I had to be insistant to get agents to make the effort to get me routed. They to me I would have no hotel and then wait until 5 pm the next day to fly to Medford. They gave no food vouchers. I had to pay for a hotel I never slept in in Medford and meals. Seems like Alaska has few flights out of Seattle and Denver and no other partner agreements to help route you. Really horrible bad experience. Not what you expect when you patly $500 plus trip insurance. Pathetic."

Cons: "There was not a single JetBlue employee at the Denver airport until exactly 2 hours before the flight. There were many passengers (upwards of 20 and many with small children) waiting around to check their bags and unable to access the food/bathroom/go through security. Everyone was confused and upset. While I understand that there are no flights for several hours prior to the late-night flight I was on, that does not mean that there is no need for an employee presence. Many people arrived multiple hours early because the most common destinations for Denver travelers are the mountain ski towns and the last departures of the shuttles that run from the mountains to the airport leave at 3:00pm. Therefore a large number of passengers arrive by 6:00pm for midnight flights and are left waiting in the check-in area until 10:00pm. The situation was made worse by the poor communication--there were signs saying that checkin was open only from 8:00am-11:00am, which left everyone very confused, given that we were on evening flights. There were many angry people sitting on the floor around the JetBlue counter."

She was refused assistance by her. Then the flight attendant came to the front of the plane laughing uncontrollably say, "OMG, did you see her having a meltdown...she was asking me to help." She proceeded to laugh for the next 20 minutes repeating that the woman was helpless. I was disgusted by the flight attendant's behavior and attitude."

Cons: "A strong snowstorm prevented me from arriving to the airport on time (highway was closed). Flight was at 3:15. After over 5 hours on the highway I finally arrived to the airport at 2:27 and the Aeromexico counters were empty. A lady from Lufthansa told me the flight had just closed and suggested that I call aeromexico’s phone number. I did that and the gentleman on the phone told me I should go to the check-in counters. I mentioned they were empty and he had no other suggestions. After an hour on the airport and on the phone with no progress I booked a trip with United and traveled home."

Cons: "Two one way tickets were purchased to Cancun. The layover was 2 hours... but since the first carrier was late, it caused us to miss our connecting flight. Because the 2 tickets were from different carriers, the airline charged us $1600 to buy new tickets. I would never buy tickets this way again."

Cons: "Having less than an hour to deplane, go through immigration, them security just isn't enough time between flights. I missed my plane as Guadalajara immigration took almost 2 hours at 5:45am. I then had to add another flight to my itinerary. Planes are somewhat old."

Cons: "Aeromexico was unable to provide the boarding pass for our second flight on the itinerary (operated by Delta) when we checked in in Mexico City (our checked bags were tagged all the way to Minneapolis though). They informed us that we would need to go to the Delta ticket counter when we arrived in Cancun (with a short layover). This is an unacceptable level of service."

I flight with the same airline from mx city to denver and they charged nothing while from denver to mx city they charged 25 dollars with the same suitcase! Also delta gives you free basic wifi while this guys charge it extra. Btw they take away all your carry ons amd make you to wait for hours to get them back! They dont have automatized check in so they make you wait for long time in the row."

This is not fair for the price paid for flights. I am very unhappy with the fact that there was food served onboard and that, when I tried to tell the airline what I could and could not eat, that they did not change my preferences or even give me the option."

Cons: "All three of our flights were delayed. It was stressful trying to get to new gates and not sure if we would make our flights or not. No explanation why there was delays. However, this worked out to our advantage or we would have missed our flights."
Cons: "Almost lost the conection at MEX because I was waiting for my baggage, nobody said anything until 20 minutes the bags for the flight stop coming."

Cons: "I purchased a first class ticket, but the airline changed Equipment to a plane without a first class cabin. I was unceremoniously bumped back to coach and placed in front of two screaming children who proceeded to yell, kick my seat and hit me in the head for the entire flight. Never fly aeromexico"
