Pros: "Singapore Airlines has everything worked out for you before you land. That's a great help. The stewardesses were just phenomenal and endlessly polite. I will definitely use them again."
Cons: "As much as I normally nitpick something, I literally have no criticism at all of Singapore Airlines. Everything they did was a step above everyone else."

Pros: "The whole business class experience"
Cons: "During the same trip I discovered 2 different arrangements of the Business Class cabin on Singapore Airlines A350, SQ469 CMB-SIN, and SQ036 SIN-LAX. On the SQ469, I occupied seat 12 A (mono, aisle-window): A lot of plastic curved walls etc. For larger persons, the result is not quit comfortable."
Pros: "Crew very polite and friendly"
Cons: "Crew forgot to bring me things twice so I had to ask another crew member on both occasions."
Pros: "Plane was super clean and comfortable. A long flight but we'll cared for by host."
Pros: "Good food. Friendly staff efficient airports."
Cons: "Confusion at check in on baggage constrains. Conflict between what the agent told us and what was documented on our ticket contract. Plane very cold Unable to recline seats for much of the flight under guidance of flight attendants. Unable to sleep as a result."
Pros: "The crew was really nice. The plane was clean and comfortable."
Pros: "Flight was very pleasant and enjoyable, on time for both departure and arrival."
Cons: "Meals were served rather slow as we were last for row 45 but there was insufficient time for us to finish the meal, collection of trays started in 5 minutes time"
Pros: "I have bought air ticket a few months in advance. I have paid a lot after changing the flight schedule."
Cons: "I will not buy the air ticket from cheap ticket any more."
Pros: "Hotel location is convenient, quite comfortable and clean."
Cons: "I love the foods in Hongkong, so many varieties . Price wise is affordable."
Pros: "the boarding, the attention to detail exactly how i remembered Singapore Airlines from many times i travelled."
Cons: "The food was disgraceful, the entertainment, the quality of the movies was poor.."
Cons: "Seats are too small, uncomfortable. We had a 50 minute delay in departure."
Cons: "This is my 2nd International Flight and Qantas outrated the other airline 100x’s over. Thank you"
Pros: "Lovely staff and great food"
Cons: "There was no in-seat entertainment and we weren’t advised of this in advance"
Pros: "seats - very comfy flat bed to use on overnight flight"
Cons: "too warm, hard to sleep"
Pros: "Was traveling with my 1yr old and my in-laws. Crew could not have made it a more comfortable journey."
Pros: "The food choices were lovely, plenty of bathrooms and touch screen entertainment (albeit with an outdated feeling and clunky interface.) The skycam was the best part of the entertainment interface options, giving you an outside view of the plane at all times from a camera at the top of the plane tail. Watching the plane during its descent and landing was very cool."
Cons: "I’ve flown in tight-spaced economy seats before, but the lack of space to even bend over to reach items on the floor was extreme on this plane and unacceptable for a 15+ hour flight. It truly felt like a straightjacket. Serious acrobatics were required to reach items on the floor. The tray table would also fly down on its own, the lever holding it would slide free while I was sleeping. There was no wifi at all, not even for using the qantas apps. My fiancé flew on Virgin the week before and was able to purchase wifi and stay in touch with me for $19 for the duration of the flight. Even my flight earlier this year with Qantas on the Dreamliner lacked usable wifi, but the experience of the Dreamliner plane itself was wonderful. In addition, the usb ports on the end of the armrests weren’t working. I feel it should be part of the safety briefing to point out where the usable power points are, given how vital charged phones are these days for boarding passes, reaching loved ones and entertainment when the wifi isn’t working. I didn’t realize there was a plug for laptops/ block plugs until I asked about the USB ports not working until the last 2 hours of the flight. The location of that was somewhere few would notice or look if not explicitly told. This will be the last time I ever book with Qantas when an a380 model is involved, unless great overhauls and updates are completed. Economy should not lack basic ergonomic comforts and while I’ve spent years touting my love for Qantas, having had wonderful experiences in the past, this one fell far below what I had come to expect from the Qantas name."
Cons: "We were booked for a connecting flight we could not possiblely have made given we had to go through customs, immigragion and baggage claim. We had to catch a later flight which was then delayed because none of the toilets worked."
Pros: "The salmon entree was top notch. Veggies cooked crisp too. Morning muffin was warm. All very yummy:) Wonderful smiling crew."
Cons: "The audio headphones had patchy reception. Needed to wiggle the wires."
Pros: "The staff are some of the best in the sky"
Cons: "The usual riff raff amongst passengers"
Pros: "The crew was friendly and attentive. They worked hard to make the long flight as enjoyable as possible. The food was bland and uninspired. The in seat entertainment had a great variety though it stopped working with about an hour to go so that was frustrating."
Pros: "Planes and entertainment was amazing. Flight crew very good and friendly."
Cons: "The ground staff at Amsterdam were very poor and not well organized to handle issues. Some individuals were very rude and unhelpful"
Cons: "Plane was too cold. Asked staff to adjust but still to cold."
Pros: "Flew a few times with UL mainly as it's part of One World and being a QR member I get additional miles and point and travel in business at affordable prices compared to QR extremely high price."
Cons: "Need more movie options. Presently 95% movies are one or more year old."
Pros: "The crew were lovely. Great service from crew and good food."
Cons: "The head rests were very uncomfortable pushing your head forward. Plane was overbooked so my family couldn’t even sit together."
Cons: "Flight was late and because of that we missed adelaide flight"
Cons: "Manner of Airport staff is very irritating. They consider passangers as their enemies and behave accordingly."
Cons: "The airline needs to work on the human touch(crew). I did not understand why the immigration were questioning foreign travels for no reason. Lastly can’t reach the customer care number always gets disconnected."
Pros: "Timeliness"
Cons: "For a family of 4, 3 of us had continual problems with the sound on the entertainment system during movies, etc"
Cons: "Extremely small space, knees against seat in front, I am only 6 ft tall."
Pros: "Great service by crew members Had good number of meals and beverages"
Pros: "Our luggage missed the connection but the situation was well handled"
Cons: "Entertainment"
Cons: "Flight through kul was delayed. 3 security checks having to go out to another terminal meant immigration check twice. Not enough time for connection. Therfore, i not only missed the fight to India, the two remaining connections... Not good day, now I have to pay rebooking on 3 flights to get home!!!"
Pros: "Because I had missed my original connecting flight, the airlines booked me at an overnight hotel and my new flight seat number was premium economy. This was fine in the end, but in the moment I practically cried."
Cons: "Again, not being delayed and having to miss my original connecting flight would have been best."
Pros: "Seats were comfortable"
Cons: "The crew was not friendly, and the food selection is limited"
Cons: "He is cheating telling normal taxi cant for two adualt and three chalidren to buy taket for double price for min bus or van , that person in charge is laieing and not respecting i hope to take acsing because they are the face of malysia visitor and i think no boday will except cheating even for one ringet . If need any details for the person can contact me."
Pros: "We paid for extra luggage for check in but we were allowed to carry them on board due to the short stopover duration of the connecting flight. Thanks for the much needed flexibility!"
Pros: "I was surprised to board an A380 to fly from KUL to BKK"
Cons: "In Bangkok we had to get off on the field to board a bus"
Cons: "Seat back didn’t stay upright so it was uncomfortable when I wasn’t trying to sleep."
Cons: "This is the second time - once on the way to Kuala Lumpur and on the way back that we boarded late and thus missed my connecting flight. Sadly Cathay and Malaysia air (which was the airline Cathay used for the return leg of this trip refused to help and put me on an earlier flight forcing me to stay an extra 6 hrs at the airport while being sick."
Pros: "Fast flight and boarding time"
Cons: "Inflight food was bad, luggage at the airport took Long"
Cons: "The filthiest plane I have ever been on. Never again."
Pros: "Seat was very spacious"
Cons: "The plane showed its age. In flight entertainment screens werent working for most seats"
Pros: "The crew were helpful, food was good and it was a comfortable seating with plenty of leg room."
Pros: "The seat could have been bit more spacious. The ground staff at New York were not cooperative."
Cons: "In flight crew needs to learn some manner not all but few crews were rude."
Pros: "Passengers were so cool. I mean indian passengers were so warm and cool"
Cons: "Entertainment was old and broken. Could have been updated to latest."
Pros: "The cabbin crew they don’t even talk nicely to the passengers they have attitude, they don’t even provide extra pillows Food was bad Service was bad Airline is bad six hours delayed from delhi to Hyderabad two times security check that is unexpected. They don’t even realize new born babies, infants, old age and sick peoples are traveling. This airline is dumb, worst, poor, bad, I’m not going to suggest to my relatives and friends neighbors for air India airline."
Cons: "I don’t like food it’s not enough for one person if I ask extra they said we don’t have it, it’s ridiculous it’s long journey you should provide extra food, it was nasty food and not enough."
Pros: "fastest SFO - DEL connection. Great aircraft, professional staff."
Cons: "Food was mediocre and several TV sets didn't work. My daughter switched seats (in economy) twice and both TVs weren't responding to touch or remote."
Pros: "Space"
Cons: "Seats - unkept, not functional Entertainment - non functional Lights - not working Call button not working Toilets dirty Food - terrible"
Cons: "Original flight got cancelled and reschedule 8 hours later in the day"
Pros: "All facilities are good"
Cons: "Video system is not working properly. Remain all is good."
