The entertainment is still via a screen on the plane so wired headphones are needed (no bluetooth connect like united). The snacks were very generous.

So when your group is called there are already several people there wanting you to get behind them. Which doesn’t make sense since I’ve been there a whole 2 hours before all of them."

The walk and ride took us to a new terminal where we walked and walked and I am 78 and hard to keep up. Then we were off and a nice flight and we made up a bit of time. Upon arrival in Aspen and there was not gate for us so we had to wait 25 minutes to deplane, The staff and pilots were terrific and tried to make the best of it. At least we got there. Food service in business class was uninspiring as there was no element of "international cuisine" on a flight where some dining creativity would have been welcome."

United used to be one of my favorites. Its lower than Spirit now. Beware!"

Retrain your customer service representatives at the check in counter. Retrain the customer service representatives at the boarding gate. The only associates that were pleasant were the flight crew. Worse trip that I ever had and maybe reason I don't want to fly with Frontier Airlines again. I was told that I missed my flight at 5:40 a.m., was given 2 tickets because it wasn't a straight flight. I was charged an additional $99, and even had to pay again for my bag $99. Just a horrible experience.
Beware that when flying into Atlanta with Frontier, you will wait for your checked bag for a full hour after arriving at the gate! Do NOT recommend Frontier if Atlanta is your final destination!
Cons: "Don't do it. Don't fly Frontier. Business model does not provide real training for the staff. No contingency plans for aircraft failures; no training for staff to handle day-to-day normal flights variances (aka, downed aircraft, weather, airport delays). Had three delayed flights trying to leave out of the same gate, instead of separating angry, tired, hungry passengers, they kept them all in the same gate which heightened tensions. Potential crisis situation only made worse."

Why do they think the ticket is so cheap? It's great if all you take is a backpack. The cheap ticket airlines all have similar business models. If not careful they'll charge you for air to breathe. Have to read the fine print folks. The rookie travelers don't realize that all flights have extra 30 minutes in schedule so their on time arrival stats look good. BTW the airline has nothing to do with whether you get TSA pre check or not. It's random unless you buy the 5 yr deal through TSA."

They also let us choose our own seats at no cost. It was also an incredibly smooth flight, departure and landing. Pretty great for my first experience flying."

You must pay $40 for a carry-on and they say $31 for a checked bag but that's a lie, they still will charge you $40. They inundate you with offers and even try to charge you to pick a seat. They don't page passengers for a final boarding call. They boarded and left the gate early leaving 10 passengers stranded. They never put our bags on the flight and told us to pick them up at baggage claim but charged us anyway for the checked bags. They were rude, ignorant and unprofessional. We were told so many different stories about rebooking and credits that we just rebooked completely with Southwest."

Cons: "Change gate numbers. Crew should inform us the new gate. Before we landed & going through immigration. We can't check email when your phone was off while in flight & going through customs. They issued gate 14 then it was gate 12. This happen both times."
Cons: "I didn't like that my flight was cancelled! Instead of a refund we got a 50$ voucher, what the he'll is that. Had to pull a bunch of strings to get the airline to book our other flight through 4 different layovers. Ended up in Cartagena 12 hours late."
