Very good- all went as planned. Flight was on time. Seating was a little sub , as always. Snacks and entertainment were basic. We arrived on time- no problems.
Connecting in Paris is always a wildcard, and this time was no different with the new EES system that people, including staff, don't really have a handle on. At least this connection didn't involve a bus, which has been a nightmare in the past. Boarding was a bit late, but once on the plane, flight was great. Very comfortable suites in business class. Service very good. Food was excellent. The Starlink WiFi was amazing. Worked well all the way from Paris to Atlanta.
The landing was sooooo bad. I have never seen such a hit to the ground.i got a jerk to my back as i was sitting on the rear emergency exit. So felt the impact eveb stronger. While we exit from the plane the power to the plane was cut off
On time, quick boarding, so nice of them to honor active and retired military with early boarding. Attendants were nice . Plane was clean. A bit crowded like all flights.
My bag was open when I got to Portland and all my clothes were wet and my parking pass was wet
The only issue is that the plane was HOT. This was not the case on my first flight so not sure why, but thankfully I had a portable fan with me. Everything else was great!
My flight was so delayed I would’ve missed my connection and had to cancel my trip
The cabin was definitely dated, but that's about par for the course. The flight crew were wonderful as always (always a Delta highlight), but the boarding process was slow with little direction or encouragement to get people in their seats quickly since we were already delayed.
Delay from Atlanta to Tampa was simply unacceptable. Multiple delays led to us landing after 3am. Worst travel experience of my life
Two of the flight attendants were cranky and seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Not up to normal Delta standards. And our bags didn’t make flight to Italy from Amsterdam resulting in having to make a trip back to airport which cost me 75 euros.
TV did not work Special food ordered not honored/not received Response to complaint and request not received Request for window seat but given isle seat even after paying for business class ticket
The crew were amazing. They should improve the inflight entertainment
Forgotten Suite inside of the top compartment but went back to ask and they didn’t leave at the lost and found place. Also the checking in was so horrible. I had multi city and one of the passenger saint have visa go go go Dubai. The Ethiopian airlines never had information about requirement for US permanent resident so couldn’t go to Dubai. And when coming back to US we were told we can not use our Addis to Washington ticket and they forced us to get new ticket. Very horrible experience.
Im if Ethiopian can allow customers to use their mileage for in flight connexion it will be great.
United was best airlines I have seen since I got there choose united airlines
For Vegetarian Food was very poor. Though we had opted for Asian Vegetarian Food they didn’t serve but only what was available was served. We were offered Smoked Salmon!
The plane was overbooked and the crew was very rude. My luggage was never put on the plane. I got to NY and waited 2 hours just to find out that my luggage was left.
My suitcase 🧳 got missing we still looking for it This not good for them 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾🤦🏽♀️
it was a nice tripe but they need to work on the serving of soda,they should be abled to serve cain soda not on cup.At least each passenger should be entitled to one cain of soda not serving on cup.thanks.
On my return flight the TV did not work the entire flight! They knew it wasn’t working but they let me sit there. The guy sitting nièce to me told me he was ok the previous flight and it wasn’t working. This is business class by the way!
