Seat is business could have been a lot cleaner, but space was nice and seat was comfortable

Terrible. The test of an airline is how they deal with problems. There is very little to differentiate between airlines. Aer Lingus failed absolutely. They lost one of my bags even though we had more than a 2 hour connection in Dublin. Trying to get it back has been awful. In checking on line I can see that the bag is in Edinburgh and it was supposed to be delivered today. It wasn't. The number we have in the UK doesn't answer. I had to pay for an international call to speak to somebody. All the woman at the call centre could say was be patient wait. I can tell you when it will be delivered nor can I tell you who the courier is.

Not JetBlue's fault but Aer Lingus never explained how to transfer to JetBlue.

Poor check-in experience in Manchester. Delayed boarding and check-in agent never explained how to transfer in NYC to JetBlue.

I was very disappointed that the online sys allowed me to get the boarding pass for the second leg of the trip, when I clearly request it for both flights!

Comfortable trip , flight attendants professional as always. Only complaint was the food, We fly Aer Lingus frequently, this was the first time the quality of the meal was poor.

I appteciate the very courteous staff. The flight was good. Something that wasn't good was that my bag was only checked as far as Dublin and I had a connecting flight to Vienna. (That was a mistake the ORD desk made.) Fortunately the desk at DUB was able to re-tag without me having to re-check in (which initially it seemed I might have to do.)

Delightful flight, ahead of time with a super crew, thanks

This was the most expensive economy flight per minute of flight time ever. But the quality was lacking. Extremely Aer Lingus rude staff at LHR said that the flight from London to Dublin (Ireland) was “NOT international.” Horrified at the colonial and imperial perspective. Seats were dirty with trash in seat pockets. Airline doesn’t clean or care about hygiene and safety.

Charging for coffee on a business class fare??? And to not even mention it? Inexcusable. Boarding and disembarking was pathetic. Could not use a jetway on either end. Had to use stairs and walk across tarmac at origination and use stairs and be bussed to terminal at destination.
