Seats are way too snug for my hip to knee ratio and the recline on the seat in front of me made my experience worst. My legs had no room at all. Not a plane for people 6 ft or over unless you fly first class.

Delayed for maintenance issue?? Should have been addressed before boarding. Put my bag on an earlier flight, but didn’t ask if I wanted to change to an earlier flight. Arrived to find my bag locked up and no agent to be found when I landed.

It was terrible because the flight was delayed for 3 hours.

Again a nearly five hour flight and pretzels is all the food you get and all you can drink water. No electric plugs in economy. Staff was totally not caring. Delta next time

Plane seemed dated and things like overhead compartments and bathroom cabinets had difficulty keeping closed.

Due to a cancelled flight the day before this flight only had 44 people. Best flight ever on international route. Food getting better. Can United provide fruit ex apples and bananas for snacks? Crew fantastic.

The flight was really comfortable in Economy. Entertainment and crew fabulous!

Lost luggage again. Our second trip to Mykonos, and 2nd time no luggage.

Crew did not arrive for their shift and flight delayed for 2 1/2 hours whilst new pilots were found. The man at the boarding gate did a great job keeping us informed and the eventual flight was good. It was just the long delay waiting…….

Do not eat the bagel! Otherwise, good albeit late, breakfast in first. Boarding downgrade only because flight was delayed due to plane change due to undisclosed problem with original aircraft. I did not use entertainment.

The flight was fine. All the delays and poor communication and customer service were the worst! We were supposed to arrive in London at 7:10 am. In stead we arrived at 1:30 pm. And now American Airlines refuses to make things right but only sent a canned apology after I contacted customer relations.

Nice aircraft. Plane was PACKED full and distance between seats was tight. Had it been more than a two hour flight it would not have been tolerable. I had much more knee space on the JetBlue flight I went out on.

The only problem experienced was a ground stop in Chicago due to weather. But the crew handled everything professionally. They prioritized rebooking those passengers who had connecting flights and then deplaning the other passengers. When the hold was lifted, they efficiently re-boarded all the passengers so that we could depart before our departure limit expired.

Flight From PHX to CVG was on time, very professional staff

American Airlines is awful!! Will never fly with them again. Connection flight left early leaving 22 people in Charlotte with no way to get to Key West for 24 hours. Would not provide hotel or any other accommodations. Bags were delayed two days.

Flight attendants used to be nice to people. And any flight over 5 hours should have some kind of food other than tiny pretzels and one drink comped.

very bad flight , service crew are tired and grumpy… I can forgive the worn seats and bad food as expected but the crew need more energy… old ppl are that way I guess… they shouldn’t be on long haul flights.

Their delay caused me to miss my connection with a twelve hour overnight delay that was terrifying

It was Japan Airlines that was excellent. I don’t know why it shows American Airlines.

Allow for not applicable in your survey if there is no food or entertainment on a very short flight of only one hour

Notsure if it was an issue with the airline or Guatemala Int airport, but boarding information, times posted, and boarding to aircraft where contadicting n confusing - relied on gate airline staff n fellow travelers.

The flight was cancelled 2 time as. The airline was stranded me in Guatemala with no solution.

Boarding was long and messy. No food was offered on the flight. No entertainemnt. Clean flight however.
