Cons: "We have our seats in the middle of the four (4) seats in the isle of the plane, it's so hard to go to the bathroom, which I do need to go often. We really were not happy and suffering during the flight from Nadi to Los Angeles."

Pros: "Previously took 4 other Air NZ flights on this trip and loved them - great entertainment, very pleasant and helpful crew. The long flight from Fiji back to the US was partnered with Air Fiji and it was just a bit above average compared to our typical experience with Air NZ. The boarding experience was really good and much more organized than most airlines, which was nice. Plenty of bathrooms available, they came around with water frequently, which is a must on these long flghts, and every seat had their own screen for entertainment, which is very nice."
Cons: "Seats were not very comfortable, not much leg room especially for such a long red eye. Movie and TV selection was limited compared to typical Air NZ flights. Half the crew was somewhat unpleasant and overlooked passengers trying to give them trash and even charitable contributions when they were going around collecting specifically those things. (The other half of the crew was the more typically amazing, customer oriented attitude.) Not sure if Air Fiji just over works its crew or what, but it was not as pleasant. The food was also back to typical just ok airplane food, not normal for Air NZ which has great food and lots of it. We also were not able to pick our seats for this flight, which was not ideal for comfort or location."

Cons: "Boarding was a disorganized mess. Different groups in lines and no clear announcement. Food was plastic, even in Business, to the point that I just stopped and snacked on breakfast bars. Crew was uninspired, at best. Lots of shoulder shrugging during any discussion on issues. One even complained about the flight length (we were not delayed). Landed and waited for 10 minutes for jetway to a bus then a 10 minute ride to customs. Good thing they are a near monopoly."
