It was terribly delayed with zero support from united airlines. I reached at 1 am in the night. They did not provide any option to change the flights.
Flight cancelled instead of leaving Friday am now, maybe, leaving Sunday

Friendliest Flight Attendant I’ve seen since I flew on Southwest Airlines. The whole trip was outstanding…and arrived Early!

Sucks ! All three flights I was on this trip were delayed.
When I got our tickets, my husband and I were easily able to get seats together (including a window seat). When we checked in at the airport all the seats were reset and we had to pick new ones, so we couldn’t sit together because there were only middle seats! Ugh that’s the worst. We were back so far we had to check our carry ons which was annoying because I bring an expensive camera that I don’t/cant check so I had to reorganize my items. Once we were seated on the plane we had to wait an hour to take off and they said there was some weather/air traffic in Denver but it was unclear. The lady I sat next to complained that our seats didn’t go back and we both got free complimentary snack boxes which were quite good. I wasn’t going to say anything about the seats, they were the typical uncomfortable kind. It would have been fine if the 2 hr flight hadn’t turned into 3 hrs. Not the best flight but also not the worst.

Nothing. I flew business class. I always try to avoid air Canada because it’s the worst airline and it’s proven on international level. Sad and embarrassing…
The big challenge here was that the inbound flight was delayed, THEN, the aircraft was deemed in need of service, so we had to deplane after being a few minutes away from departure, THEN we had to switch terminals, where another plane in our gate had maintenance issues so we had to change gates again. I am a regular flyer (not on American) so I understand these things happen. The crew was great. The pilot in particular was gracious and understanding and stayed with the passengers the whole time to answer questions and give updates - that was impressive. But the flight was massively delayed as a result, and today I really wanted to be home in time. Sigh The flight was otherwise great.
My original flight kept getting postponed multiple times, I would have missed my international flight if I waited. It was postponed through the next day. I ended up having to drive 3 hours away to get my next flight.
DFW notification of changing the gate notice was an inconvenience.
Mechanical issues and delays. I get it but bad experience. Turned my 3 hour airport experience into a 9 hours
The flight was delayed multiple times due to the inbound flight arriving late, which is not a major issue. That being said, the boarding process was awful. The gate agent(s) didn't allow sufficient time for the pre-boarding passengers to get settled in and then called the four priority groups at the same time - i.e., called Group 1 and then called Groups 2-4 all at the same time. This approach had all four priority groups standing on the jet bridge from the airplane door to the gate end of the jetway for 10+ minutes in the heat (i.e., it was 96F outside and uncomfortably warm). This approach also made the actual boarding process a mess. There were multiple points of failure with the boarding process that turned a late departure into more of an issue.
Worst experience ever, extremely disorganized airline with super rude crew for first class passengers. I have submitted feedback to AA customer care online that this was my worst experience traveling in over 30 years
My flight attendant was miserable. Bathroom filthy and the water soapy in the tea. I’d choose delta everytime.
Nothing with the flight. It was good. Crew as very helpful especially fist class flight attendant.
I am generally an American Airlines loyalist but this flight was not good. I was seated in an aisle seat and the gentleman in front of my had his seat fully reclined which made it impossible to work on my laptop, eat or drink.. The gentleman in the middle seat was watching something on his phone without headphones.
Flight was smooth and on time: however, this flight was filled with advertising. We got it over the speaker system both when we took off and when we landed. Flight attendants were handing out sales flyers when we landed. It was not a good look.
