Pros: "Considering BA cancelled our flight to Milan because our Delta flight to JFK was late....we had to buy 2 more round trip tickets. No one from Kayak or BA helped us.. we were out anithet $1100. ..worst experience ever will never use Kayak again. The right thing to do is for Kayak to refund our original.tickets....since we had no control over our delayed flight but I am sure that will not happen."

I was bleeding, the passengers next to me gave napkins and I pressed it to stop the bleeding. The flight attendant gave napkins and ice, the pilot was informed. He had Atlanta fire and rescue meet me at the gate upon landing."

About 10 minutes later they said to come back and board. You shouldn’t have made us wait in the freezing cold unless you knew the plane was ready to board"

Cons: "We missed the whole vacation due to United flt. 599 being late into SFO. We missed the Zurich flight by 7 minutes due to a mechanical issue (overhead bin lid would not stay closed.) United customer service was very poor and after 16 hrs. at SO without resolution on flights and schedule, we just came back home. If Siss Air could have waited 10 minutes for 12 or more passengers, we would have been fine. I don't know if United communicated with them or not. This was a disaster!"

I'm not a big guy by any means and I couldn't sit without touching the person next to me or even rest my head on the tray table, and the seat backs reclined barely 6 inches. That made it pretty much impossible to sleep on a red-eye. And there were no entertainment screen, though we had them in the EWR->SFO direction. All in all bottom 10% of flights I've been on. Do better."

I would understand if the flights were shorter, however we had several-hour delays in a time period from lunch through the middle of the night, and were not offered any sort of voucher or food item. Then my bag got lost (which I understand with the weather issues that caused delays), but it left me in a city with no clothes, very hungry, in an hour past public transportation hours. Which is not THEIR problem, but I would have definitely appreciated some assistance of some sort."

I get that, except the seat in front of me did recline, so my knees were crushed and I couldn't do anything to accommodate the fact that there was another passenger in my face. If a seat is unable to recline by design, it needs extra space. The entertainment via the app failed to load. United has really dropped the ball on being a world class airline."

Habia un problema con el avion o la torre del vuelo miami hacia san juan PR. Nos ofrecieron estadia en un hotel supuestamente ellos corrian con los gastos ya q se atraso el vuelo y no fue culpa de ningun pasajero segun nos dijo una señorita del counter, resulta ser q el hotel fue el piso del aeropuerto de miami x 8 horas!!! Wow a la verdad q nos vieron la cara de bobos y nos cojieron de bobos tambien. Q trato mas injusto. No volveremos a viajar por AMERICAN AIRLINES asi mismo le dejaremos saber a todo el mundo el trato de esta linea con los pasajeros. Gracias a esto nos agravamos la espalda, costillas. Pros: "We were diverted to Austin due to weather. We had to refuel and we were stuck on the Tarmac for over an hour. While all of this was miserable, the Crew stayed active answering questions. The Captain gave several updates and walked the aisle. They even let people off the plane who were trying to get to Austin. For a bad situation this crew made it so much better!"

Pros: "Prompt check-in and helpful United Airlines staff greeted me as I checked in and paid for my additional luggage. Flight was on time and only takes about 40 minutes from Corpus Christi to Houston."
