Flight was delayed 14 hours due to DC air show and weather. Missed connection to MUC.
The entertainment options on the seat back video boards were nice.
Crew was friendly. Seats are too narrow, particularly when a big person is in the adjacent seat, but I understand this is due to smaller planes usually flight into Lincoln. I have experienced several flight delays going out and coming into Lincoln airport, I say maybe 50% or higher of the flights I've taken out of this airport have been delayed.
There was no WiFi available, there were mechanical problems with the plane and we landed at C 124, then the gate was switched to A 26, then all the way back to C126! For a 75 yo woman traveling alone, this was a difficult journey, indeed!
Teeny tiny bathrooms, crew was not realistic about when we'd arrive.

Cabin was pitch black, even during meal service. The reading lights for seat 2E/F did not work, and seat 2E did not recline.
There was no air on the plane and it was very hot.
The flight from Cleveland to Newark was great. The connecting flight wasn’t so good.
Flight canceled because they didn’t have enough flight attendants. No refunds or credits for future flights
Boarding was smooth and seamless and the flight was without incident.
Seat bottom cushions are not good. I’m 165# & they hurt my butt. Plenty of legroom.
STOP MAKING THE SEATING SO CRAMPED. WE NEED A PASSENGER BILL OF RIGHTS!

Early morning flight and no food in First Class except a "salmon" box. No thank you. Was informed before take off by Captain that the plane was not serviced before we boarded in Phoenix. How does that happen? Need more frequent additions/turn over on the Entertainment. Thanks
My 9:50AM flight was delayed to 3:40PM "due to incoming aircraft delay". No aircraft is "delayed" that long. Found out once we did board (after several changes in times) that the aircraft had a maintenance issue and we had to wait for another aircraft. Just tell us that. The aircraft we did get was old and the seats need to be updated. I have been traveling for several weeks with AA and you should refresh your entertainment content as frequent flyers have gone through most of your new content. I have Celiac and a shellfish allergy and continue to have struggles with meals on business and first class flights. Please keep this in mind. Sorry - was a long travel day yesterday and a bit cranky this morning with my experience comments. Still an AA fan.
Lack of gluten free options in food service. I have Celiac disease and it appears you no longer offer special meals for people with dietary restrictions. I am a frequent flyer traveling into and out of Omaha airport. I have noticed over the course of several months that although our flight typically arrives ahead of schedule (awesome job AA!) - we typically sit on the runway for several minutes waiting for the ground crew to get in place. Not sure if it is a ground crew issue or a gate availability issue (due to construction at this airport). Seems to be more of a ground crew being on time issue.
At the beginning of the flight there was some turbulence and the announcement was made that there would be no beverage service. The turbulence only last about 5 minutes then it was smooth sailing. I noticed that first class got their service, but the rest of us did not.
New ridiculous policy by american destroyed my allegiance to american. As a million miler with american, I expected it would be easy to get on an earlier flight when I got to airport earlier than expected, and save a five hour layover. WRONG. The online app would not let me switch flights, So I called, and was promised a call back in 90 minutes. HAH! The customer service desk at DCA said “we no longer have access to changing a flight on our screens. If the app couldn’t do it, I should send a letter to American, but there’s nothing else possible!”
