Our flight was canceled and had to stand in line for 3 hours and 11 minutes to get on a flight to Florence Italy for the same day. They couldn’t get us to Genoa for 36 hours and had to go through Rome no direct flight. We will be contacting customer service for compensation for a hotel stay in Florence and train tickets to reach our destination Genoa Italy.
There was already a group forming a line at zone 4 for a good 15mins and another group created another line just 5mins before boarding and the 1st group had to re-queue. A few of us voiced out to the floor crew but they did nothing. Earphones. Could be supplied first since the flight is suffisent for a movie.
Wi-Fi didn’t work. Boarding was totally confusing. Guy next to me took more then his area. Constantly touching me pushing on me. Had a bag blocking getting out. Almost fell. Crew didn’t help
being a flight attendant and using spécial fare I apreciate being treated equally to the other pax, the fact that the crew, when I informed them of my status, went to check if I had a good seat ( no one beside me, to be able to get good rest.) Those are important gestures towards the person. I look to more flights with KLM

On my short flight from Basel to Amsterdam, a young French speaking girl was concerned about how to manage getting to her next gate. The flight attendants talked to her and arranged for someone to take her there. On my longer flight from Amsterdam to New York City, there was a customer who was in distress about missing a previous flight and not making it to her connecting flight in New York. One of the flight attendants reassured her until she stopped crying and calmed down. That same flight attendant was always so positive and cheerful in all she did. The rest of the crew was top notch. This was my best experience flying in such a long time. Well done, KLM crews of flights 1984 and 0645 on July 10!"

The plane was towed to the new gate, then we found out that it was going to be delayed an additional hour due to required maintenance checks. Actually, I don't mind the additional maintenance checks, I want to arrive alive! We arrived in Athens 90 minutes after our expected time. We got seats in the exit row, however, we couldn't really enjoy the extra legroom for 2 reasons: 1) The exit hatch was right in front of my girlfriend who was sitting near the window. She couldn't extend her feet without kicking the door (I big no-no at 35,000 feet). 2) Our row was right in front of the bathrooms, so I had constant traffic bumping me in left shoulder and lines of people literally standing in front of me for the majority of the flight while waiting for their turn to use the bathroom. They are stepping on my feet constantly or passing gas in my face (I wish I was kidding)."

To top it off, they used the same plane with mechanical problems the next morning, which caused further delays. Terrible and costly."

Normally you just go to the counter once and they do everything including taking your luggage once they weigh it. Instead, I had to go to the self check in kiosk, then back to the counter to weigh my luggage, take off the one luggage from the scale, weigh the second one, then go back to the self check in kiosk, then was told to take off the second luggage as well, then finally went to a second counter where the lady handwritten my luggage tags and then was told to take both pieces of luggage and put them somewhere else altogether with specific directions on where to put them. This is something normally handled by the actual employees. Also, the check in dude yelled at my kid for putting in his name into the check in kiosk while we were waiting on the check in dude to do all those unorganized activities. He claimed it would break the software if my kid were to enter his name. I have told him that no, the software will not break if my child enters in his name."

There are no seat back TVs and the free streaming service went down repeatedly just like the AC outlet at our seats (there are only two of these for three people). I booked this trip nearly a year in advance, and I am extremely disappointed that I wasn't informed that I was flying a budget airline on a 10 hour flight."

Excellent experience! I booked through chat deal, and after I booked, I read some bad reviews.....I found that was not the case.....I had to change my ticket before the flight and customer service took care of the change with one phone call and even got me a refund, even though I did not buy travel insurance. The planes were on time an surprisingly comfortable. I just had a great experience throughout the whole process. I'll definitely use them again.

Royal jordanian Website says check in closed 45 minutes before departure. In reality, it close 60 minutes before. Due to another flight delay, we arrived 50 minutes before. We didn't get our flight and had to but other very expensive tickets for the same flight the next day. Very disappointing.

I was not able to travel this flight because you would not honor my legitimate claim for a death in the family as a third party seller of tickets.

Old plane from the turn of the millennia. Crew was nice but we had delays and then emergency landing and that delayed a lot. Food was mediaocre and entertainment was non existent because of the age of the plane
The flight was shaking the whole time. We paid for kosher and gluten free, and we didn’t get it and as a family, we paid for sitting together and they put us separately. The crew was very unimpressed It looks like they don’t care. It’s looks like they don’t even care from our situation. Very poor flight will never book again with ITA.
The entertainment didn’t work we order food gluten-free and kosher and they promised me they will have it and we pay for it and still on the flight. We didn’t get what we paid for. The plane was shaking the whole flight.
I would highly recommend to anyone to fly this airlines. I would fly with them again, the flight and crew were amazing, the only thing that wasn't so good was the food but no big deal. I'd still fly with them again for another long flight. I had lots of room with the seat as well.
Honestly the flight was great, the flight crew was great. I would absolutely fly with them again for another long flight like this. The food was the only thing that wasn't so great but not that big of a deal...I would highly recommend to anyone

The ticket counter did not even open until 8:30 AM. They could not find our reservation even though we had a confirmation number. After about 20 minutes they finally found our reservation. They would not let my daughter and son-in-law book a seat online because they had an infant. So they had to get seats at the ticket counter which by this time there was not any decent seats left.
We were delayed leaving so we missed our connection. They paid for all of the travelers with us to get a hotel room but the hotel sold out and some people had to sleep in the lobby. All in all a pretty horrible experience.
Flight was awful. Team wouldn’t check our bags to final destination.

Service was great - flight attendants, on time, etc. the food was ok and the movie choices were limited…. But those things are minor in comparison.
On time Check in. That was not good after sittng in our sits, having been to change the places!
I wish there was ways to charge the phone while in the flight and that the service was better.
A few things, the boarding process was very bumpy and complicated with an interview and things that seems out of order. Once in the plane I think the entertainment was very poor. They advertise wifi, and tv programs as well phone signal and none of it worked properly. There was also no way to charge the phone or electronic devise while in the flight.
The seats are old and very uncomfortable and it felt dirty. The crew where very unhelpful and unwilling. They ran out of vegetarian meals and just didn’t care about it. It was just an awful experience.

You screwed up on my flight, then didn't apply my meal choice to the airway so I didn't have anything to eat the whole 8hour flight. and whats up with the second piece of checked in baggage not being allowed? You should tell customers theres a baggage embargo.

Very rude flight attendance. No accommodation for special needs. Food is horrible. Very disappointed. Won't fly with ITA again!!
