It’s a 3 hour flight with no entertainment and no WiFi due to Delta using old planes on this route and food is cold. Today we were told no potable water on the flight to even make coffee or tea. Ridiculous service in this direct route for business travelers and non business travelers

Flight was delayed before take off and at landing. Baggage took 20 minutes. Flight crew would not serve full soft drink and had to ask multiple times before receiving water.
For some reason, TSA Atlanta didn’t have my bag on the flight on time and they don’t have to provide Delta a reason for that.

The landing was the worst I’ve experienced with a flight.
It was last minute due to weather - considering - it was amazing! Good smiles, friendly staff and they were making sure we knew what was going on when and where.
All good on Delta's part. Passengers could be a little more courteous to each other.
The pilots were good. Disappointing when planes don't have electrical ports
No complaints - left 20 minutes later than planned but still arrived on time.
Plane congestion resulted in a 1 hr wait from landing to arrival at the gate. This was in addition to also experiencing extreme delays on my incoming flight.
Flight was delayed 14 hours due to DC air show and weather. Missed connection to MUC.
The entertainment options on the seat back video boards were nice.
Awful. No counter attendants. No dinner offered due to delays.
There was no WiFi available, there were mechanical problems with the plane and we landed at C 124, then the gate was switched to A 26, then all the way back to C126! For a 75 yo woman traveling alone, this was a difficult journey, indeed!
Teeny tiny bathrooms, crew was not realistic about when we'd arrive.

IAD with the archaic people movers is just a place to be avoided.
Cabin was pitch black, even during meal service. The reading lights for seat 2E/F did not work, and seat 2E did not recline.
The flight from Cleveland to Newark was great. The connecting flight wasn’t so good.
The check-in and flight crew employees are excellent. The flight was good and the seats were adequate.
The flights to and from Cincinnati were great at being on time for both, departures and arrivals. The planes could use some updating.
It was a dismal experience. The flight was delayed for 4 hours, and we spent hours in the plane, without air, during the summer. We were not provided with water, and the medical assistance was inadequate when it arose.
The landing the pilot was very smooth. The flight attendant was kind of rude.The boarding the plane in punta Gorda was not great made us wait out in the heat 😞
My exit seat was very comfortable Coffee was to be purchased but sodas free 😏
It was poor a four hour delay and no explanation for the delay. What’s a 35 dollars going to do. It also made me miss my car rental,
I had a fantastic experience with Allegiant. I had wheelchair assistance and they helped me find my luggage and brought me to my car. Even loaded my luggage. Wonderful service!! Thank you Allegiant!
The crew was great and the flight was very smooth. Can’t really judge food since I did not get any because it costs money. The seat was comfortable for what we bought. Thanks!
It was canceled. The flight wasn’t rescheduled, everyone had to figure out their own new arrangements. They said we would get refunded our original fare and receive an additional $150. We received links for $100 only and they expired before we could activate them.
No frills, value airline. This trip was exactly what I expected. The flight was on time departing and arrived ahead of schedule. The crew was very efficient at getting people on and off the plane. I think the carry-on bag charges discouraged most people from bringing one, which led to quicker de-planing. I was careful to only bring a carefully packed personal item that was under the size limit. If you keep in mind that everything costs extra with this airline (including snacks, drinks, and printing boarding passes), and go into this with the right expectations, then all will be well. For the price difference, I would fly this airline again. My flight was only 1 hr. 20 minutes though. Much longer than that and comfort might drive me to another airline. The seats are very basic and don't recline at all.
Seats are very comfortable but WAY too small...i'm only 5'11" and 170 lbs but i barely fit in the chair! Food is just abysmal. I don't even bother eating. Staff were very professional, boarding was smooth, and plenty of room in overheads.
The crew was wonderful, the plane was fine. We left the gate on time, but we had to wait 40 minutes on the tarmac because of all the congestion at Boston.

New ridiculous policy by american destroyed my allegiance to american. As a million miler with american, I expected it would be easy to get on an earlier flight when I got to airport earlier than expected, and save a five hour layover. WRONG. The online app would not let me switch flights, So I called, and was promised a call back in 90 minutes. HAH! The customer service desk at DCA said “we no longer have access to changing a flight on our screens. If the app couldn’t do it, I should send a letter to American, but there’s nothing else possible!”
For the price of the ticket you get nothing. The plane had 1 bathroom in the back and when the flight attendant did service no one could use it. No announcement just was told to go back to my seat. Ridiculous and rude.
In-flight Wi-Fi didn’t work and the flight was 25 minutes late. The Embraer plane I was on was pretty old and the tray table was broken.
American Airlines no longer has Bischoff biscuits. This is intolerable.
