian meal with cheese, part of the regular meal options, then she found the one with my seat number that was dairy - free. It was quite tasty! And I was grateful, since I would not have been able to eat the meal with dairy. It is not a preference, dairy makes me ill. The delay departing from Brussels caused us to miss our connecting flight to Denver, but our provided hotel accommodations in NY were quite comfortable. One item of note: The LaGuardia staff person, who made our arrangements for the overnight stay, said there was a shuttle from the hotel to JFK ( where our flight was in the morning), so she did not give us a travel voucher for the morning. The Hotel only has a shuttle to LaGuardia; it never has a shuttle to JFK. It seems the staff person should have known that. When we called Delta to ask how we should handle that, Delta kindly offered us reimbursement; it was just a phone call and a mailing for us and for Delta that was extraneous. Our interaction with the staff person was entirely pleasant, we were just surprised that there was misinformation."

And I wanted to sit next to a friend from Mexico City to Lima so that seat change was really mean. I asked if there were other flights available today or tomorrow and she said there was nothing she could do and that I had to call the booking company to see if they could book me. I wanted to cry because my friend had just dropped me off and I called to see if she was close enough to turn back. Luckily she hadn’t left yet. I called the booking company and they were able to book me a trip for the following day but they charged me an additional $100. I wish they had disclosed that we need to be there 45 minutes to an hour early otherwise you miss your flight. And it’s ridiculous that I had to pay an extra $100... financially it was stressful due to the covid 19 situation. I was extremely disappointed in how the lady at the check in counter at American Airlines treated me. She www extremely rude and I have never been spoken to in a way that made me feel attacked."

When I ask for a blanket one of the stewardesses said that AA would no longer have blankets in flight which I prove it wrong when I saw in the flight Mai-SDQ blanquets all over the cabin. The soliton they gave me was that they would ask the crew to raise the temp in the cabin, I had to make the request three times and I had to tell the stewardess that if not raising the temperature in the cabin I could have gone into an emergency hypothermia crisis. I had to take another shirt from my carry-on to put it over my shirt to warm me up."

We received good service from attendants who checked on us often to bring extra drinks and answer questions. I see now that it's worth the extra money/points to fly first class. Cons: "I felt the flight attendant who first served me was a little brash. We were seated for what seemed like extra time before takeoff so I ordered a mimosa when asked if I wanted a drink. She seemed reluctant to give it to me so I wish she had explained that there wasn't much time or explained any hesitations that she was maybe trying to hide from her expressions. I was only 1/3rd finished with the drink when she practically grabbed it from my hands and said she had to take it away. A warning would have been nice, I could have finished it faster. Then during the flight when I ordered another one so I could actually enjoy it, she still seemed hesitant/judgmental and finally said "that will be the last champagne the plane has." It was an awkward experience that I didn't appreciate. However, this same attendant seemed more friendly throughout the flight and was kind and helpful."

Cons: "I have a bag that I have travelled with as a very on for years and I know that it fits in the overhead compartments of this size plane, but on both outbound and inbound I was made to gate check. Upon boarding there was plenty of room in the bins. The waiting at the end of each flight made the gateway crowded and replanting inefficient. Either have all bags checked upon check in with stricter guidelines or put overhead items into a lottery system."

Cons: "I flew round trip to Bangkok from Chicago last year for $460. Why does one way from Fargo N.D. To Green Bay, WI cost $480?! My flight said it was late on the screen (6:40) but actually flew on time. I think a kid missed his flight because of it. My connecting flight in Chicago was way too tight because of a LONG delay waiting to unboard. Had to run, yes run through ORD to get to terminal 2 from 1 within minutes to catch my flight. It was too stressfu and expensive."

Cons: "The flight got delayed and we were told it was "basically cancelled" so we got on a different flight out for the morning but were told we couldn't get a hotel voucher because we volunteered to get off the flight. Very disappointed, will never fly united again. The flight ended up getting cancelled 5 minutes after we "volunteered" to get a different flight too. Luckily we were able to get onto a different airline who helped us out. United dropped the ball big time."
Pros: "Everything was perfect - the pretzel packs looked like they were from 2007 and stale but I don't care about that. The pilots landing there and back were like we landed on clouds - not a single bump or jolt. The flights left on time and arrived early. The staff at gate and plane were so helpful and happy and knew how to do their jobs and not opposed to doing it with a smile. I have flown over the world and these two flights on united were the best."

I think the staff and crew were just fine though it's just flying has gotten to be something I don't enjoy and want to avoid as much as possible it's that way with most airlines though I think her blue is a little better on seat space and usually always has the tvs but yeah they are limited where they fly and it I is just expensive and uncomfortable to fly I think."

No attendant was anywhere nearby to assist with luggage stowing or identifying available locations. I ended up stowing my suitcase in row 14, after moving someone else's luggage to the side to make room for my own. I've gotten yelled at for as much as this on other flights in the past."

Cons: "The quality of the food served (in economy) on this flght was far below what is normaly expect from United (which isn't much!). If this is United's new meal service for trans-Pacific flights then Delta may be a better option for future "cattle class" flights... The flight was fully booked in all classes. The flight attendants were lazy, at best, and I seriously question their training and competence. I travel this route on a regular basis, every three months, and I've never experienced such poor quality of service from United."

Then the connecting flight from SFO to Bakersfield left 10 minutes early, thus resulting in a small group missing the connection. Spent Father's Day in the airport for 10+ hours to get on the last flight out of SFO to Bakersfield. Customer service was unhelpful and rude until they found out that the issue was at the fault of united Airlines and not external circumstances."

I've never had a problem sleeping before but these were horrible seats :( And a suggestion would be to undate the whole plane or not at all, not brand new seats in front and super old ones in back. It's a weird feeling."
