Cons: "There wad a7 hour delay in Korea and the staff at the airport were not helpful. I asked them if I was in the right place for my connecting flight and all they said was come back in 1 hour. I came back 1 hour later and asked if I'm still in the right place sand when my flight would be boarding. They again said come back in 1 hour. This went on for 7 hours and they never made Amy announcements to inform anyone of when the flights would finally board."

Pros: "A380 is great plane (this coming from a real Boeing enthusiast). Very Quiet! Coach had more leg room than I expected, especially for a non-US carrier. Good service and great inflight entertainment. The airline is not a US domestic carrier so flight staff might not understand every English word of a request but they try very hard. Most US carriers would not try as hard if I were speaking Korean! The whole world does not speak your language and remember that coach is coach for a reason $$$. Customs procedures are out of the control of carriers so comments about that."

I love this airport, it is clean, modern and offers so much amenities for FREE. The best for my second time LONG Lay over. My firtst time was at an airport in Alaska which I completely forgot since it was nearly 30 years ago. The flying experience was totally good from flying from BKK as it was also a good airport. I also liked the services, the crews were courteous and helpful."
Cons: "Flights were full and of course I had a seat in seat 32E next to a man who was ofviously either sick or had a bad allergy, he sneezed and sneezed 1/2 of the whole flight when he was awake and slept most of the time so it was difficult for me to get in and out to the rest room. Luckily the people in seats 32F & 32G were kind enough to let me in and out (I got out mostly while the lady in seat 32F was getting out of her seat.) Mostly the other experiences were good overall."

When I checked in I found out I’d been the victim of a bait and switch and was actually on an economy ticket, but at $3500–a solidly business class fare. Passengers were confused from the lack of organization, instruction or signs. Cabin temperature was quite warm, to the point of being uncomfortable, on the flight from Seoul to LA."

On my flight from LA to Seoul, the crew was constantly in the aisles offering water and juice without being summoned by passengers. There were a few times when I wished that someone would come by with water or juice, but didn't want to press the call button to get them. Lunch options as we neared LAX were both Asian style, and a middle-ground option would have been appreciated. On the outbound flight to Seoul we had breakfast options that included pancakes."

Very desapointed from this hotess from the Philli. Who during the who flight treat me like dirt, maybe she hates Americain? Also most of movies are children oriented only a few for mature minds and they are over a year old. First time on Asiana and last time even been a star alliance member what a disappointment!"

Cons: "1.Flight Network said that the transaction was in US dollars. Therefore there shouldn't have been a currency exchange fee from my US bank. However, Flight Network charged Canadian dollars, so my US bank charged me a 3% exchange fee and the Canadian bank charged me another $8 fee resulting in a combined $32 extra to the price.of my ticket. Flight Network was not honest about the currency of the transaction. Kayak should require that Flight Network and any other vendors be honest about the currency of the transaction. 2. The extra 5 hours of layover at Incheon Airport was a total drag. It caused me to miss my connecting flight from LAX to Mexico City, so by the time I got into Mexico City there were no more buses running to Queretaro. I had to book a room in Mexico City at an additional expense and pay for taxi fare that I would not have needed if Asiana Airlines hadn't added 5 extra hours of layover to my trip."

Pros: "Me and my family has been flying with Asiana Airlines whenever we go home for vacation to the Philippines. We had also some relatives that came with us at one time because we told them about how good Asiana services is. It was excellent so to say, however, on this last trip with my family, total of eight passengers including 2 kids - 6 of us travelled on the 18th of December came back on the 13th of January, 2 travelled on the 25th of Dec. came back on the 14th of Jan., we were disappointed that the service/s is not that great anymore."
Cons: "Our flight from Seoul to Los Angeles was terrible. The flight was delayed for more than 2 hours. On top of that, the plane was not properly cleaned as there were some trash in the pockets behind the chairs in front of you and you can tell that the floor were not properly cleaned as there were pieces of paper. Also, the bathroom/s were not properly cleaned. More so the food were not that great anymore, The beef was hard and the chicken was cold. I always pay particular attention to these things for the main reason that my family/relatives has been flying with Asiana and with deteriorating services I think the company should look into the above so customers will continue to fly with Asiana and keep them, if they value their customers."

Pros: "I appreciated how from the ground crew to the air crew, Asiana staff have been very helpful and courteous. Especially the ground crew in Manila Airport. Food was awesome however I hope for bigger portions on snacks. But customer service really was great."
