For the price of Premium Select (Premium Economy), the food and service were terrible. Delta was a relatively good airline, but they have cut corners by doing things like serving economy food in Premium. Also, the cabin crew needs to take a few flights on Singapore Airlines to learn the basics of customer service.

Flight was on time, premium economy seats were comfortable. Food however has lesser portions and the number of times they serve meals. Overall, the trip experience was excellent. Would definitely use them again on my next trip.

Sat on plane for an hour after boarding. The entire 5hr flight was freezing. Even the two gentlemen next to me were cold. No headphones offered for the super tiny movie screen.

Left on time staff was awesome!

Many people on my flight were worried about connections because Delta delayed our start by over 30 minutes to "change a switch," whatever that means. Then for passengers with short connection times, they should NEVER be seated in the rear of the plane when it takes 20-30 minutes for the rear-seated passengers. Not very consumer-oriented."

So after everyone had boarded, at the minute we were supposed to take off, they beg for 2 volunteers to get off the flight to compensate for the weight of the excess fuel. Eventually 2 people b3came annoyed enough to get off and take a $200 voucher (probably for another delayed flight.) so we were late taking off for that. At our destination there were clear sunn6 skies. Extra fuel was needed for that. So I was stuck in a seat the size of a child’s car seat for an extra 40 minutes? And when we could finally get off, my legs had fallen asleep ffrom being too squeezed in for that relatively short flight. When will the airlines focus on the passengers’ safety & comfort and not on excessive profits?"

When we got to the Gate for this flight, complimentary checking of carry-on bags was allowed, and that helped speed the boarding process, not just for us, but for all the people on the flight."

I was told he was accommodated because he is priority. When asked how I become priority I was told "he spends more money and flies more often." My husband and I looked at our tickets and were surprised to see the seat assignments I had chosen when I purchased the tickets were not there and instead the boarding pass said "see agent". She then assigned us seating in separate rows and handed us new boarding passes. No explanation. We looked at them and handed them right back and said no thank you, we had purchased tickets together. She said, "this flight has been oversold" and motioned for the next passenger to step up. This really upset my husband who told her, "Wait, we are not finished discussing this!" He went on to explain to her we purchased our tickets together with seat assignments - Together. She then said if we didn't reclaim them when checking in, 24 hours prior, the seats then became available again. What kind of logic is this?! Ugh! If I wanted to be treated like cattle I would have stuck with Southwest! We. It's back to Southwest for us. At least they are up front with their rules."

She was alone on the flight, yet she was attentive, efficient, cheerful and made the flight from Denver to Kansas City better than any other I have ever taken! Finally captain announced that we would have to deplane because of maintenance issues. Got off plane. Sat in terminal. Went to get meal voucher hadn’t gotten earlier because I was asleep. The apparent supervisor at gate was awfully rude when I asked. She said that the vouchers were all already destroyed and they would not print another. Later rebounded and flight got home for a flight time of 1hour. Missed breakfast at hotel to get to airport on time for early flight only to have all this happen that should have been preventable. It was probably one of the worst flight experiences I have ever had. Difficult to describe on this forum adequately. I will NEVER fly Frontier airlines again and I will encourage all that I know to avoid this airline. I was charged to bring a carryon on board. I did not check a bag but would’ve been charged there too. There is a charge to pick a seat. Charge for any snack or drink on board. Horrible airline with terrible customer service. I will protest with my airline dollar and patronize its competition. I encourage you to do the same."

Pros: "I did not like the fact that I had to pay for a seat on the plane for I thought that was already in the payment when I purchased the flight and I never knew I had to pay for a carry on bag for I have flown with frontier once before, I guess time comes about a change. We sat on the plane 35 minutes while he waited for an out of order decal for the lavatory door. Dumbest flight crew I ever encountered. I'm going back to United."

There wasn't even an attempt by the staff to fix the problem. They were only willing to give a refund. If there isn't a flight then don't advertise it."

Not a ton to be done about that, but it made my flight experience a little more difficult. I was surprised you had to pay for a soda and snack, but I am okay with that overall. I think you should get a free carry-on bag though, or at least one that is cheaper than $35. Lines to check baggage were long and ill-attended. Would rather have been able to take a carry-on and skip checking a bag at all."
