Tight connection and first flight was late, so we got bumped off our connection (they literally removed our names from the flight, even though we could've sprinted through the airport and made it if they waived the 20 minute before departure gate closure). It was an exhausting and long wait for the next flight and I did not think it was well-handled. Staying in a hotel is not a great option, because it takes 2 hours to get out of the airport, another 2 hours cushion to get back in time."

Cabin temperature was too low and uncomfortable
The trip was booked on a Premium Economy, I was moved to standard economy with no compensation. When I boarded the flight crew had already made someone else sit in my place who were reluctant to give me my seat. Quite a few people were found not wearing masks and crew did nothing about it. No choice of food in spite of me with a standard economy ticket that includes the option of food.
Pathetic ground staff and customer care. I paid for an upgrade 3 weeks before the journey, and I was downgraded with no reason.
No Food, No beverages, only water, and there is no information about this sudden change
Comfort and safety. At least packaged food could be served to Business Class passengers.
Surprisingly pleasant experience despite Covid-19 times. Food was too good!

Cons: "The staff at the Mumbai Airport dealing with Vistara Airline has absolutely no idea how to do their checks for documents. I was asked to wait for almost an hour and a half to get my documents cleared for my travel to dubai. After all that wait I was asked to sign an Indemnity form stating that I'll be responsible for any penalties whatsoever from Dubai Immigration if denied entry in dubai. The staff don't even know the rules and have behaved so dumb while dealing with passenger and have zero knowledge about document checks. Either the airline needs to get them more trained before getting them on the floor or needs to take strict action against them. Because wasting my time at the Mumbai airport was not so entertaining for me and the airline did not even seem apologetic about it. Vistara has hired some really unprofessional and uneducated staff at their Mumbai station."

All Indian airlines are super cheap and low quality--with Vistara at least I did not get pushed around during boarding and getting-off. Traveling by air in India in economy class is like traveling in a greyhound bus. If you are from the US and 30+ year old avoid the Economy class."

Anyway we missed flight from Delhi to Amritsar. We bought new one way ticket from the airport that evening. We were 5 adults and one baby visiting Golden temple from USA."

This itineray had to be cancelled as the connection time in Paris was only 55 min which is below the 90 min required by Paris airport. Nether Chat deal/Kayak, nor Gulf air nor American Air picked on that. I called American Air for unrelated question was then told that boarding would be denied due to the short connection time. This should have been an automatic notification from Chat deal/ Kayak or Gulf air and itinery cancelled. What is the point of inconveniencing the passenger?? The return has still not be refunded. Shame on Gulf Air, very poor customer service for an airline that has so good flight crew!

Greeting BH International Airport, Flight No. GF-2101 From Bahrain to Dammam At 1:35 am. to 2:20 am. Booking reference: WFYQEG I was informed that I will receive my baggage in Dammam Airport, later on I arrived in Dammam and I didn’t get my baggage, they claimed due to my friend Mr. Faisal didn’t show because he left the Airport and drive his own car all the way to Dammam. OK, I get it and I totally respect the system when you don’t show up your baggage get dropped from the flight, but it’s not my fault when i stay in Bahrain Airport waiting for my next flight around 5 hours then once i get to Dammam I don’t receive my baggage, because my friend who’s didn’t show up his baggage was arrived to Dammam airport, and i’m the one who deserve to get his own baggage didn’t receive anything. I think you mixed up between our baggage, the tag on my bag has his name but actually it’s mine and his bag has my name but actually it’s for him, that’s why I received his bag in DMM airport and I didn’t get mine and i was so frustrated. Also here’s the baggage numbers: GF 175011 My baggage wasn’t received GF 175008 His baggage was received and he don’t deserve to receive it because he left the airport and didn’t show up the flight For now i need to get my baggage to DMM airport please or contact me in personal please +966559600495 or this email. Cons: "Gulf air has decided to do "silent boarding" - so we were late boarding our flight because even though we watched the gate- it never filled up, there were never lines, no announcements, no lights signaling anything. Our captain took VERY sharp and hard dips and turns during our flight. He even dropped altitude so quickly that some women on board yelled out in terror. No announcements were made as well by the crew or captain regarding these very uncommon experiences of turbulence or announcements to remain with ones seat belt fastened. Finally, the man driving the bus from the plane to the door at Manama airport was too busy talking to the men who decided to sit in the front seat of the passenger bus and not look on the road in a busy air traffic area. I'm literally blown away at how everyone was safe and made it from point a to point b. I'm also horrified at the lack of communication or safety precautions."

Pros: "Etihad showed some kind of discrimination non-muslims wheel chair passengers. My luggage is not taken good care of as they tear my zipper. The crew of are okay but never take good care of seniors with some physical disabilities to check and see whether they need water to drink on long distance flights as many airlines do. Muslim wheel chair passengers were given preferential treatment as I am always last one to be picked up and my luggage came at the end after waiting for one hour."

Cons: "They have restrictions more than any other flight about the size of the hand luggage- My parents were allowed to bring one hand luggage without any problems, but they were not allowed to take it back because it was "Big!" it did not put on weight or get fat! its a hand luggage that stays the same size! They blame it on the TSA and say it has to fit in and asked us to pay 325 $ to take the same bag that they brought things in."

If they had moved me to the earlier flight, it would have left a lasting impression on me. I am looking to join a new loyalty program (from Lufthansa) and this gesture could have gone a long way."

I asked to reschedule the booking instead and they told me that rescheduling will cost me more than the price of the original ticket! Now I lost the money I paid! I will stop booking my flights through kayak going forward. I am not happy with the service and the policies do not make any sense. This was a waste. I am very disappointed. I had a serious personal reason to not to fly and nothing was taken in to consideration. I will pass this to all people I know."

After two hours of people telling me "No no no", someone finally figured out that kiwi had used some unique credit card number under my fellow passenger's name. I had struggled and argued for two hours. Finally someone knew and recognized the issue and helped us. In the nick of time, we were allowed on board."
