She sarcastically told me that "I am not Americanaki" - a derogatory expression used by those in Greece who consider the Americans naive."

Additionally they are very inflexible if you want to make a change to your tickets after purchasing. Boarding the plane is handled very inefficiently and takes much longer than most other airlines. The food is mediocre and the drink cart only comes by every 2 hours or so which is far too infrequent"

I approached first stewardess, she was very unpleasant and she told me that I had to go to the back of the plane, the one in the back of the plane was unpleasant too, she told me she was out of nose drops, did not offer me any additional assistance and told me I better consider not traveling if I have ear problem. Very poor service."

Cons: "I lost my flight because your oufol servise.at first i had an issue with my passport and i lost the flight so i booked another flight, and then the Your people confirmed me officialy on phone that i can use my ticket to come back to tlv but I couldn't do check in and this time on phone your people told me that i cant get it and they dont gave what to do with it so order another!!! Ticket at the last time and didnt make it to the holiday meal so i really disappointed and going to do something with it. That was turrible and i lost a lot of money!!!"

I wish our Lufthansa flight back was also with lufthansa rather than United. United SUCKS in comparison. United needs to improve their game and their planes and their service."

Thank you for providing both a blanket and pillow - which its own Lufthansa pillow cover. Sadly the Anticipation of a Lufthansa flight still rests on the laurels of years of recognized quality. Sadly the Anticipation was greater than the rewards."
Cons: "It is always so much easier to come up with the issues - wish I had more to add on the previous section. ENTERTAINMENT. Headphones provided required a two-prong jack option. There was only room for one prong - so only one ear had sound. The sound perhaps due to this limitation was poor and I couldn't hear the track. Consequently I choose one film with subtitles - which was helpful. The cabin comfort overall was on the chilly side and required the use of the blanket for the whole trip. Meals - the dinner meal served was a nice selection. However, the dessert was still cold - affected flavor. I think a nice bar of chocolate would have been equally welcome as dessert option. There was a small Ritter - which was nice. Lunch or pre arrival snack - really a poor excuse for what was served as pizza. Very doughy and little filling. The tomato was ok but the other selection served - was not a good choice. Not sure what it was. Also had anticipated a warm cloth before landing as a refresher. The seating is incredibly narrow. While most planes are forced into less space, this ride was particularly uncomfortable. I know that there are different model planes each with its own space limitations, advantages or disadvantages, but - frankly, I had expected better from Lufthansa. Finally, by chance having flown to Europe by Swiss Air - I reluctantly have to say that their comfort level, meals and refreshing cloth made it a more comfortable flight."
