We were the only ones on the plane to Culebra, and left 24 minutes early. Flight was beautiful to boot!
Cape Air was great. Kayak was very poor. No ticket to print or explanation that they transferred to another service.
It was good. It was convenient and frequent enough to be a very useful flight to reach more regional hubs. I felt comfortable enough to sleep. During the flight but loved seeing the countryside when I was awake.
It’s less complicated from Culebra to SJU airport. Next time I will prefer to leave from Isla Grande airport to Culebra !!
10 seat Cesna. Equal parts transportation and adventure. 20 minute hop at 10000 feet and 160 mph, sitting 10 feet from the pilot. Panoramic views of the island. Very simple boarding, very low stress. VQS airport tiny, undeveloped. Highly recommended flight, Cape Air doing a great job here.
We traveled in a small Cesna so there was no food or entertainment. The pilot was excellent enjoy being able to see the places we were flying above. It was an OK flight.
Very smooth flight and landing. Pilot delivered his safety instruction in such a monotone that it wasn’t easily understandable. Words were said but he didn't communicate to us. If he was communicating to someone he cared about, he would have used inflection and other nuances of speaking. Virtually all emphasis was removed so it was just blah blah blah (really fast, like the end of a Pharma commercial)
My pilot on Cape Air was AMAZING!!!! I hoping that next time I fly I have him as my pilot. He made me feel safe and secure in his skills.
I so appreciate this service into and out of Glendive. Always a good experience with crew and support team.

RIC Staff was not enough. Elderly passengers had to wait 30 minutes to deplane, so we could board and still had to walk as no chairs were provided. And, passenger in front of my seat assignment rammed seat against my legs entire flight time. Was mildly bruised and left thigh still sore.
American Airlines is a mediocre airlines: they do not maintain the highest standard of cleanliness in the cabins, and the food is not well thought out. Service is not at top of mind compared to other international airlines such as Singapore Airlines, JAL or others.
The flight was 2 hour delayed, otherwise everything was excellent. The delay was due to the hourly limit requirement so given that as a reason, I'm happy with the flight!
The delays and cancellations kept me stuck in Miami for an additional 24 hours, and the whole thing seemed extremely disorganized
Nice modern plane. Can use your own device for entertainment. Get a snack on the plane.

The ride share experience in JFK is terrible. After traveling on a flight, then you need to take a subway to the last stop to get an uber or lyft. Unacceptable. Bad job JetBlue for permitting JFK and Port Authority to do this to your passengers.
The flight was two hours late due to a computer fault and resulting maintenance. Nothing was offered as compensation beyond bottles of water during the time we were deplaned and waiting in the terminal.
Four plus hour flight delay in New York caused us to take off after 11:30pm. We didn’t arrive at our hotel until five hours after check in. Started the trip off feeling exhausted.
Plane was in bad shape. TV’s and WiFi didn’t work. Plane need a refresh. Not enough room for bags.

JetBlue is always consistent and great, the food is limited in selection, but at least you can grab as much as you want on snacks and drinks at the Blue Locker.
There were mutliple delays. There was inconsistent, delayed, and poor communication regarding the delays.
Seats Are hard, Plane was very dirty, used gum stuck on my tray table, wet red liquid under my feet at me seat
Seats are too close. Bags are too expensive. One bag should always be free.
Very positive in both directions. Safe travels, nice staff, lost and found in fact found my phone under my chair! I was out of cash after my NYC trip otherwise I would've offered a reward for helping my day out immensly! Thanks you so much Spirit staff!
Spirit rescheduled a 4:30 PM flight to 8:52 AM. That's ridiculous and borderline fraud.

The flight was on time, boarding was efficient, staff was nice. Seats seem to have been upgraded on this model and were clean and tidy. I did not purchase in flight snacks.
Although our flight had delays due to three different reasons, it was good. Staff continued to update us which made every one comfortable. We felt the captain and crew had our safety in mind the entire time and no one seemed to lose their patience.
It amaze me how other airlines leave on time and Spirit always have some type of delay. I’ve flown with Spirit many times, but it reached a point I’d rather pay twice the amount and not deal with this corporation they never do nothing to reimburse people for their time or headaches.
I feel like Spirit Airlines is a trash airline. They canceled my flight and could not Even help me book a new flight for the same date

The outgoing flight tpa to fll was seriously delayed due to a frontal system impacting the incoming flight from key west. Weather is not under the control of the airline, better to arrive late than never! Thank you Silver Airways for your caution.
They canceled the flight and no longer fly out of Orlando. Trying to get my money refunded. Lost a night I paid for in Key West.
There was no serving off food on the flight being that it was so short.
The flight was VERY, VERY hot and the blowers weren't cooling it off...don't know what the problem was, but.....otherwise it was fine.
My flight from Avianca was 45 minutes late and it's very complicated to recheck in in ...also I have to say the silver desk folks were neither efficient nor helpful...so I missed my connecting flight. I actually got there before tge flight left but they refused to let me on....and gave me no vouchers for hotel etc
The cancelled our flight 3 times and we never made it to our destination. Every single airplane had a maintenance problem. Never fly this airline
9 hrs wait in airport then flt redirected to airport an hour away from our booked airport. Then at 8:00pm flight Cancelled. Silver supposed to book us on American the next day. Booked my husband but not me. Cost me Ubers, hotel, meals, new ticket and 1 hour taxi Cuz no flights to our home airport. Absolute disaster. Silver staff had no idea what was going on or what to do. Never Again Silver
Nothing about this flight was good. They are always cancelling or grossly delayed. We were delayed for 45 minutes for no apparent reason with no explanation or anything we could see and I missed my connection to Durham NC. I was on my way to my best friends memorial and funeral. Now I'll missed them both!!
