Flight was delayed at airport with large backlog and WiFi was spotty
I don’t like mushrooms and that’s all they had with pasta
I Love Delta but one of the flight crew training in courtesy snd hospitality.
Could have been on time and not missed my connection
Wifi on this flight was very sketchy and not available for most of the trip.
Audio Visual Equipment lacking content and features. Could not connect to noise cancellation earpods
Both legs on the way were smaller planes, each had a mechanical issue causing a delay
Delayed flight. Dirty seats, dirty seat belts with food stuck on it from previous passengers maybe. No one cleaned the seats or flight.
Everything went smooth from check in, thru TSA, then boarding, and a smooth flight to ATL.
No snacks not been water was offered I fly weekly and have to select Economy or extra comfort per business rules but will choose American at least they offer mid seat class passengers water. on short flights. The WIFI was awful on the plane as well. The thing I can not figure out is why you treat business class people this way we spend more money that your one trip first class passengers cumulative than others maybe look at the company name of the people flying and treat us better as there are thousands of us flying weekly and choose what airline we want to select.
TV did not work Special food ordered not honored/not received Response to complaint and request not received Request for window seat but given isle seat even after paying for business class ticket
The crew were amazing. They should improve the inflight entertainment
Forgotten Suite inside of the top compartment but went back to ask and they didn’t leave at the lost and found place. Also the checking in was so horrible. I had multi city and one of the passenger saint have visa go go go Dubai. The Ethiopian airlines never had information about requirement for US permanent resident so couldn’t go to Dubai. And when coming back to US we were told we can not use our Addis to Washington ticket and they forced us to get new ticket. Very horrible experience.
Im if Ethiopian can allow customers to use their mileage for in flight connexion it will be great.
United was best airlines I have seen since I got there choose united airlines
For Vegetarian Food was very poor. Though we had opted for Asian Vegetarian Food they didn’t serve but only what was available was served. We were offered Smoked Salmon!
The plane was overbooked and the crew was very rude. My luggage was never put on the plane. I got to NY and waited 2 hours just to find out that my luggage was left.
My suitcase 🧳 got missing we still looking for it This not good for them 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾🤦🏽♀️
it was a nice tripe but they need to work on the serving of soda,they should be abled to serve cain soda not on cup.At least each passenger should be entitled to one cain of soda not serving on cup.thanks.
On my return flight the TV did not work the entire flight! They knew it wasn’t working but they let me sit there. The guy sitting nièce to me told me he was ok the previous flight and it wasn’t working. This is business class by the way!
