There was a lot of turbulence and because of the visible bad conditions of the plane we heard noises from the fuselage that were not normal. We feared for our lives... when in the way for landing we were loosing altitud softly, as it should, but there was a moment that the pilot pushed SUDENLY up again in a very hard way, after a few minutes he said it was to allow more time between planes, and that we will do one more tour that will take 10 more minutes. When we finally landed people were clapping, we also clapped celebrating we were alive. I think, if Jet Blue doesn’t replace or at least FIX this kind of rusty planes, I’m done with this company. It was a couple of dollars cheaper, but, my life is worth more than this."

The individual Airlines are not permitted to rebook my ticket because you are a third party carrier. and You would not rebook because the airline could not change the flight status on the first plane from Mayaguez to San Juan - that flight was not cancelled due to the closure but because I would be stuck in San Juan for possibly 2 days with no money and no where to sleep, well you get the point. So InterCaribbean and Cape Air came to the rescue and after a 4-5 hour ordeal and having to travel to Mayaguez airport I am now rebooked."

Once I landed in Nantucket, I had a 1 1/2 hour layover to Hyannis. When I went to check in with the reservationist, she asked if I wanted to get to Hyannis faster or if I had business on the island. I said I would like to get to Hyannis as quickly as I could, so she put me on the next flight which left within 15 minutes. After a long flight from LA to Boston, then to Nantucket, and then to Hyannis, it was nice to get home earlier than expected. I live on the Cape, and I love that I can fly into Hyannis. Then I only have a 25 minute ride home."

I was left stranded in St Croix because even though they charged me for the flight "my name didn't appear on their seat list." And they were like oops nothing we can do sorry. This time, they left me stranded in Puerto Rico. For three days they couldn't rebook me. Flight was cancelled on xmas weekend because the "pilot was over his hours." After they rebooked everyone else on the flight including my boyfriend, their computer wouldn't rebook me for some reason so I had to purchase a ticket to be able to leave. They assured me they would refund me but of course I've been emailing with Cape Air for a week and still no refund. Never flying with them again obviously, and recommend you avoid them if you have connections or need to get somewhere guaranteed. Maybe they have better service on the east coast but they should do a total overhaul of their service in the Caribbean."

The same was the process from Los Angeles to Seattle that was our scale. Process too long and go back through security, the boarding gate was almost closed. I think that for these cases they should leave more time for the stopovers that come from international flights. For my part I did not choose this option, since I was traveling with a person with mobility problems and separated the group for admission to the process of entering the USA."

Delta sold me a 1st class flight because of their delays and overbooking their flights. This was because they could not fulfill the ticket I had. This was Delta's solution to their problem caused by them. I still have no idea why the flights were delayed. On top of all this, I overheard a walk-on pilot ask if there was room for him to catch a lift home. The flight attendant responded with "absolutely this flight is not full at all, you can sit right here". Wait I had to pay 200 bucks extra for an overbooked flight and you are having your Delta representatives say different. This was my first and last trip with Delta. I spent 1000 dollars for round trip ticket from Seattle to Spokane WA. No way is that OK or acceptable under any circumstances to treat your customers like this. The best part about all of this is, I have sent feedback and called customer service to talk to a manager to hear the blame put on back on me. Perception is reality Delta. Awful service, awful prices, awful care, awful communication, and awful value for the money."

Pros: "The announcements were clear and the captain did not mumble! Not sure what happened at the airport but we had issues with ground crew not coming to help park us. The captain made sure we were informed and it didn’t really add to much to our time."
Cons: "the flight was delayed 5 hours due to maintenance. The captain had to finally, after several hours, come to the boarding area to inform all of us that there was problem that was not communicated correctly so we then had to wait an additional 2.5 hours more on top of the original 2.5 hour delay for the two certified mechanics on St. Croix to attest that the plane could fly. No one asked them to come earlier, so we waited for pretty much five (5) hours. We were promised meals and hotel in Miami. the Miami American Airlines service desk told us, sorry, there's so many people, we could not be accommodated. This is outrageous, and I want my money back. I paid for 4 people on that flight and we were treated horribly. On top of that....Cheapoair, representative from whom I bought the tickets, sold me tickets without my understanding that we only had 41 minutes to get off the original flight from Christiansted find the next flight and board it. We never would have made it. Final point, the Cheapoair guy who sold me the tickets charged me about 500 dollars more than what he said the cost was. He quoted and said "all in" 1150 per ticket (I bought 4 tickets). He then charged me nearly 5300 Again this is outrageous and a complete sham. I demand to be compensated for this."
Cons: "The plane was not full. I sat in row 32 with two people on either side of me. In the row in front of me there were no people in it. What’s up with that? We also sat on the tarmac at the time that we were supposed to be deplaning. We were waiting on another plane to back out of the gate for 10 minutes. What’s up with that?? American Airlines, get your act together!!!!!"

She refused to explain to us how the emergent slide worked. We asked because the visual instructions on the door were different from those in the seat back pamphlet. When there are hurricane and flooding conditions at a destination, CUSTOMERS should have the choice whether they want to CANCEL or reschedule. Simply providing a small window of time for a fee-free flight change to the same destination is not acceptable. The flooding is still not alleviated inany areas and the change period is over."

For how small the plane was and how old it was and for the lack of accommodations in the distance of the trip my ticket was a bit too expensive at $345 round trip."
