The flight was over 2 hours late.. once we finally got boarded things were fine
Didn't like sitting on the waiting pad for 30 minutes right after departing the gate. If you're going to do that, just don't board so people can still get up and walk around in the terminal. My luggage was damaged by the baggage handlers.
Absolutely no communication on why there's a delay and multiple flight time reschedules. I would have canceled the flight and drove back home if I known it was going to be rescheduled 3 or 4 times.
Good flight. Connector flight was delayed so made a short turnaround in Atlanta which was stressful. Otherwise, great crew, Staff in ATL was very informative about the delay and ensured people their connections were fine. Notified the ones that were not. Great communication.
Seat was extremely hard which made even a short 1 hour 20 minute flight fairly uncomfortable.
Only water, tea or coffee served midflight, even to comfort seating. Man next to me needed two seats and took up a portion of my seat and Delta did nothing.

Outdated equipment in disrepair, wifi inoperable. Broken seats, taped air vents, generally poor condition, the 717 showed its age and lack of upkeep.
Delta made it easy, comfortable and timely. The crew was fantastic.
The upgrade was a pleasant surprise and I was sooooo tired of traveling these days. 10/10 just for that
We were bumped out of bulkhead seats we purchased a year ago. We were moved to row 5 and the folks in row 4 fully reclined making it difficult to get out to use the restroom. The seat have too little padding making them uncomfortable 3 hours into the flight. The movies did not offer closed captioning and the earbuds were poor so the entertainment was mostly unusable. The food was just passable. I would not fly Iberia/level again. Iberia also bumped us off our direct return flight so I would say the whole experience with this airline is poor.
The flight was operated by level, who had a sister’s check in procedure (2 hours) due to understaffing and a computer malfunction. While 3 agents stood at the business check in, with a total of maybe one actual customer there at a time, a huge line formed at economy check in with only 1 agent staffing the check in. Then, my luggage was lost - a guitar case with contents inside valued at 3,000 USD. The computer system of LEVEL could not locate my bag and had no record of it, and IBERIA (with whom I purchased my ticket and the checked bag) refused to help. It was a disastrous experience and I will never book Iberia again
Not bad but they lost 2 of my bags when I got to Florence
Couldn’t get boarding passes online, delayed an hour, and smallest amount of space on board I’ve ever encountered for such a long flight.
In general, I've had excellent experiences with Iberia flights and will continue to use them. In this last flight there were two things that didn't go right. I didn't get the kosher meal I had pre-requested when I had checked in on-line. Things worked out OK as we ended up eating the fish and vegetarian choices, which were really good. The other issue was that some movies for me and my wife started fine but after 8-12 minutes the content just switched to something else. The flight attendant reset our entertainment systems, but the problem persisted. We ended up choosing other movies/TV shows that did work fine.
Awful. They didn't even show concern that her connecting flight( Dallas to Mardrid) was gone/missing. I don't understand how that is even possible. Rudest answer from one of the crew was that American Airlines sold the tickets to somebody else. My daughter was not in the list.
The flight was canceled on a Thursday last minute. I lost thousands of dollars in hotels and car rental
Excellent lie flat seat for premium economy! Great staff. Bad food . Not so great entertainment. My bag didn’t make it either.
Really like the idea experience on this airline I will use again
