Food was not very good for business class, was more in line with JAL, EVA, Korean or ANA econo class but again, for the price, no complaints. Great friendly service, quick boarding. Priority Pass didn't have a lounge in Manila but thankfully, Philippines Air had their own lounge with great food and drinks for 1st Class and Business class ticket holders. Plane from BKK to Manila was NICE and comfy, all latest technology with beautiful fully adjustable chairs that lay flat. Would fly with them again!"

Nobody from the ground staff even asked them to give way for those who are boarding first or announced what zone are they boarding next. Also, i used the mobile app to check in, i am definitely sure i chose an isle seat (you can see it on the seat map during online check in) but i was surprised to see that i got a window seat."

The seats would not stay up, so they would come crashing down onto your spine as you were seated, which was painful. The only way to avoid this was to hold it back as you sat, which required you to twist around. This whole experience was uncomfortable and unsanitary. On the Abu Dhabi to DC flight, the toilet was self-flushing, as well. Except that it also malfunctioned and flushed every time before I stood up. This was an unnerving experience."

The worst gate (I do not know if this is the air line choice or not), there was no line to boarding, there was not enough seat at the gate and one of the people at the gate was insisting that travelers should sit. The crew was rude to the Indian people, however they themselves were not acting properly. The bus came to get the people from the gate to the plane in Abu Dabi was really bad."

I asked to reschedule the booking instead and they told me that rescheduling will cost me more than the price of the original ticket! Now I lost the money I paid! I will stop booking my flights through kayak going forward. I am not happy with the service and the policies do not make any sense. This was a waste. I am very disappointed. I had a serious personal reason to not to fly and nothing was taken in to consideration. I will pass this to all people I know."

I'd recommend just plane/vanilla custard -- these flavors are much more widely appreciated by everyone. Mango is too quaint, even for those requesting hindu-vegetarian meals."

As the home airport of the national carrier I wouldn't expect tarmac boarding."

Cons: "I bought expensive souvenirs from Kathmandu duty free and they refused to me at boarding gate that it's heavy, after long explanation they took my bag and said that I'd collect it at Abu Dhabi airport but never put it on flight even. Supervisor was extremely unreasonable and was not willing to understand that weight issue doesn't apply on duty free shopping."

Cons: "Although they claimed to be affiliated to StarAlliance, they were not able to include my StarAlliance membership number."

Cons: "This is an international flight which didnt have an in seat entertainment. They didnt announce anything and this is the only airline where they serve the food without even checking if you want or not. It was a mid night flight and i was fast asleep after take off. They woke me up and just threw the food on the table and walked off. Another first of its kind is they serve solid food first and followed by drinks so even if you are thirsty, you have to wait. All juice will be served later. and the most uncomfortable old seats. Probably they use different flights for different sectors and to India, they consider every passenger as just "cattle" class and use the worst flight they have. But no other option. There are few direct flights and this is the only choice. So have to fly with them again unfortunately."

Pros: "Most comfortable seats on the sector Lahore to Muscat, flat beds. Lounge arrangement at Muscat airport was very comfortable given that I had a long layover. Food served was mostly good and the attending crew were quite courteous!"

We were left to fan ourselves as the cabin overheated in the hot sun. No civilized airline can showe this sort of disregard for passenger comfort. After being tortured for an hour we finally got off the ground. Sorry, Oman Air, lots of room for improvement. I had a wonderful time in Oman and look forward to returning on Emirates."

The crew did not treat us well and they speak as if they don't want to do anything and in a rude way. For a domestic flight, the food was just a cheese sandwich. Also the pilot have no experience in flying with the plane as the plane vibrates strongly even while mid-air and at constant speed and altitude. The entertainment screen was always lagging and ads are everywhere."

They kept us in the plane without any air conditioning at a 40+ degrees Celsius! We weren't allowed to even leave the air craft. After being tortured for nearly 3 hours, the plain finally started taxing. We arrived to Manila in the evening which missed up our plans in the first day. Also their onboard entertainment is horrible, you will have to watch a 5 mins long commercials even if you want to watch a 10 mins long TV series episode! Never flying with Saudi again!"

At the airport we had to wait for someone from security to check us in again, thankfully we had a wait or else we could've missed our flight. Then when we got to the gate there wasn't an announcement saying that it was time to board."
