Pros: The crew offered water couple of times during the whole flight. There was no choice of food, only chicken, and I don’t eat chicken, so for dinner the crewmen offered extra salads, so I would have something to eating and advice to ask for special dietary for my flight back.

Cons: I called Copa Airlines and the person on the phone told me they had NO online checkin. She told me I had to drive to the airport (SFO - 60 minutes from my home) to check in!!! Poor information. Bad food. Smells awful, cheap. Poor wine. Don't serve anything rather than bad food. They seem rather disorganized. Captain and copilot were okay. They landed the plane.

Son 107 dólares si quiere llevar su equipaje y si no de una déjelo acá en Cancún y váyase ud para Costa Rica. Pros: Check in was quick & easy. the crew were efficient and friendly. It is a Central and South American airline so announcements were mostly in Spanish but the crew were bilingual and translated announcements into English. The meal was good. No fee to check a bag.

Cons: Before we boarded I listened to a couple described how they always went ahead in line at boarding because no one ever stopped them. They described how they waited until group 3 was called and then went right through. While we were waiting, we watched them do it again. If you need to cram people into tiny spaces to be profitable, then you cannot allow them to make it worse by putting back their seats. I spent 90 minutes with a seat back jammed into my chest. We were ignored when handing out snacks, probably because we were invisible behind the seats pushed in our faces. It was one of the most miserable flights I’ve experienced.

Pros: Good is that they sent you to Finnair to correct AA created break in service...why would they pay for it? AA is just an operator per itinerary! Why would you care if ppl get help with connections!
Cons: Checked in online on Finnair and automatically for the second connecting flight...and not the first -AA. So, had to check-in again for the first flight at the terminal. Board passes were printed 2 out of 3 by AA and both had errors - wrong gate for the first flight and no boarding info for the second connecting flight - just blank! AA did not provide connecting info until I found an unoccupied employee at the terminal and customer service lines were about 20 people in 2 locations I went to. The connecting info should be in the itinerary they said at customer service...nope, it was not there either!

Cons: We had five pieces of luggage lost during our flight from the U.S. to Spain. When we arrived in Madrid we were told that all five pieces had been located. When we went to pick them up the next day there were only four pieces at the airport. We were told the fifth suitcase would be delivered when it was located. It's ten days later and there's no sign of the luggage. It has taken multiple phone calls to get the information about the luggage correct. They assure me that they have everything correctly documented and then when I call back they haven't changed a thing. It has been a very frustrating process overall.

Pros: There was nothing too bad other than I wasn't able to check in online bc our first leg of the flight was operated by American Airlines. But there wasn't anything that really stood out that would make me want to fly them again other than it was the best price.

Cons: Initially we thought we were flying with British Airways. We then had to do some digging to realize it was all out of American Airlines. Then we couldn't get proper boarding passes and luggage tags until one of the crew members spent a significant amount of time untangling each leg of our trip so they were in the proper order. We got delayed by 4 hours in Chicago and missed our connection in Manchester. We had another 5 hour wait there. By the time we got to Dublin, our bags didn't also arrive. After almost 24 hours of travel, we arrived but without all of our stuff.
