Avianca has transitioned from full service legacy airline to "low cost" but has now became a strange hybrid (minimum leg space, started offering business class in domestic flights again, charges passenger for printing boarding pass, etc.). National and international coverage and destinations are really wide but service is not at its best

I enjoyed it! In that case, I should have been offered this choice. On my first trip to Miami, I was asked to pay $320 for my luggage just for getting it totally broken. I cannot accept this situation at all!!!!

Avíanca now has cero entertainment, food and even water for their travels in economy. We spend all 6 or more hours ignored or we are offered products to buy using only credit card .

The airline doesn’t provide nothing To their customers. No water , no food , no any drinks, no any kind of entertainment for free or at least paid with money cash currency . They sell some basic goods only credit card . Shame for an old international long distance trip. Never again .

Boarding was very expedite. The chairs are fixed you can't rest comfortable during the flight.

There was no food or drink service, couldn’t even get a glass of water for free. It was a long and expensive flight to not offer food or beverage on the plane.
