Great, easy, and quick flight
The gate crew at Ohare was unfriendly. Flight was late and no direction was given for connection flight. We missed our connection to Lima. We had to stand in the rebooking line for 3 hours and no help. It was frustrating. The supervisor at the rebooking counter was unprofessional and rude. There were 400 + customers waiting in line. No help was given. They did not offer any help, food or drinks. It was disgusting!!!
Very nice at check in and flight attendants were very accommodating. You could tell they liked their job!
Delayed for 2.5 hours, ending up awitching planes. As we left Charlotte at 0035, no services were offered. It was not a full flight.
Cons: "Understanding the COVID situation but they can give more than a bottle of water (3oz) and a bag of pretzels 🥨 (50 grams) and yet they charge full fare prices and worse extra for any bags!!!!"

Cons: "I just don’t understand how a flight can be delayed three hours from weather the day before. And, of course, we arrived and there was no gate for us. They had three hours to have a gate ready for us. AA fail!"

Instead of allowing me to board in line with the other passengers, they choose to delay the flight by another 30 minutes to put in a request to pull my luggage from the flight. It would have been so much easier to just let me board. I've been a few minutes late before and have never been treated like that by any airline. Very disappointed in American Airlines."

Pros: "The crew is caring and attentive. AA is upgrading all their planes and the individual monitors so you can watch and/or listen to any entertainment you wants. Plane left on time and arrive early, making transfer less stressful."
Cons: "Plane from BDL was delayed which led do a missed connection in DCA. Rebooked on the 335 pm flight which is 3 hours later than my original arrival time. Very inconvenient for me as I had previous plans."
