The staff don't even know the rules and have behaved so dumb while dealing with passenger and have zero knowledge about document checks. Either the airline needs to get them more trained before getting them on the floor or needs to take strict action against them. Because wasting my time at the Mumbai airport was not so entertaining for me and the airline did not even seem apologetic about it. Vistara has hired some really unprofessional and uneducated staff at their Mumbai station.

Meal preferences was good - I'm a vegetarian and on the onward journey forgot to specify the meal preference but the crew had enough inventory to meat the requirements. 3. Every seat was provided with a small plastic pouch/packet/goodie bag that consisted of a eye mask (very thoughtful), pair of sock, toothpaste+brush (very thoughtful), hand cream. This was very useful and effective. 4. Entertainment - options were good and current.

Take a relook at the packaging of the toothpaste tube in the goodie bag. It was sealed in such a way that it was difficult to open it w/o a sharp object. This should have been easier. 4. Seats were the worst part - poor legroom. Worst, the seat cushion is the worst. I think it was just a fabric over a metal seat with minimalist of cushion. ATL to DOH leg was the worst (and the longest leg of the trip). Unless you have open seats next to you it would be a back breaking and painful trip. Seat comfort wise, I would rate Qatar as the worst. Luckily on the return leg (DOH-ATL) next two seats to mine was empty, so was able to stretch and sleep well. DOH-MAA or MAA-DOH seating was little better (think its a older plane; newer planes have worst seats) 5. The website was damn slow while accessing from overseas. Even in the US, at times the website hangs-up, freezes or spins often. 6. Food was ok -dinner and lunch but minimalistic; I didnt see any specific breakfast menu or any coffee served separately (was part of beverage option during lunch or dinner) 7. There was no alert, communication, notification, reminder of upcoming trip via email or text, etc. Many airlines does this very often but Qatar was totally silent on it (they did have my email during checkin). Not sure why.

Pros: The flight was for only one hour and it went by pretty quickly. The flight was clean and the crew was friendly as well. The prices were a little high but they were offering international baggage allowance so it was worth it.
Cons: The initial boarding was a little delayed and we weren't informed that it was going to be that way. Ended up standing in the tunnel to the plane for 15 mins. The leg space was relatively less, but for an hour, very manageable.

I always prefer a window seat for the view but my window glass pane was terribly deteriorated from the outside. Didn’t inspire much confidence in the aircraft. Not too significant a complaint but I’d have really appreciated if I could’ve had the view also.

Once at the hotel you need scissors or a knife to open it, and guess what, because of security, your sharp objects are inside the luggage! I understand that it creates jobs, but frankly I cannot see the added value of this procedure in terms of security... On the light side, there is a very formal notice listing people excluded from security procedures, including the President, [...] former prime ministers and their spouses (!), and .... the Dalai Lama!

Cons: Check-In in Bangalore was a long tedious process. Boarding process was alright. Onboard service was at par with indigo and go-air. Luggage came out late at Pune airport. This experience was good enough to never fly spice jet again.

She misbehaved with another passenger and when he asked about complaint box she said go on site and report us. She hardly cared what we would do. I guess their must be rules to make sure staff does not misbehave with passengers.

It was a smaller aircraft so I did not expect there to be much legroom but it was more comfortable than I expected. reasonably priced ticket. Overall it was a very pleasant and smooth journey. Regarding the review which mentions paying for additional baggage with Kiwi.com - I also tried to book additional baggage with them. I paid for the service but was then sent an email and told I could not book additional baggage through their website and should use the Spicejet website. I contacted Spicejet customer service who were very helpful and efficient and booked the additional baggage with them without any problems. The issue is with Kiwi.com and not Spicejet. Based on this experience I would definitely fly with Spicejet again.

We were ledt arranged in the city where No hotels were available and Spicejet offered to cancel the flight and refund our money. They cancelled our tickets and am yet to receive the refund . We had to hire a cab from Jaisalmer to Dekhi. A 17 hours drive. No compensation from spicejet. Never bank on Spicejet.
