Aircraft itself was ancient, and seat hardware was also very old and worn. Universal outlets puzzlingly only worked for Swiss outlet style. Some flight attendants were helpful and friendly, others were cold and distant. The boarding process was a mess. On the other hand, the food was excellent - best airline food I've ever had.
The chicken on the flight Boston to Zurich wasn’t very good. It was bland passable. Too much sugar in the Cole slaw. Cabbage is an amazing veg and can be much more crisp and alive. Flight attendants were Wonderful! Seats were a bit beat up but okay. In economy it was tight when the person in front learned back the screen became too close.
On time and my bag made it. My parents on British Air had their bag held/lost at LHR, so Swiss definitely won that contest.
There's no entertainment or food service. It was a good flight.
I’m still in Zurich because my British Airways flight was so delayed, I didn’t make the flight to Los Angeles yesterday.
Wonderful, i asked at front gate to change my seat up closer and they gave me a row with no one in it. Very kind of them as the flight was on the light side.
Crew is great and food is ok to good, but boarding is annoyingly slow, plane arrived late (this seems a repeated issue) and the plane is old with armrests which don’t fully rotate and entertainment which doesn’t accept external headsets and screens which don’t respond well to touch.
Flights on time and meals in plane would be greatly appreciated. On time flights is really important.
I try to check in my hand laugage and the girl insisted that my suitcase was too large which was not and was traveling with me on this airline many times. And she charged me and my husband for both suitcases 150$ instead of free they both were 8 kg each. We were the only one who she targeted and the other people who had larger suitcases did not got penalized.
There was one rep who checked us in that was not pleasant she then assisted with boarding passengers on board and informed my husband that his carry on was too big. We had to pay $70 to check in a bag that we always carry on with no issues. I really believe she was isolating us as there was several bags even bigger than his that was brought on the plan. I will be writting a letter in ref6to this rep a d our 1st time experience on Air Baltic operated for SWISS when I return.
The special need food was awful and gave no alternative.
Our vacation started with horribly, 48hr prior to departure SAS airline cancelled our return flight giving us little to no alternative options.
The Airline was wonderful, passport check at the Copenhagen Airport is a nightmare , coming and going.
Payed $140 xtra for seat arrangement Did not get the preselected seats neiter outbound nor inbound. Absolutely not worth the xtra money
Gate agent in Atlanta refused to let me take my carry-on on the plane even though I met weight and size requirements and the plane was half empty. My ticket clearly stated that I was entitled to one carry-on and one personal item. Will not fly this airline again.
not good missed my connection SAS did not leave me anywhere near enough time to make my connection. Ended up adding about 10 hours to my travel day
I travelled business class with my spouse from ATL to Helsinki and back from Riga to ATL. The seating was not very comfortable. Bread crumbs and left over disposable items from previous passengers were not picked up. The cabin was extremely noisy as the crew keep talking and laughing all night long making it difficult to relax or let alone sleep. Crew must make sure to keep the cabin as quiet as possible. The seating should add a privacy features such as curtain or something. Food choices are limited and average at best. I travel very frequently but this was my first time with SAS. I would try to avoid travelling with SAS in future and would not recommend it to my friends or family. My return flight Aug. 9th was cancelled for no specific given reason or explanation. The new flight on Aug 10th was delayed by 45 mins even though it took off on time. Sorry, if you are disappointed to read my survey but I have to speak the truth. Nayyer Islam, MD

Probably not much to expect from a European domestic flight but it helps if they check the airplane for safe travel before boarding people. We had to stay on the tarmac and go back to gate for some sensor malfunction and refueling for two hours.
Friendly staff. This was a short-haul flight with limited snacks. Legroom was...okay, but not great. Seat felt quite narrow.
Flight was two hours delayed then instead of flying to Gatwick we got diverted to Southend airport! Then they cancelled our flight and we all got told we had to get off the plane and make our own way to wherever we had to go? EasyJet just abandoned us, no help and as a tourist not knowing even where I was? Disgusting behaviour from the company!!
The flight was delayed by over an hour which seriously disrupted my plans in Milan.
Sitting on the last row in between the aisle and a massive person, all people going to the bathroom bumped into me including the flight attendants.
Sat at rear of aircraft and was very cold. As a frequent flyer for many years, this is was the coldest I have ever been. Other passengers and some crew were complaining how cold it was. Sitting near the doors always risks being colder, just the way the aircraft works - but this was exceptional, bring a good jumper. Everything else was pretty standard easyJet - good value low cost carrier.
The terminals are far away, be prepared to walk. Also, You climb stairs to the plane since there are no aero bridges. Boarding was haphazard not in multiple groups, so stand in line early. Hard to find place to stow cabin baggage if you are behind in the line. You can purchase food on the plane. There are vegetarian options.
Worst airline in the world, will never travel in it again.
I am writing to share how your teams can better serve your youngest customers. On 9 January, 2024, I boarded and then de-boarded a flight with my 6 month old daughter. I have four children and travel extensively. Delays happen, but the stress my daughter had to ensure was avoidable with simple and straightforward actions. (1) communicate delays to customers -- Breastfeeding mothers are constantly timing feedings. If delays were communicated, I could have camly fed her instead of attentively waiting for priority boarding. There were no announcements and no updates to the monitor; (2) honor the priority boarding process -- While a staff member waved us in for priority boarding, half the plane boarded while the "priority check-in" representative was preoccupied; (3) anticipate challenges creating unnecessary stress to infants -- after completely ignoring the priority boarding procedure, and knowing that the plane had not even arrived, the team could have offered to board us last. My daughter could have been calm in the waiting area while breastfeeding. Instead my 6 month old was completely unnecessarily stressed in the middle of the jet bridge, packed in solid.
Cancelled last minute, I had to travel 13 hours by train at night
Trip was completely cancelled with no other reasonable option for that day; no reason given. I will avoid booking anything with easy jet
Speedy boarding is a waste of money when they herd you on to a bus and take you to the plane and it turns in to a free for all …very unsatisfactory
