Food seats were good Flight was delayed for over an hour, missed connecting flight, lot automatically rescheduled us to a new flight which was good but lost approximately 4 hours. Not a good way to start a vacation.
Stuck on a plane for 6 hours due to a technical or mechanical issue.
Boarding was a madhouse. Airport staff was completely disinterested in communicating about the delays. Never again.
The seats are very narrow. Communication regarding bids for better seating could be better

The crew and flight were amazing . However , my bag’s locker got broken and no refund provided . Everything else was amazing except this bad incident that ruined my experience
The seats are small and the movie selection was disappointing. However, the food was excellent and the cabin crew was attentive and kind.
Plane is super outdated, seats not that comfortable for business class. Lounge also out dated. They need to catch up to 2024. Don’t think I’d ever fly again.
Boeng Dreamliner has so tiny seats, so even medium and smaller size people have not enough room to fill comfortable..
All good! But sandwiches for breakfast need to be warm!!!!! Not cold!!! You do not want anything cold in your stomach in the morning!… think about it!
Pre-boarding seemed tom happen at the same time as Business Class - I thought the idea was to allow people who needed extra time to board without interference from other boarding types, but I guess that's how they do it at LAX.
The good: we liked fast boarding, the departure and arrival on-time. The not-so-good: The crew should learn from their sister-company Swiss with whom we took the flight to the US. Austrian onboard personnel need to smile more and provide a better service. Food was okay, there was the usual issue with “no more chicken” by the time they reach row X 😕. We did not understand why the crew collected trash so randomly and inadequately. We missed the free internet for messaging which was privided by Swiss as well. Hope this feedback helps.

It was a great experience. The aircraft is a bit dated but other than that it was great.
Booked economy. Seat felt like it was a bit more roomy than my last trans Atlantic flights. I had a nice person sitting next to me. Everything was as good as it could be considering you are 35,000 feet up in the air and in a metal container. Beers, wine, food were all readily available. Plenty of movies and shows to watch. Friendly flight staff
We were delayed three hours from Montenegro to Vienna on our outbound flight and then rebooked an extra leg on our trip to the US. Our bags, which Austrian made us check in in Montenegro even though the flight was barely half full, didn't find us for ten days. Then, when we asked for compensation for the delay we were given the runaround that the flight originated outside of the EU. Next time we fly Turkish Air.
No delays, helpful staff, well organised. The check in and boarding procedures ran smoothly. The only thing that put me off is that the meal had spicy peppers in. I would have appreciated at least a warning (if i couldn't have a choice) so as to simply not eat them because they were too spicy.
The crew was attentive but not intrusive, and was always kind in every interaction.
The leg room in economy was sub par, everything else was fine.
Friendly flight attendants and reasonable good food. Quick service throughout the trip.
I WAS CANCELLED ! I thought entire flight was canceled but it was still ongoing and I was only canceled as a passenger and one day before my flight with really poor "choice" of next flights that completely ruined my family event. Absolutely disappointed by SAS. Will be avoiding this airline now
The flight was pleasant with landing and take off being very smooth. Toilets were a bit busy at times but crew was very accommodating. Food service was quick and hot. The connecting short flight was full and there was not room for hand luggage.
No crying babies the whole flight would be nice. Impossible to sleep. No free snacks , only the main meal
They lost my luggage and can’t find it. My trip is ruined. Online tracking of lost luggage doesn’t work
Seat was lumpier than I’ve ever remembered it to be although comfortable when tilted back. I don’t recall being that hungry after being served food from SAS before. Flight attendant on the second flight to Aalborg seemed to be having a bad day.
On this shorter leg and with an older plane, just mediocre. On the connecting long haul (Chicago to Copenhagen) everything was great.
My outbound flight was incredible... Milan to Chicago. The crew worked so well together. Each passenger felt spoiled and incredibly valued. The crew on this flight was fine. Nothing to complain specifically about but could not give top rating only because of the superior crew, hospitality, warmth we felt on the first flight. Unfortunately. You managed to lose my luggage ..my only piece checked in. Lost in Copenhagen so I had the added stress, time wasted to file the report. To make things worse, Italian rail decided to strike that Sunday so I could not take the train as planned back to Switzerland. Horrible waiting time and poor communication for boarding substitution bus. The substition bus to the town of Stabio did not run on time and was late about 40 minutes.
The flight was cancelled early on and messed up the whole vacation and hard to get a refund from Kayak as they owned the ticket and of course they did not believe that SAS cancelled the ticket. Definite bad side to third party. SAS had rescheduled but overlapped the connecting flights. That did not work. Flight was cancelled long ago but Kayak still has it. Like it was taken? Bad IT ? Or all assumptions and no follow up which is the whole IT world. It needs to wake up and be more efficient. Especially as the world is going, there will be no freedom to do anything. And we will be living like the Middle Ages. Yeah, go read up on that while you still can.
Boarding was extremely efficient; I appreciated the back-to-front loading strategy. The instructions from staff were very clear and thoughtful, and they were friendly and generous with service. In-flight entertainment was top-notch.
The check in crew were so friendly and attentive. Probably the best in my experience and I’ve been flying at least four times a year most of my adult life. Very considerate and I appreciate it.

Late late late. Delayed and arrived an hour late for a 1 hour 45 minute connection. Every time. Poor record for this company. I try to fly any other carrier first.

Fast and sensible boarding was absolutely amazing. But extortionate wifi and seats that barely moved, making me unable to sleep, didn't do a lot of favors.
I appteciate the very courteous staff. The flight was good. Something that wasn't good was that my bag was only checked as far as Dublin and I had a connecting flight to Vienna. (That was a mistake the ORD desk made.) Fortunately the desk at DUB was able to re-tag without me having to re-check in (which initially it seemed I might have to do.)
It was excellent! The plane left Chicago early. Arrived in Dublin early. The crew was excellent! It was a great experience.
Horrible. Garbage airline. Due to the strike we got a replacement plane/crew. I didn't get my exit row seat I paid for. Food was horrible. Plane was hot and didn't have AC vents.
Are Longus was fine. I booked thru Kayak and was unable to get my business class seat early. Sat next to galley. Crew forgot to wake me for breakfast.
The guy in front of me was talking constantly, even when the pilot was making announcements. I found this very disrespectful to the pilot and to others.
We left 1.5 hours late due to a “maintenance” issue. Very poor communication as to when we would board & depart. The crew in First Class was uncharacteristically not friendly). Delay into Brussels cost me my connection to Rome so lost the entire first day of vacation ( had a 10:30am flight to Rome - ended up on a 6:55pm flight).
Everything was OK except the meals, that was overpriced chicken meat.
Miss My connection I had to take a flight from Indianapolis to Denver , then to san fransisco , sleep in sans fransisco en the flight to Los Cabos the next morning
The TVs on the plane were all broken and inoperable. No snacks or food were served. Plane was very old and uncomfortable.
Takeoff delayed 2 hrs. Boarded on time to find we were missing part of the flight crew. Then informed that they had loaded too much fuel. Spent 1 1/2 hrs sitting there burning off the excess, which included a couple of laps around the runway until we were light enough to fly! Ridiculous!
I especially enjoyed having a lightly packed flight which enabled me and my wife to occupy a three seat area with nobody in the middle seat.
The seats are very small, that is all the staff did a good job.
It was great. The staff is always helpful and polite. The app is great and makes the whole trip and process so easy. They even offer a step to step guide to your correct terminal. And they keep all the information you'll need updated. Anything you can think of! Great experience.
Perfect. On time and the weather was perfect so we came in a few minutes early.
